Critical Bros: A great store for commander and dnd. Does not have Pokemon or Yu-Gi-Oh.
Fright Knight: Service is unmatched across the game stores. Jared is incredibly helpful in find the right magic cards or suggesting a fun game to play with friends. Though the store is smaller it is a fun place to hangout and play games.
Michael Ferrell: Awesome place to hangout and play board games with some really nice people. When you walk into the place the owner welcomes you to the store. I am looking forward to going back there to purchase some games soon.
Shawn Schultz: The store had some old rpg's. But a very good selection of products.They have good customer service skills and eager to help with what you are looking for.
Nicholas Ireland: Jared is very friendly and has great customer service. Makes me feel very welcomed. A great local spot to stop in for gaming needs.

Gauntlet Hobbies - Angola: Let's talk about the guy in the dinosaur shirt...this is an owner that genuinely cares about his community. One of the nicest store owners I know, and I know a few! Highly recommend this store if your in the Fort Wayne area

All while fielding the other customers who were on the pre release tournament. Good dude great service - I’ll be back!

Carter Hapner: Although the store is very open and clean, allowing all patrons the ability to run wild and have a good time, the employees are very condescending. Most if not all that I have met were very passive-aggressive and downright rude to those who have not had a lot of experience in TCG’s. Sale-Value of cards is very reasonable, but nowhere near the distinct prices you can get online. Deck Boxes and Sleeves are very up-charged in comparison to sales you can make online with the same brands at a cheaper price hold. Giving the benefit of the doubt, the store is local, however I would rather spend 15$ on a Ultra-Pro deck box instead of $40.

Filllz: Nice shop lots of Magic, though they do Warhammer 40k and Star Wars Legion and have tournaments and game names for them too.
Blu Gump: not very friendly people, went to go to the pre-release of the new magic the gathering set, and I didn't feel very welcomed, maybe it was a bad day, but I think I'll stick to my books comics and things.
Goonkie: There were lots of Star Wars gaming tables setup on the Sunday I came in. I purchased a couple of D&D miniatures to paint that I didn't have.
M H: I haven't even gone here yet, but after calling Indinite TCG and being treated horribly by the owner, I decided to call and ask these guys the same set of questions about MTG products. The gentlemen Jeremiah didn't hesitate to answer every single one of my questions with amazing customer service and patience. This is where I'll be spending all my $$$.

BigSquirm Jones: I went to every shop in town today, this place is by far #1. Literally no other shop even came close. It has plenty of space. There isn't the foul B.O. creeping into your nostrils like most of the others. But more importantly - Their PRICES and SELECTION. WOW. Top Tier. I will never go to another shop, please hot sauce - Don't change.

Highly recommended and will definitely stop by again next time I'm in ft wayne.

When we walked in nobody greeted us and the place seemed empty, I wasn’t sure if anybody was in there. I looked around and saw a man peeking out from behind the computer on the counter. I smiled at him and he just went back behind the computer. We were looking at the miniatures for a bit trying to find the right one for my friend and then browsed the store a little bit more. When we went up to the counter to pay my friend said hello how’s it going? And the man said absolutely nothing. The only thing he said to us was the total. We paid and said thanks have a good one. Still nothing! INCREDIBLY rude. I’ve never been anywhere with such horrid customer service. I will never be taking my business here again.

Red: Brought in my Xbox hoping to sell it(they didn’t offer nearly enough) and I don’t know if it’s just proper protocol or what but they factory reset my Xbox basically deleting all my games and data before I even said yes to selling it to them(thanks mega replay can’t wait to spend the next few hours redownloading all my data, games, apps, and re logging in on everything ) I also left a game in it accidentally which they never brought up and I only found out about it when I got my Xbox back(so they were just gonna take the game without paying me a dime)
Breydan Meyer: Brought in a basically brand new Nintendo switch still in the box and everything with it, an Xbox one s that’s in decent condition, and an oculus quest in more than decent condition. They wouldn’t take the oculus quest which is fine but for the Xbox and switch they offered me 150 bucks… I could find a homeless man willing to pay more than what they did and I had to wait 2 and a half hours. Would rate it negative stars if I could, DONT COME HERE
Steven Scheibelhut: The staff is good, helpful, informative, nerdy,awesome. There is a lot of store that consumes the space with old DVDs and games that I don't see a lot of people buying. The inventory of good product from trades has been low since Christmas. And... AND... they turned all their Funko POPs around so you can't see the front. For me, that kyboshes any reason for me to even go there. However, I recognize their benefit, and rank as 3 stars because you might just find the thing you're looking for.

