Spoke with the owners grandson about a purchase, was told the cart would be ready in 7-10 days. After calling on day 8 to check on the progress, the sales manager informed us that they have no invoice for our order. That we had “slipped through the cracks” we were lied to on multiple accounts, told one price and then was asked for even more money! I would NEVER recommend this business! Sales manager and employees were rude and argued at every turn.

Malinda Allen: I have had 2 run ins with Bill Miller ...the first was over a tool that we had to buy to remove a clutch on my golf cart which was purchased from him years before ....we bought the $50 tool from him that was suppose to be used with an impact gun to fix the clutch ...my other half used his own strength and when he went to torque it , it broke in half ...same day ...went back to return said tool and Bill Miller refused to make the situation right... Kept saying that nobody gives refunds on tools that break...which just isn't true ...ended up in a screaming match between him and I ....a year later I needed a voltage regulator ....stupidly I called Bill Miller ....I called him and raced to get to him before he closed ....needless to say it was the wrong one ....didn't find out however till my cart was still over charging and I took it to Hot Rod golf carts where they are honest ....I will never do business with Bill Miller ever again ...and the word of mouth will be spread to all my golf cart owning friends ...he's a cheapskate and has no idea how to treat the public ....

Larry Reed: We had a great deal of difficulty finding a golf cart as we looked at several golf cart shops! We then came to Decatur Carts and they only had two used carts, but Steve told us that they were expecting several 2022 carts in October or November! We told him to put us on the list for one! The last of October he called and said that they had just received 24 new carts, 12 blue and 12 silver! We went to their Van Wert office and picked out a blue one, along with a few upgrades! Within three or four days we were able to get the cart. We really like the cart and Steve was great to deal with! I would highly recommend Decatur Carts & More!

Byron Hefty: I have an Exmark 66” Lazer Z I purchased from Mutton on Lima Road. I called to get some hydraulic oil lines replaced because they are dripping oil. Nothing urgent or severe. I can mow with it until parts come in and I wanted to schedule that. I was told it is 1st come 1st serve, drop it off and leave it with us for 3-1/2 weeks until we can get it in. They will not allow it to be scheduled. That makes it hard for a residential customer to maintain their property while they wait on Mutton to get it in. The mower is getting some age and was considering replacing in the coming year or two. I will re consider where I purchase it from now. Service matters in a buying decision.

Joshua Ramos: Bought a commercial trimmer in the spring. I spent about $800 with the trimmer and some attachments. Not even two months later it breaks down. Well it came to be a spark plug that went out. Easy fix but still shouldn't of happened especially on 1 month old commercial trimmer. And they want to charge me $55! For a spark plug! Seriously over priced. Do yourself a favor and go to Proline down the street and buy yourself an Echo.
