Promptly the next day I recieved a text saying they were heading over. They were all very kind, and pleasant even though I was in their way doing my own yard work. I don't have enough good things to say about the crew and Bill. It seems strange, but I look forward to having my gutters cleaned next year!

Donald Chaffee: Bill, Dan and their crew did a great job cleaning and reconnecting our gutters and clearing the tile system in our home. They pulled 200 lbs of roof dust out of the gutters and downspouts. They spent several hours working on the tile system in our front yard to make sure all the water drained appropriately. The system went from backing up and spilling water everywhere to effectively shunting water away from our foundation. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Mindy Hambrick: All I can say is... wow! This is the first time I've had gutters professionally cleaned, and my expectation was that people would simply show up and scoop the debris out. Done deal. But this was much more than that. Bill walked around the house with me, knew exactly where the points of pooling/issues were before I even said anything, told me what would be needed to fix it, and got quickly to work. I was actually planning new gutters in the fall and thought I had major drainage issues that were going to require regrading the lawn. It turns out, the gutters just needed simple repairs. No replacement, and now that water will be flowing properly, I won't need to completely redo the lawn or even do a french drain either which is a big savings. They did a fantastic job, showed me a massive bin of debris that I had no idea could have possibly been up there (I couldn't lift it!), trimmed a tree that was too close to the roof, removed some unsightly algae on one side, replaced the sagging supports that were causing a lot of the problems, identified and patched a "homeowner special" fix that had been done previously, and left everything cleaner than they found it. AND all that at a very fair price with good communication. They went way above and beyond, and I'm so grateful. I honestly had no idea how important good functioning gutters are, and appreciated both the service AND the education so that I know what you watch for in the future. I am planning to have them back soon to install gutter guards. I absolutely recommend using them, it was a really great experience!

Fort Wayne Gutter Cleaning Service came out quickly (within a few days) with a crew and cleaned out all my gutters, patched in new gutter shields where I needed, and well as fixed up a few other concerns I had. Very fair price and the job was done professionally and thoroughly. I will be using this company exclusively from now on.

Also replaced some of the nails that had come loose !Came out and got it done a week sooner then expected in this 90+ degree heat and did a great job cleaning up after it was all done ! He and his employee cleaned the gutters, scrubbed the outside of the gutters, trimmed several branches off the gutters, made some repairs that were needed and removed all the waste. He also took great care not to cause any damage to the plants around the house. I definitely would recommend this company.

They’re like buying a $3000- $5000 vacuum from a door to door salesperson……there a several options out there that can provide the same (or better) protection at much lower cost.

They called me 5 days in a row before I finally answered and told them to stop calling me. And they still tried to put me on a "call in the future" list! No. I didnt ask for a call from them, was never told they'd start calling me, and I didnt ask for anyone to badger me daily for almost a week. Not professional!

Brackets were cut off and visible where cut horribly and some brackets left hanging on. They sealed the outside of gutters Very unprofessional would not recommend.