Justin Laney: This location appears to be under two listings under different titles, Disc Replay and Mega Replay. I found the Disc Replay listing which states they close at 8 PM on Sundays. Hours are incorrect on listing and I entered the store "after hours". Wasted a trip out of our way. Staffing was rude and basically told us to leave in very short order with nothing preventing entry with a lot of people still in the building and another group or two looking like they got similar treatment.Based on quite a few negative reviews regarding staff behavior, business practices on trade ins, and the reliability of said products I probably didn't miss much. Can't recommend on the unfriendly staff alone. Won't be back.
Jonathan Atkins: They aren't very helpful. There's no catalog of what they have so you are reduced to looking at racks and cabinets of games. It's next to impossible to see tiny cartridges and other small items laid flat, through a glass window. They have folders of GBA games inside a glass cabinet. How are you supposed to see them without getting a worker to open a cabinet and stand there, annoyed that you are looking through it to perhaps buy something. They treated my son as less than a customer, and he felt the disrespect. He was excited to see the place at first, but the workers and lack of catalog killed the experience.YMMV is about all you can expect here.

Alex Langford: If the guy with dyed hair is working when you're planning on shopping at the Glenbrook GameStop, just go to Jefferson Pointe instead. I was in today, trying to buy Pokemon cards, because a lot of surrounding stores are either completely out, or don't have the new sets. Before even getting to the register, I noticed the guy was on his phone. At the register, the transaction was going fine until he stated that my PowerUp Rewards membership had expired. I told him that I didn't need to renew today, and he asked if I was sure, because the membership would "pay for itself", meaning with discounts and rewards. I said again that I would wait, because renewing was not a priority today. I just wanted to buy my cards and leave. He then had the audacity to ask WHY I did not want to renew today. It is not the cashier's business why a customer does not want to renew a membership. They should not be asking a customer this. I once again said no thanks. My husband even chimed in and said we did not want to renew. The cashier had the gall to ask, "Can I get a word in?" No. You've lost that privilege. He should have dropped it after the second time I said no. My husband and I have both worked in retail, we understand when cashiers have to push credit card sign-ups or membership renewals. It's a disgusting behavior created by companies. I'm used to getting asked a couple times at other stores. But when a customer says no, no thank you, or I don't want to do that right now, the cashier needs to respect that and drop it. My husband asked if I wanted to go somewhere else, and I said yes, and in my anger, I may have said a few choice words, but I feel like they were provoked, thanks to his behavior. From the looks of a few other Google reviews and Facebook posts, many other people have had problems with this particular employee here. Some of the bad reviews date back five or six months. He's definitely driving customers away from your store.

K Jones: It took me a minute to think about this review. I made a couple transactions at this place seen the associates. I figured them to be some what knowledgeable in some aspects and they are. The reason for one star is I had to bad experiences at this particular store. Black Friday I wanted to assist a friend to trade in a Xbox One X for an X series S. I believe his name was Chris tried telling me that my machine was more powerful than the what I wanted to trade in for. Bruh. I brought this 6 year old xbox one x to get a new one and your about to argue about specs with me alright cool whatever. We got the Xbox. I also pre ordered Callisto Protocol and ordered the wrong version. It was a hinest mistake so I figured I would take it back see if I can get the updated copy for my Series X. It was a Thursday and dead in the store. I was literally only person there . This short dude, looked me dead in and told me I could not exchange it for the updated copy it was too early to do that. Don't understand that policy or whatever when I am literally asking for the same game. No reason was given or whatever. I sold it to MEGA REPLAY out of frustration because it ran bad.. Didnt even try to compromise or assist with the problem. Like man put yourself in my shoes. Its annoying already that games are expensive and your telling me i cannot trade towards the updated version ?? Twice I had to put up with incompetence. Simple stuff. It was very frustrating I encourage those who come here to know your stuff. They get away with petty tactics and at times have smart remarks. I reccomend just going to a different location. You may leave unhappy or questioning whether you spent your time wisely at this store.
Alexander Babb: Stood at the register for 10 minutes trying to purchase a game with my wife and sister in law. The clerk noticed we were there but refused to work the register instead choosing to talk to a friend about keyboards. Atleast 3 other customers entered and left without the clerk ever acknowledging there were other people in the store.
Roscoe Reels (Kevin Miller): The Pokémon Crown Zenith ETBs are wayyyyyy overpriced! They are trying to rob people that don’t know any better. They price matched me though but had I not known I would have spend $15 more on a $49.99 product. The employee then wouldn’t shut up about signing up to be a GameStop power rewards member to get a some money off off their overpriced Pokémon cards. In the end if they don’t price match this membership is so stupid.

