steve Michael: I had a tattoo removal service provided by these folks two months ago and I scheduled another treatment for 30 days from then which I gave two weeks notice that I had to cancel. When I tried to reschedule, they told me that I needed to give them a $100.00 deposit to secure my appointment. I asked why and I was told that people who oppose putting down a deposit tend to not show up and that they loose too much money. I’m a bit befuddled because they stood to gain $3850.00 over the course of the next 7 sessions which I have had my second treatment and all further treatments from “no sweat” in ft wayne. They are cheaper and do a better job. To each his own I guess but it sounds like a “cutting off your nose to spite your face” situation.

She's diabetic, has treated her veins before somewhere else, took 7+ years for them to show signs of their return again.We found this place in hopes they handled things effectively.My mother would be their last patient of the day since her work and where we live.In all honesty, I felt this place rushed every time we went in; and never really studied and cared for my Mom.It's the end of the day, the staff wishes to leave, especially the doctor.I saw rushing, rushing is so obvious man. It pained me seeing such a place not be serious of their client, and its my MOM, who was in high hopes of gaining confidence again.We went back TWICE, they said they would "clean, fix up", but even then they rushed it and even had some new girl assist the main assistant??? OH MY GOD And then the main one had to go back to fix the new girls work by poking MORE HOLES. Like girl, get practice on a patient that wasn't already messed up, what kind of training & professionals do y'all follow?😭😭We understand that every end result is different, as the book in the lobby showed; But I don't get how instead of helping her, this place made them worse. I don't understand why they offer late appointment times, if they know they won't have the patience and rush it.My Mother went through Hell and back with the healing process, lots of blood, the order of compressed hose, all because they couldn't do it right the first time.I would consider going somewhere else established longer, does not discriminate wealth status, and takes their establishment & career seriously.

Keri Do: I have some tattoos that I don’t love anymore. I’ve been to a few places around Fort Wayne ranging from tattoo shops and plastic surgery centers for laser removal. Let me tell you.... Dr. Jimenez and his team were an absolute pleasure to be around. Not only were they attentive, they took time to understand my expectations and made me feel so comfortable. On the day of my laser treatment, the ladies who assisted me were the kindest and most personable people I’ve met. If you’ve had laser treatment before, you know it hurts. I was anticipating the pain and was really nervous. To my surprise, the treatment included nice cold air focused at the area of the skin the laser was treating. This made my experience so much more bearable. I was able to sit through 3 passings without asking for a break. The last place I went to, I needed 3 because they didn’t offer the cold air, or any pain management. I was so impressed with the entire experience. I can’t recommend Dr. Jimenez and his staff enough. I am looking forward to saying good bye to my tramp stamp lol.

Princess Sharp: So first time at Woodhouse they exceeded my expectations compared to the spa I been to in texas. Woodhouse maternity massage 80 minutes preferred by me mommies. They have a pillow just for us to “lay on our belly “ idk where they got it but I’d love to have that the remainder of my pregnancy!! Louis K did such a great job. I’m truly sorry if he got scared . I got a little fatigued and hot flashes. I should’ve ate a bigger lunch. I thought I would have to end my massage but he stepped out and I was able to cool down and then we continued. I dozed off a couple time I even caught myself snoring lol. Also arrive early as you can to enjoy all the amenities they have! I didn’t think it was too costly and it was a gift to myself for turning 34! It was extremely clean in there and after my massage a sat for a few in the quiet room which is so perfect ! And I showered which was a added compliment to the maternity massage! I definitely would like to come back post baby to keep my blood flowing and circulating since I’m “older”. Only thing the showers was missing was a shower cap for the women that don’t want to get their hair wet. Other than that 10/10 I definitely can’t wait til I can come back !

Kendra Russell: To begin let me say that I love Woodhouse Day Spa. I have never had anything but a completely positive experience start to finish, until yesterday. Due to the weather and several businesses closing early, I called to confirm they were open for my Appointment and/or if it needed to be rescheduled, which I was so happy to hear they were! Vicky, my massage therapist was amazing, and the massage service itself met/exceeded all expectations. She did amazing. My only complaint was during the initial reception. I was greeted upon entry and asked for my name which I provided. The younger girl at the front desk took my paper which I'm assuming is my "customer profile" or something similar, smiled, nodded her head and said someone would be with me soon. She then called a coworker over showed her my paper, both giggled and that was that. I thought it was odd but disregarded. At this time 2 other women came from the spa hallway to greet me and take me back to the locker room. The younger girl proceeds to show them the same paper, they all 3 look over in my direction (I am the only customer in this area) and continue to laugh/giggle. It was very awkward and quite honestly, very off putting. I felt immediately uncomfortable, and it had an impact on the rest of my experience. It could have been completely innocent, but again, very uncomfortable. Like previously stated, the massage service provided by Vicky was great, 5 stars for sure, but this initial interaction has me questioning my comfort level in returning.

