richandkatie61701: I purchased the B Lux bag in March. Took it on my first trip in May. The leather handle started to tear away from the bag making a hole AND the bag started to tear away from the telescoping handle. Costumer service has not my expectations, siting that these issues are due to normal wear & tear. But after one use of the bag, I disagree. I purchased this bag because I want to support American Made companies. But I won't be buying any more bags from them.

I just bought 2 more bags and matching accessories to take on vacation. They are lightweight and stain resistant so they are perfect when traveling. Looking to buy more.
