Laurel Derickson: I don’t live in Fort Wayne, so I will occasionally call my vitamin order into them and they will have it ready for my husband to pick up. They never make me feel like this is a hassle. Very courteous.

Andy was awesome with suggestions in regards to our supplements and just taking the time to talk with us to hear any concerns or questions. This personal customer service is like no other. The big pharmacies can't and don't take the time to know there customers. Marion Leavell: Happy to have compounding pharmacies when you need specialized solutions. My only complaint about this pharmacy is no sense of urgency, ever. Most often when the prescription gets sent from my doctor to them I end up calling after a few days to see what the status is. I have even called and asked for my prescription to be expedited because I was going out of town, however when I called back the next day my prescription was still "on hold". By expedited I was hoping a prescription received by them Monday around noon could be ready Wednesday late in the day. Why it was still on hold as if I didn't call in is puzzling.

Lisa Reed: Great product and great pharmacist, but the follow-up for their customers is HORRIBLE. Every time I have an RX update I get caught between my doctors office and this pharmacy, both claiming they haven't heard from the other, and NEITHER of them calling me to let me know. If you can't fill my prescription CALL ME AND LET ME KNOW! I'm now out of medication and no closer to getting my refill than I was two weeks ago.

Mandy Morgan: Had to take off a star for the cleanliness factor but other than that they had what I needed.
Jeffrey Kain: Friendly staff, but the pharmacy hours are inconvenient (closed for a half hour each day for lunch, and closed Saturday and Sunday as well).
Marlin Perez: Sinceramente no entiendo cómo este establecimiento sigue funcionando, el servicio de todos los empleados desde el gerente hasta los cajeros es terrible, no tienen educación, no son amables, nunca ayudan, tiran los productos en las bolsas tanto que muchos de ellos se derraman o se rompen y como si eso no fuera poco, te llenan una bolsa con miles de productos que no la has terminado de tomar en tus manos cuando todo está en el piso porque obviamente la bolsa se rompe.Cierren YA!!

Justin Moe: This place must have no manager, at least not a professional one...Cashiers that literally just walk away from you saying "I have to go to the bathroom" after already acknowledging you and started checking you out.The pharmacy can't even tell you when your prescription will be ready despite having 8 hours to fill your prescription. Cool, then please don't tell me it will be ready when it won't. Then when I get there you can't even tell me if it'll ever be ready....Just stay away from this headache.

Dennis Long: February 25, 2019Attention Walgreens Shoppers: I submitted a prescription to Walgreens and was astonished to learn that the price is four (4) times higher I was paying for the same drug, same quantity and same dosage at another pharmacy.The pharmacist told me that the higher priced drug was due to the contractual relationship between Walgreens and Humana, my insurer. Humana denies Walgreens comment and states the higher price is because Walgreens is charging a higher price than the previous pharmacy, and Humana’s contractual arrangement with Walgreens is a non- issue.

Google User: The pharmacy at this store is a disgrace. We never use their pharmacy because it costs about 4x as much for the same medications at other pharmacies, however this is one of few that flavors medications for children. We had been getting medication filled at another pharmacy and flavored here for 4 months with no issues. When we went for the 5th month, the pharmacist tech refused to so it so I asked to speak with a manager who was flat out rude from the get go. Basically called me a liar stating they have never flavored another pharmacy's medication. Long story short I had to have him pulled up a card transaction from a month prior to prove to him I am not a liar. He refused to do anything to help one last time since I already filled the medication and couldn't fill it again. I asked for a store manager afterwards to let her know my displeasure and she was ignorant and unhelpful. I will NEVER return to this pathetic excuse of a store. No wonder they charge more for prescriptions for the same medications/insurance - they have to make up for their abhorrent service that keeps more people away.
Jillian Fields: I have not had one good experience with this locations photo printing.This one woman would turn the button around so i didn’t not know to push it to have her come over. She saw me standing there and preceded to do what she was doing until someone finally told me to turn the button around and hit it. Even after i waited an hour for my prints because it said it would be ready... they still were not.This last time i was just in there, i rang it and a different woman still took awhile to get over. After not being able to find my order i offered to submit it again because i “have places i need to get to.” (Like i said) she still looked around places i don’t know why my pictures would be at and then after submitting because i needed to get the heck out of there; a manager came out to help me.I’ll stick to Meijer next time.

Susan K: I called ahead of time to ensure they had my medication in stock. She said yes. I asked about the time and was advised 20 minutes or so. I drove across town to this location since they are the only ones who could fill this medication. At drop-off, I was advised it would take approximately 25 minutes. I waited almost an hour and a half for my medication! Had I known it was going to take that long, I would have come back later or the next day. Don't set an expectation and not deliver without so much as an apology.

HUNTER STRACK: This place has to have some of the most deadbeat, laziest workers I’ve ever had to endure, so slow all the time, seems like they really don’t care about any of their customers regardless of who the customer may be. I come here all the time, and I expect at least half decent customer service, but at this place, customer service isn’t even a part of the question, there’s a lot of people with jobs in here that really should never have gotten their jobs here to begin with. It really is quite pitiful, really wish they actually had some sense of decency at all.
Madison Perrella: This pharmacy is just absurd they call me and tell me that my prescriptions are ready and then when I get there they make me wait another 30 min, all the techs are extremely rude when you ask questions about why they call and say things are ready when they clearly are not.

Auntie M: I was at walmart pharmacy tonight. 10/18/22 (Brittany was my cashier and a young man with dark hair whos name started with R was the phamacist.)I was there late, there was a mixup/ red tape about my medicine.Instead of being cold, smug and flippant about it they were kind, helpful, and actually tried fixing the problem instead of coldly dismissing me. They were the Best. They did all they could do while staying within the gudlines they must adhere to. All pharmacist teams could learn somthing from them.

Christina day: I used this pharmacy 1 time a few months ago after I had my teeth pulled. Wasn't ready yet so I went home and came back a couple of days later. By then I had been taking expired generic Tylenol that a friend had given me! I was so sick 😫 & my body felt like it was shutting down. I couldn't even get out of my truck to get my medicine! (Had no idea about expiration of the meds!) Just knew I needed my antibiotics! Well I didn't have my bank card, I had cash, but they couldn't take cash for outside medicine pick up! With No questions asked the pharmacist brought out my medicine & let me know it was covered by them! I was SO GRATEFUL! Just wanted you guys to know how much that meant to me! It's been a few months but y'all deserve the recognition for your kindness ✨️! Thank you guys!