No thanks. So much for the hundreds of $ in gift cards I won’t be using

Only downsides are that the steam room was closed for maintenance and if you book for a couples massage you cannot do anything together besides (potentially) the massage and sit in a "gathering room". Everything else for men and women are separate. However, going for a girl's day is a great idea!

joyce lazier: My visit to Belle Sante was the first I've had with this type of spa, and it was wonderful from the start. I was warmly greeted by Lynne and was escorted to a chair where they brought me coffee and talked me through the various procedures and forms I was signing, I was made fully aware that I may experience some bruising and there were ways I could mitigate that but that everyone is different with how easily they bruise. I ended up only having one slight bruise that quickly went away. During the procedure, Heather talked me through every step and explained what she was doing and why. She has a nice technique to calm the pain of injection. I did not find the injections very painful. She showed me results as they were happening. She also got a consult from a colleague to ensure the best result - she is a true artist. She effectively relayed aftercare to me and I left feeling secure and good. The results are amazing. I look refreshed and rejuvenated - and still like me. I could not recommend this place more. Never thought I'd be doing any fight to aging but at 54 and looking rested and perky, I will be coming back. I was tired of looking at pictures and seeing what looked like an angry, tired woman. Now I look on the outside how I feel on the inside - happy and full of life.

Makes me look like I have swelling after being punched in the face! $1500 later I look worse than before I went in! I wanted more volume in my lower face and jawline. Picture with sunglasses is 3 months before the fillers.

Give them a shot and you won’t be disappointed. Just be aware that unfortunately the tattoo shop nearby is playing loud music on purpose to try to disrupt the service you are paying for. But this lovely business is trying their best with construction to block out the noise!

She only booked us for the base package when I planned on booking the deluxe version. Their loss. My massage was alright, my husband's however felt more like someone running their hands over his skin than an actual massage. He does not want to return at all. I might for different services but will not be my 1st choice in the future.

MissManyTalents: Relaxing environment. Nice staff, facial was nice, but I wouldn't recommend the 90min facial. It was nice for the first halibut laying flat on your back stark still for the last half started to wear on mg back and hips. And after the second round of treatment my face more greasy than moisturized. I had to wipe alot off after I left. Now that being said I did have a lovely glow when it was all said and done. For place is a bit hard to find and out of the way so look for a very small sign.

They seem to lose employees a lot. The one on hilegas was not great at all. The atmosphere is cheaper, looking with not much charm, they couldn't do the type of pressure we wanted only a relaxing rub basically. Gave the hilegas location a few chances but won't go back to that one. Dupont if they could keep staff and I could have the same person for massage that would make me happy.

Nadia Boyer: Had an appointment scheduled for about 3 weeks to get eyelashes lifted and tinted. The appointment was at 12 and got there at 1145 and waited and at about 1205 they told me that Morgan the one scheduled to do my eyelashes was not going to be able to make the appointment time. I couldn’t believe it. I made arrangements for my kids and they waited until the appointment time to tell me that she wasn’t even there!! My time is just as valuable and I’m pretty sure if i cancelled without 24 hour notice they charge for the full appointment price! Terrible customer service and basically wasted my time. I live in auburn so not only my time but driving time as well. This is suppose to be a luxury spa experience. Hardly that!! Avoid Morgan as she doesn’t value your time!!!!UPDATE: went back to give salon another chance. Had service done by Sophia who was AMAZING!! Talked with “spa manager” multiple times from the salon and she said she was going to comp the service. I had a gift card that i used and i am still waiting on them to comp any service. I had tipped Sophia 50$ and the “spa manager” called to make sure that was the amount I meant to tip her. Sophia does a great job and will probably be the only reason I would go back to the salon. The salon did not make up for the original experience just disappointing, especially since they told me they would make up for it. Nothing was done to compensate my time or level of frustration. Probably the worst salon experience in Fort Wayne!!

Rachel Nally: Had a deluxe package purchased as a gift. This was my first time at Tranquil Touch. After 5 hrs of massage I left in more pain then what I went in with. Mainly because there was no pillows for neck support and when I was on my belly the head rest was so low it put me in a weird position. It was clear to see that I was uncomfortable. I had 3 ladies working on me and the last of the 3 was honestly the worse therapist I had ever EVER had. She would spend more time moving her chair around me so she could sit during the entire massage then actually massaging me. There was moments when I thought she was falling asleep. If you like massages that are lighter than butterfly kisses with long pauses because the therapist is dosing off, then this is the place for you. And i was very specific on wanting a deep tissue massage. I left rubbing my own back and neck from the pain and actually cried in my car for the waste of time.
