Alicia Hinshaw: Beth and Bre were so helpful and knowledgeable. They recommended products that restored my hair and got it back to the color I wanted. Saved me sooooo much money!
Skiler Hedge: I came in to this store with hair that I was trying to grow back out. And y’all know how many awkward stages that has. There was an employee there named Alicia that helped me pick out products to make my hair easier to style and very nice. She was very professional and made me feel better about my bad hair. She also showed me products for my girlfriend for Valentine’s Day since I was confused. She told me a lot of new information I didn’t know for nails and makeup for her. She also helped me with hair dye cause I wanted to try something new so I don’t recut my hair. She was very friendly and made sure I didn’t go over budget I let her know I was a college student. She also just let me shop after showing me the stuff and wasn’t over bearing like some places I feel sit and watch you expecially in smaller stores. I recommend going to see alicia at the Northcrest sallys!

The employee will watch me trying to get around them and do nothing. isles aren’t wide enough for a whole cart, employee, and a shopper. This has happened so often that today I walked in saw them stocking again and left. Pro side they are never out of anything. Con you feel like the nuisance and in their way trying to find the products you came for

Meh 02516051: I used to go to the southgate Sally’s but since I started going to this one I try to avoid that one. Everytime I walk in here it is such a great environment. The ladies here are super nice super helpful and not judge mental. If I have a question I’ll ask it and they always respect if I don’t need any help. Honestly the best Sally’s I’ve ever been to and I love coming here and will continue to do so.
Roshelle **: Excellent service the last time I went in, even saved me money on an item I wanted that I didn't realize was a 4 for $20 deal. The staff is always helpful when I go in, if you have any questions they have answers. Definitely recommend!

Maresha Boyd: I cannot remember the lady who helped me. However ! I’m so happy I went to this location. I had dyed my hair for the first time and ended up with hot roots. I didn’t know what to do and I went there and one of the workers explain everything to me. Even went out of her way to match colors to my hair color that I wanted. When I tell u my hair turned out perfect and the coloring matched so well. Couldn’t thank her enough. Def recommend this place.

Christina yeahh: Kind of sad today just needed one Ion color, I was on my way from work and I knew they closed at 7 so I got there around 6:52 exactly, doors locked and they just stand at the register and mouth “we are closed” so I mouthed “its not 7 yet” even the physical sign right in front of me said 7. And they try to mouth something back but I cant read lips very well so no idea. :(
Alicia Hinshaw: UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! The team os made up of people from different stores for now. They are all very friendly and knowledgeable. The hours are jow 11 to 6 but the acting store manager told me they have new staff coming and should have normal business hours soon. They are hiring!
Meh 02516051: This location is alright but definitely not my favorite. I always feel judged walking in here and the ladies just aren’t as friendly. They aren’t super helpful and I hate asking them questions.

Doreen King: The owner is pretty great. Met him a few years back. Every time I go I'm treated with respect and kindness. Some places in town treat customers badly [lots to say but I'll leave it at that]. This is the best beauty supply store in town. Prices have raised with inflation, but that's everywhere. They keep a lot of products in stock. So that you're not overwhelmed, just ask for the item you came to buy.

But so long as you do the prices are great and products are plentiful.I personally love Moroccan Oil products, but Amazon charges twice the price for half the product.I also found a new favorite hair paste and will be returning again to buy more when I run out of it, which will likely be soon.The employees are friendly and courteous.

Brooke: Been sitting in the parking lot waiting for the store to open. Hours on the door say open at 10am. Hours on the internet say open at 10am. The lights are still off and the door is locked. It's 10:10am. Doesn't even look like anyone is here and there is no sign posted anywhere saying you are opening later.

Lori RN: Always have had a great customer service experience here, from choosing the correct color, to helpful suggestions regarding sales. They are not aware of upcoming sales, so you won't get help on that, however.One complaint I have for Sally's as a company, is that they run sales on haircolor, for example. They will offer B2G1F, and not have more than a couple of each color in stock. Thankfully I blend multiple hues, so I can find 3 that I need, although they rarely ever keep 3 of the same color in stock. It's become such a problem that I have to buy my color online.This is not a great strategy by Sally's because I buy in bulk for the free shipping, which eliminates my need to stop in the store for months at a time. This eliminates my massive tendency for impulse buys at each visit every 6 weeks or so. My shopping frequency has gone from every 6wks to once every 5-6mos! This saves me a couple hundred dollars per year, easily. So GO ME! 🤣PS When I leave my beauty salon after a cut, my stylist ALWAYS gets compliments by the other beauticians and patrons...she gives me the credit, but I know who REALLY gets the credit, Ion hair color and the staff at Sally's! 😉 Thanks to the great staff there...all licensed beauticians, btw. They know the products well which is great!
