Candice Burden: We stayed at this hotel with our 7 year old son for a fun night away with mom and dad as an experience Christmas gift. We checked in on Saturday 1/21 and had a wonderful and very pleasant experience around 2 pm with the employee that checked us in. We went down to the pool a bit later and noticed there was a shift change happening. Around 430, we received a call from the front desk attendant that had just started her shift, letting us know that there were noise complaints coming from our room. We were very confused...because we were not being loud!! I mean, if watching cartoons on volume 14 and walking around the room getting settled in can generate a noise complaint, then this hotel is definitely not suitable for families!!! The person we spoke to was very rude and made us feel very unwelcome. We were extremely disappointed! Because of this, we will be looking for different accomodations when traveling to Ft. Wayne. ***The breakfast attendant Sunday 1/22 was so helpful and friendly.
Janet Bosser: There are 2 staff members I don't remember their names but they were so disrespectful and rude , they let another guest know our room number and that guest came to our room about our kids who btw were sitting on the bed. It caused un necessary altercation and then they blamed us. We won't stay there again because of those 2 front desk staff. Nice hotel bad staff.

Tim Sullivan: Used to love this hotel, I visit quite often for work but the past few months it has been nothing but problems every time I visit. Getting double charged, charging me higher room rates than I originally made the reservation for, horrible customer service. New employees that don’t know what they are doing and New assistant manager isn’t helpful! Water lines breaking flooding the stairs, food was horrible, was served rotting lettuce. For someone who has stayed over 120 nights the past year with Hilton hotels, this one has gone down hill very quick.

Mark Carter: OMG......Can NOT BELIEVE that PRICELINE even sells rooms FOR THIS DUMP. We didn't find a "Dead body," but we didn't stay long enough either. The place was disgusting and had dead bugs as well as mold and stain bed linens......unbelievably. They also charged our credit twice after my wife told them it was paid for through Priceline, and the clerk NEVER asked me for my credit card at checkin, so it was comprised through Priceline. Terrible place and shouldn't be advertised on ANY Hotel sites....like Priceline.

Hugh Spencer: Stayed here many times. Always be cautious to who you encounter, staff included. Always be aware of your surroundings. The fireworks you heard are probably gun shots.

I still cant believe I actually stayed here after taking one step into my room. The one positive aspect is that after 18 months since my stay here, I do not appear to have any infectious diseases. K W: If I wasn't just stopping here for a hookup I wouldn't go anywhere near the place. Didn't feel safe. It is obviously one of the local hotels that take welfare vouchers. Those are the ones to avoid entirely. Call the desk of any hotel in Fort wayne before staying there and ask if they take the vouchers. If the hotel says yes, go elsewhere.

Sara Dameron: First room had very little heat and no blankets on the bed. Went to front desk and got blanket but it didn't help. Decided I couldn't take it anymore and went to check out and they gave me another room. A bit better but still cold with no blanket on bed. Bedding in first room looked unclean. In the top five worst places I've stayed. Place is BAD...avoid it.
