Cory Kuhl: Called to ask some questions, and the associate that answered the phone wouldn't answer my questions unless I was an account holder. I wasn't even able to give them my name or my company name to become an account holder. I guess the only positive I can say is that they answered the phone quickly and I wasn't put on hold.

I live less than a mile so some times I have to go there but if I have enough time I prefer to drive across town instead of being treated like I don't matter.I guess I'm not a big enough client for them.Maybe they don't like cash, who knows.

scott Adams: They were a lot better than I expected... The people at the counter took the time to look up the part I needed for my clients furnace, that was missing the full model #.They had parts for multiple furnace manufacturer's. And a lot of good HVAC tools at Amazon prices without the long wait or shipping cost.Way better than other HVAC suppliers who are rude and change the price of the same product depending on who walks threw the door, like "j-stone suppliers"
