Unfortunately the most disappointing $6 I’ve ever spent. The banana had a black/brown core and was so mushy, my husband and I had to spit it out. We were hoping it was just a fluke, but all the pieces were that way.

Called the local store and the rep called the driver. The driver did not pick up the phone, said the rep. The entire set was $66.90 and she only received half of it. Living out of state is hard to depend on services to follow through. I have not received a refund or a confirmation email for one, but I continue receiving emails to tip a driver who did not try to call me to share what happened to my full order. Ripping people off in a time like this is unreal! Since very unreal and unprofessional.

They did their best and they delivered.My mom loved her arrangement. She'd never had them before. I am so glad she loved the candy, fruit and balloons. So much better then flowers. I would have spent just as much on flowers and been charged for delivery. Mom can't eat flowers and flowers die.Thank you Edible Arrangements for great service and a great birthday surprise. Sara T: Ordered flowers and the phone number was incorrect. I happened to call in since I didn't hear about the flowers the next day. The lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude. She indicated they had called my friend and she failed to show up that night before and they were expecting her the next day. I followed up on Monday only for a different lady to tell me the phone number was missing a digit so they hadn't been able to get in contact with my friend and they were glad I called in. So the first lady that was rude to me lied and had never spoken with my friend and never stayed after work like she said to wait on my friend. Also, why was I never called and asked for the correct number? Why wait 3 days and hope that I would call? Poor customer service plus you lied to me! I have used this business for 18 years and will not return after the way I was treated!!!

I didn’t check before I left but realized it was never included when I got home.I called today and was told I was supposed to write my own. Keep in mind, there’s nothing on the website that says this. It allowed me to write a note just like a delivery order so that’s a little frustrating.I should have been told this by the employees there. Next time, I’ll check my flowers before leaving. Lesson learned.And again, they’re beautiful flowers!

donna ellis: I ordered two arrangements for Mother’s Day 2022, to be delivered to two locations, from 1-877 Ava’s flowers who transferred to this florist. I chose a blue/white crock with azaleas. My choice was confirmed. I was charged $26., service fee due to it being a holiday wknd. (Mothers day is always on a wknd). I was charged $83.38 for each plant and delivery. The azalea were substituted with kalachoe and arrived in a plastic pot with pink foil. They looked like I could have purchased them for $14.99. Clearly NOT the same priced item, plant or pot. The bow on my mother-in-law’s plant was bigger than the plant. My moms had no bow, neither had a card stating who it was from. Both sides of the families called me to say how awful the flowers were and clearly not an $85 value. How embarrassing. 1-877 discounted the plants to 50% and said they would allow my mil and mom to keep the plants. Uhhh? What? Like they were gonna go take them back? Not sure what happened to my order and how it went astray. But between the two it went bad….Even at 50% I’m still frustrated.

Sarah B: This shop is run by the most wonderful people, and they single-handedly saved Mother’s Day for me.I ordered a colorful Mother’s Day bouquet through an online retailer who delegated the order to a local florist (IDF). They sent the florist a completely incorrect description, and my mother got an all white bouquet (the traditional color for funerals).My mother has terminal cancer. A white bouquet was uh… probably the worst floral outcome possible. She’d already had a terrible day too, so I had to act fast to salvage any part of it.I called the florist directly and my call was answered by an amazing woman named Meg. They had just technically closed, but she was determined to get the issue resolved even though she was at no fault (since it was the online retailer that messed up the info). Meg canceled the online order and allowed me to place the order directly with her so that she could make an even better bouquet at the same price. She even committed to immediately delivering the new bouquet to my mother, on a Sunday, even though the shop had closed.I’m sure today was chaotic for this florist, and I’m sure this kind woman had other obligations after work, but she went above and beyond to make the situation right and ensure my mom got the perfect bouquet for Mother’s Day. And I cannot express how thankful I am for Meg’s help, which went above and beyond standard customer service… it was genuine love and compassion for another human and I’m tearing up just writing this. My heart is overflowing with gratitude, and IDF will forever be my go-to florist moving forward.Meg, thank you for your grace and compassion. You’re an absolutely gem.

Andrea Klingler: I would not recommend this florist. I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother with stage four cancer. She collects Thomas Kinkade pieces from the Christmas village every year. This year I sent her the arrangement with the 2020 piece “Hero’s Welcome”. The arrangement was delivered and it was the wrong one. The company refused to refund me and said there is no guarantee they can deliver the exact piece even though I received a confirmation email with a picture of what I ordered.

Michael Filosa: The second we walked in on the first warm Saturday, we had someone ask us if there was anything we were looking for. It was packed. He took us straight to the Fuchsia plants. He even took it to the counter for us. Price was considerably cheaper than the one we got last year from a different greenhouse. Only difference was these haven’t flowered yet but we got the plant a little later last year. Definitely will go back, based on customer service alone.
