Bob: Not friendly customer service. Their drinks tasted bad. Bad flavor of Pepsi. Flat Soda. The order taker is rude. Employees were rude. I don't recommend eating here.

Trish C: I have gone here twice now and the staff seems to always skimp on the quantity of food. We got a large rice which cost us $.9.71 and the amount was extremely little considering that this is just some plain rice with herbs and spices and no protein or veggies (see image for reference). It's insane to charge so much for just some rice with nothing in it. I'm also from an eastern culture and very aware of how cheap and easy it is to make rice. I will not be coming back here.

Z Z: Giving it three stars. The place definitely needs to be updated. It almost seems like it’s dirty. It could just be the Decour. I wanted to get the three meat special but they were out of kebab and I would have to wait 20 minutes to get the kebab. So then I asked for the two meat special with chicken and steak and the guy said no he couldn’t do that. It would have to be chicken and kebab and I would have to wait 20 minutes. doesn’t make any sense at all. I ended up getting the chicken wrap. It was way too rich with garlic sauce. They need to brighten it up with more vegetables.

NE NE: Owner is generous! But if you’re getting the order from staff, watch out. They may hand out $9 large plate of rice for a small half full plate. And upon calling later they will say it was not large and it was a $8 plate. How can someone justify a half full plate for $8 especially in the month of Ramadan when people have to open fast on a specific time and cant come back . And the staff member asked if I speak Arabic as if that would make any difference to his customer service

Cole Sanford: Stopped in while on Tour and playing Pierre's.A couple of the crew guys are vegan, and I like shwarma, and this was a cheap and easy option.All the vegan guys got falafel platters and loved the generous portions and extra pita. I got a chicken shwarma wrap with extra Garlic Sauce, I loved the flavor, and the person at the counter made sure that it was made the way I liked it. Give it a shot before a concert or if you're just in the area.

Sleepy Zero: If you go here, you have to try the chicken nuggets. When I got them, they had just been made and they basically melted in my mouth. They we're so tender and flavorful. Absolutely delicious.

exhileclan: No longer serving breakfast at up to 10:30am now serving it at 10am at least that's what the guy on the mic said and after researching they said they are not doing that every where but he said they all should be at 10 now and started doing breakfast like that for three months. And there was no one in line after me but I had to pull forward and had to wait on the other customer in front of me because they where pulled up as well!!! They definitely seem very slow right now so not sure why the switch on breakfast and the pulling up with no one behind. My point is arbys website does say that most stores are serving to 10:30am and I've been here and was served breakfast after 10am about 3 weeks ago so I'm confused and why doesn't it state breakfast times on menu in the drive thru line?

Called to let them know, expecting some sort of accommodation for the inconvenience of missing part of our order. If we went back there to pick it up then our food would be cold - if we do nothing then we wasted our money. The manager argued with us on the phone and said there was nothing she could do. I know it's just a piece of the order but we were treated so poorly.Most everyone has low expectations when it comes to the staff of fast-food restaurants but it isn't acceptable.
