Throughout the interaction, she had had a smile and genuinely cared about the effort she was putting in. She has raised the bar for what used to be an industry standard and we appreciate that. So much that I am leaving this and will be calling directly to the manager as well to relay this information.

I got two scoop sundae with butter brickle and bourbon pecan pie with caramel drizzle and pecans it was literally the chefs kiss. My cousin got bubble wrap cone with butter brickle and coffee ice cream. They had an unbelievable array of flavors to choose from. Definitely will visit again when I'm in the area! Highly recommend!!

It's a very small location so during their busy hours it feels very cramped and because the process of making the ice cream rolls takes a little while even when they're not super busy, when they are it can take a really long time.
Katie Topps: My first time here was a few weeks ago on President's Day with 2 of my kids. I feel like it took a really long time considering there was only 1 family ahead of us. One of my kids wanted a milkshake, so when it was finally our turn to order, they said they couldn't make shakes because they were out of the ice cream and their shipment didn't come due to the holiday. I had a very upset kiddo! I feel like they should've had a sign out stating that so he could've decided on something else while we were waiting. He is autistic, so making a decision quickly is not possible.The ice cream was good, but so expensive!!!Also, there were 3 workers there that day, and the male employee kept complaining about not having had a break yet.

The lobby was kind of a mess with floors that desperately needed to be swept and napkins all over the place. It wasn't really an inviting atmosphere for an ice cream shop..it was kind of plain jane with no decor..I guess we all had expected more of a lively bright colorful candy/decor/music filled ice cream shop like we've been to before. As for the toppings go..they were quite simplistic..not really a crazy amount of choices..good choices..but nothing special.. again we were assuming there would be insane amount of choices like other ice cream shops..especially when you start throwing prices at customers like that.

Cara Torres: Zesto's! What's not to love? Our family go tos are lemon-lime slush floats, chocolate malts, Heath or Oreo Razzles, and turtle sundaes. The staff is always friendly, and you can always ask if they have any messups in the freezer in case you're not sure what you want and you don't feel like paying full price. Zesto's one of our favorite parts of summer.

Gayle Fick: I've always enjoyed seeking out home grown ice cream shops in my travels and when I moved here for a job a few years ago I found two. Sadly, only one survived. But it is has been my favorite. Zestos has been a local favorite, most of them are franchises. But the first one I discovered is The First One, located at Broadway and Creighton, and has been there for over 60 years. They do some amazing things with their soft serve, my faves are their hot fudge sundae and Vernon's float, reminiscent of my many years in Michigan.
Nelson M: If you’re looking for frozen yogurt or soft serve ice cream this is the place to go. People in Fort Wayne really like this institution although if you’re looking for unique ice cream flavors this is not the place. The parking is ample but it may be difficult to get out if the drive-through line is really busy. Otherwise they have quite a selection of Sundays, floats, and razzle‘s which is their equivalent of a Mc flurry with different mixins.

Crystal Malone: WORST service ever. I ordered a cake 48 hrs ahead of time. A worker took my order I called and double checked my order and the lady was so rude saying the worker shouldn't have taked my order. She said she would call me back. She called to say she was going to have someone come in and make my sons cake. Which is great! I went and picked my cake up and I asked about the other stuff in my order and she said I dont have anything else and was so rude. They spelled my sons name wrong and the frosting was wrong. If your a business and say your going to make the cake at least make it right and be kind. Brittany was the rudest with NO customer service knowledge. I said some inappropriate things and got a refund. Also, she said BR is going down and not doing well. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!
Lauren Lewis: Nobody knows what they are doing, they aren't friendly, I had to fill out my own cake order form only for them to lose the order . Not happy and will not go back which is sad because I used to work at a baskin Robbins and it was great but it definitely shows the managing is terrible.
L: Managers please help these workers. They asked me 20 times what I wanted in drive through. No icecream cones, limited flavors. My drink wasn't made right. Same guy handling money dealing food.
Cory Zacarias: Experince was awful! Lobby was closed 3hrs early. No sign no nothing...Called the store to ask if they were open. They were.. Asked us to go thru drive-thru. They were short handed so they had to close lobby down. I finally get to order...I asked for a banana split. They were out of bananas. I asked for pistachio and they were out. I asked for rocky road. They were out. I asked for chocolate they were out. I finally asked what they DID have chose from that... I asked for a waffle cone. They were out...
Laura Mccue: Wow took my granddaughters for ice cream only 12 flavors to choose from. No waffle cones and my spoon was a toaster spoon. When I asked the lady why she really didn't want to answer. She mentioned to me they were cleaning the freezer. No reason for my spoon or waffle cones. Usually the service is much better. Disappointed 😞

Susie Piohia: I walked into the lobby of the location by 740pm. There was one customer ahead of me that was taking her time sampling many different flavors. She finally made her decision, received her scoop, paid for it & sat down. The employee came towards me a little bit later and said "I'm sorry but the Lobby closed at 745pm so if you want anything you will have to go through the drive thru..EVEN THO I WAS IN THE LOBBY PRIOR TO CLOSING! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE!

There was a employees running around acting like they were busy. Literally was me and 1 other car in drive thru. I went there to get a milk shake they said all the. blenders were down.

On top of that we waited several minutes for change. Very poor service for the money.
