Vanessa Cory: Ordered 8 items and double checked my order. Two sweat shirts with matching skirts, 2 shirts with matching pants. Instead of receiving 2 shirts I received 4 pairs of pants and now I can’t even get a hold of them after multiple attempts and I’m guessing they don’t really care since they’re going under.
Amber Allen: How many sales consultants were TERMINATED without notice on 12/07 without payment of commissions earned. I’ve heard “all of them” as well as work-at-home support staff. Just how many families were affected?
Laura Swanson: Matilda Jane Company is now out of business. The company was run into the ground and they took their Trunk Keepers down with them. Trunk Keepers were expected to help them sell their latest release for December and then told they wouldn’t actually be paid for that release. The management should be embarrassed for themselves. All of these trunk keepers are now without employment and so close to Christmas. Do not support this sinking ship, find and buy directly from trunk keepers that already have money spent on this December release.I hate that I even had to give one star.It’s awful that the company that Denise built with love has been destroyed in this way.
McKenzy Flores: The fact that they think they can charge these kind of prices is crazy! You’re nothing special so how can you charge 45$ for a child’s tshirt and another 40$ for one pair of little shorts. You think a child should play in a 100$ outfit? Lol oh your life must be wonderful.
James Walker: I have wrote this company every time and nothing has been done. I have not relations with this person in GA. and I am in MI. Multiple times I have received emails about orders. Either someone is committing fraud with my information or this company just does not care about customer information and will give it to random people. I would suggest not using this company if you value your personal information being private!

Brian Carlton: Lady on the phone was rude to my wife after $283.00 was left pending in her bank account for items that were not in stock. Told her the charges would probably drop off by the end of the week. The clothing is nice but the customer service isn’t up to par.
My “My Opinion” opinion: This is the worst company on the face of the planet....I ordered something from them and then got a package and it was not my stuff in fact it was someone else’s stuff in a box with their information, but my mailing address on the outside of the box. Doing the right thing I called and told them, the lady I spoke with was a complete b-tch!! Basically told me to fix their mistake and expected me to be their delivery person......... I work and always get off after fedex closes and so one week later she emailed me again and told me if I didn’t get it sent off the company was gonna charge me for their mistake. Really....let them try. I will file a dispute with my credit card. I told them they needed to arrange for someone to pick it up from my door step. This company is ridiculous.
our fam: I get completely annoyed by the trunk keeper ordeal. The emails, or having to hunt down a trunk keeper. Why offer trunk keepers commission when they are not who we follow..

Theresa Newman: I was very disappointed to have drove almost 30 minutes out to mainstream boutique for them to not be open during their business hours. The sign on the door said they open at 10 it was 10:20 no light on no sign on the door about being closed for any reason. Wasted an hour although driving there then driving home empty handed. I was really looking forward to purchasing items from here on my only free time without my kids.

Chica R: I love the clothes and accessories of Francesca's. My review is based solely on the customer service at this location. There is very much a "mean girl" vibe here. The associates stay at the register, talking amongst themselves and really give the impression they're talking about customers. They didn't offer to help at all and this isn't the first time I haven't felt welcome at this store. The time before, I was given a different shopping bag than everyone else. All other customers received a cute Francesca shopping bag when they checked out; I received a plain plastic bag.
Teresa Thomas: Francesca has the cutest jewelry for teens to adults. Good amd plentiful selection for a reasonable price.
AnDrea Lynn: Very friendly (even while overworked) staff with a beautiful new selection of clothing and a huge clearance section currently (1/13/21). Will visit again when I'm back in town! Left with my purchase in a bag and a smile on my face! Happy Vibes!

jessica orr: The Staff here is so friendly. On my days off I’m makeup free and my hair is a mess! Regardless they treated me top notch! Glenbrook Mall is another story they treat me as a inconvenience to be waited on and that I’m below their level to be buying at the store! Now if I go in there and my hair and makeup is done I can get waited on! I would rather spend my money at Jefferson Pointe where they treat me the same regardless of my appearance! I’m shopping so sometimes I dress up and sometimes I slap on a tshirt and leggings and out the door I go!Thank You Management For Creating A Great Team & the Staff!

Thea Scott: I went into Buckle, never have been in before, and an associate stops and talks to me, asks me what I’m in for, what my style is, and helps me find everything! Since Buckle doesn’t carry plus sizes in store, and I’m a plus sized girl, the associate helps me find clothes that run a little bit larger than a usual fit would! I tried on everything she found me! From jeans, to shirts, to bralettes. I loved it all! She gave me a card to keep, that has my pant size in their store (because it’s different than a usual 18/20) and some information for the next time I visit! Here it is, the next day, and I’m going back! I was telling my boyfriend that Buckle is my go-to store now! Thank you Skye, for all your help!!