Remy Fisher: I was told the wrong information about Power Up Rewards when trying to buy one game and ended up spending way more money than what I had originally planned. The cashier was incorrect when saying some of the money would go back onto my card the next day. I called the store manager explaining the situation and wanting some of my money back and he denied the plausibility of my circumstance, completely claiming that he knows his employees and that offense would be grounds for termination. He lied about being able to get a refund on the Power Up Pro after becoming very hostile with me. Overall really bad experience in the store and with customer service, I wouldn't recommend ever going here.

I found this highly offensive and when I picked out an elite trainer box he told me I should reconsider buying that one. I will never be back to this location! I left without purchasing.
Dylan Whitacre: Guy with dyed hair and arm tattoo is probably the worst salesman ever. If you want to go in and buy a product you shouldn’t have to argue with the cashier on why you want it. Recommend getting that fixed. First time I had to verbally argue with a coworker to buy a product. Oh and the bigger guy was right by his side rubbing his back trying to back him up
swalotttt: Manager with dyed grey hair and tattoo lied and tried to charge $5 for a free promotional card for my disabled client who was there. Made fun of stutter. Called Jefferson Pointe to ask if it was free, they said it was free company-wide. He threatened to call security for me saying that he lied. He wanted to pocket the money. Never visiting Glenbrook Gamestop again, only go to Jefferson Pointe.

TK: I took 5 kids, ages 7-10, in today. The woman working was so sweet and patient. She looked up tins of different cards for the kids. Really great shop with tons of Pokémon merchandise.
M. Penguin: Infinite TCG is my favorite card shop in town. I think it's one of the best places to visit if you love trading card games, but especially the Yu-Gi-Oh! trading card game, as they have lots of relevant singles and bulk for sale, and weekly events open for all to participate. The sense of community in the store is strong, and there are lots of friendly faces to engage with, including the staff themselves.

I went in to sell a full binder of duplicates. I had it all organized and I figured I wouldn’t get a massive amount like people are asking for on eBay but she barely skimmed through the binder checked a few random cards throughout told me a just RIDICILOUSLY lowball price and then didn’t even bother to put the cards back but just sort of handed them back. Like I said I didn’t expect an insane amount and I would’ve been okay with a lower offer but Jesus the way she came off as all knowing and treating me like I was an annoyance rather than a potential customer I will never come back to this spot. I should’ve listened to everyone that says this place is overpriced and a last resort for buying or selling and boy how true that is. Whoever the owner or manager is needs to train their employees (the lady at least; the younger guy is super friendly and knowledgeable) or hire new folks, don’t have someone there who just seems miserable.
Jefferson Carman: Clean, welcoming space with a great selection of sealed product and singles. Great experience for kids as well. If you need information or a recommendation they're always knowledgeable and kind as well.
Vann Toensing: Great place to buy common and uncommon cards and some rare cards but i wouldnt sell here as most the time the lady will low ball you "no offense" also other people who are committing your cards to online prices need to chill as they cant buy it full price cause they need to make a profit.
Kaitlyn Welch: Deserves less than one star. More like In the negatives. Me and my boyfriend spent well over $2,000 here on Pokémon cards and MOST turned out fake. We found out by ripping them in half and seeing NO black liner. We tried calling to let them know. Because I do understand that this probably was not their fault. They buy from other companies, ect ect. So, they probably got ripped off. Me and my boyfriend KINDLY told the woman that is the so called “manager”. She then proceeded to scream over the phone and would not let him get a word in. Horrible horrible customer service. Would not recommend. I also brought this to my brothers attention who’s a Pokémon fanatic. He told me that he’s heard from many of his friends that they endured the same thing; fake cards.
Anna Fankhauser: This place deserves less than one star. This was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a small business in my entire adult life!
Tyler Geesaman: Great selection, staff is incredibly helpful! By far, the best card shop that I have been to.
Justin Elser: Very secluded place for people that are into the fantasy world.
Matthew Nichols: Very poor overall experience. She was very rude and would only give 1 word answers. Was my first time coming to this shop and was very excited to see/purchase. Dawn and ancient guardians booster boxes for 85 bucks plus tax….. only sealed product they had. Ask about a few singles. A badly damaged 1st Ed snatch steal on tcg is about 10-15 bucks. They had it at 50… when i tried to ask why so high on price i was told to leave. Please save you’re time and money and go to a local shop that actually wants business

Marcus Coyle: Theres 2 people that work here, a young man and a stern woman.The woman can be hard to deal with as she lacks customer service skills. The young man is very helpful and eager to share knowledge.The card selection is ok, best for commons and uncommons in the city. Rare cards dont seem to flow at all, and pack prices are a bit high for dealing with terrible customer service.Always a last resort for cards.

Terri Shaver: I went into GameStop with a Cube disc stuck in my PlayStation 4 slim. 2 very nice salespeople (one being the manager) tried to fix it for me. They both worked at least a half hour on it. We still didn’t get it out but they definitely gave it their best shot. I would highly recommend them. Jefferson Pointe
Reasha Bridges: Would not refund me... had the receipt for a Christmas gift I bought my son. It was headphones 🎧 that he could not use with his iPad. He never wore them, only opened the box to power them on and tried to connect them.. 100 dollar pair of headphones!! Upon initial buying, I was told they would definitely pair by the sales rep that sold them to me, and that if not, I could return for a full refund!!! They did, however, give me store credit, and I was able to get a different universal set. Still the fact that they wouldn't refund me the money was ridiculous 😒 🙄
THE EHMER FILES: Didn't have what I was looking for but the staff was very friendly.
Jared Numbers: Friendly and informed staff. They answered all my questions and were able to provide me with exactly what I was looking for.
Joel Sinn: Shop at the other Fort Wayne stores if possible, this store charges you for Gameplay guarantee and will not take it off when you ask. An ex-employee also told me that this store's employees have been told to always charge the max refurbish fee even when a game traded in looks fine.

Kevin Carter: We literally are living in a time, when Customer Service has just flown by the wayside…Where if individuals actually show up for work, they could simply care less about anything else other than a paycheck. I quit coming in to GameStop three years ago, after I had a negative experience back to back (all in the same exact day!) at 3 different locations; as the service that I had received was horrendous!!Today, I decided to give them another chance, at the Apple Glen location. From the moment that I walked into the door, to the moment that I left, the Customer Service that I received LITERALLY Blew Me Out Of The Water!!! It could not have been any better, had the Associate had of tried. He was dealing with myself and several other customers, and with each of us, he made us feel as if we were family! I honestly cannot remember the last time that I have received such amazing service…..Anywhere! I left feeling elated, grateful, blessed, etc. I needed this experience, especially after having endured the past several weeks as I have been healing from some serious back surgery.Kudos to GameStop for having given me such an amazing experience!! You guys definitely need to employ, about 30 more individuals such as the gentleman who you currently have employed at this particular location, as he is hands down the embodiment of what Customer Service truly is about! Thank you for showing me that there is still quality service all around us, and for allowing me to feel like a part of your family!

Gale “Vent Shark” Buckhannah: When you call, the machine waits about 30-60 seconds before informing you that staff are busy and to call again later before promptly hanging up. Not sure what the deal is with businesses hanging up on their customers these days and not having a hold line or voicemail but this is extremely rude and frustrating. Please take better care of the people who are trying to pay you money for product and services...
Devin Bassett: Staff was helpful. Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for. In their defense, 2 other stores were sold out of the same game, but we did find one at Target. Seems like the interior could use some updates.
Preston Hillery: Best gamestop employees youll find around. Legends arceus launch couldnt have been cooler, and that night will forever be remembered. Guys in there deserve a raise. All very professional but also have fun and make it enjoyable.

Mitchell Buzzard: Lot of variety here. Obviously the big 3 systems gave a fat selection of games. Also Oculus, computer keyboards, pads, mice, mics, cameras, Heavy-Duty storage SSDs for all the systems. AND THE MINI-FIGS also great selection considering its a small store. BLIND BAGS, Funko Pops, Plushes, TokiDoki, 5 Nights at Freddie's, Dragon Ball Z, Bakugan, Pokémon Cards, clothes and decent members benefits and pre-order capabilities.

tyler moser: I don't normally do reviews but the guy there Jared helped me warranty my sons nintendo and it was the absolute easiest warranty process I've ever been apart of! This dude was awesome and I will for sure be returning to buy whatever I need game wise. Idk about the trade in stuff but I digital download everything so Jared will be my go to for all my hardware purchases!
