Zach Lara: When stopping in for the first time, we were greeted within 3 seconds of entering while assisting customers by Alexa J. Throughout the interaction, she had had a smile and genuinely cared about the effort she was putting in. She has raised the bar for what used to be an industry standard and we appreciate that. So much that I am leaving this and will be calling directly to the manager as well to relay this information.
Kathleen Jutte: We got a flight of ice cream and it was very good. Their miniscoops are bigger than expected. We got lucky and came in when it wasn't busy, very chill atmosphere

Aubrie Lamb: Went at a fairly busy time in the dead of winter. The staff were friendly and trying their best to keep up. The store could definitely be cleaner, like could use a deep cleaning. Also the signs of the ice cream are hard to read when there’s a long line. This store would really benefit from a big sign of all flavors. The ice cream was tasty.

chanjolo: Awesome little gem of a place. Went here for the first time in October. I got two scoop sundae with butter brickle and bourbon pecan pie with caramel drizzle and pecans it was literally the chefs kiss. My cousin got bubble wrap cone with butter brickle and coffee ice cream. They had an unbelievable array of flavors to choose from. Definitely will visit again when I'm in the area! Highly recommend!!

Jin Kwon: I don’t think they are serving ice cream, it tastes more like frozen dessert. The spoons are too chintzy for the frozen dessert. The spoons are also too short to get to the bottom of the cup they serve the frozen dessert in.

Definitely some of the best ice cream! It was also only like $15 bucks, great price for the taste!! Also the walls were super cute and had some instagram spots.

It's a very small location so during their busy hours it feels very cramped and because the process of making the ice cream rolls takes a little while even when they're not super busy, when they are it can take a really long time.
Katie Topps: My first time here was a few weeks ago on President's Day with 2 of my kids. I feel like it took a really long time considering there was only 1 family ahead of us. One of my kids wanted a milkshake, so when it was finally our turn to order, they said they couldn't make shakes because they were out of the ice cream and their shipment didn't come due to the holiday. I had a very upset kiddo! I feel like they should've had a sign out stating that so he could've decided on something else while we were waiting. He is autistic, so making a decision quickly is not possible.The ice cream was good, but so expensive!!!Also, there were 3 workers there that day, and the male employee kept complaining about not having had a break yet.

Robert “Rob” DeBarros: First time we visited this place..It was okay 🤷♂️.. nothing special but definitely on the pricey side. Got two cups of ice cream and spent $15. The lobby was kind of a mess with floors that desperately needed to be swept and napkins all over the place. It wasn't really an inviting atmosphere for an ice cream shop..it was kind of plain jane with no decor..I guess we all had expected more of a lively bright colorful candy/decor/music filled ice cream shop like we've been to before. As for the toppings go..they were quite simplistic..not really a crazy amount of choices..good choices..but nothing special.. again we were assuming there would be insane amount of choices like other ice cream shops..especially when you start throwing prices at customers like that.

Kris Church: It was good. My son had the cotton candy ice cream. He enjoyed it. I had the blueberry lemon gelato. It was ok. I had hoped for a little more tartness with the lemon. Overall it was good. Prices are a little high, but with the economy I get it right now.

Hoosier Resell: Fantastic neighborhood ice cream shop! Everything you could want and more. They have a rotating menu of ice cream, vegan options, candies, pop, and snacks. It's the perfect place to grab dessert after dinner. And yes, they do have hot fudge. The ice cream shop that was in this location previously did not and that drove me nuts lol.

Lauren: This is an adorable and delicious ice cream shop and we are lucky to have it close to our home! We love having playdates with our kids' friends here and sitting on the patio in the warm weather. The ice cream flavors are delicious and always rotating so there are new choices! I also love taking my vegan friends here, they have at least three vegan ice cream flavors on hand PLUS they have non-dairy milk to make vegan shakes!!!! Last visit I tried an apple pie type ice cream with caramel sauce, and their waffle "chips" on the side. Heaven! We love that they are open year-round too because it's always a good time for ice cream (but they do have hot chocolate and coffee too)! Will be back very soon I'm sure!

anneth miramontes: It was like we went back in time when we stepped into the shop. It was definitely an 80’s vibe going on. The ice cream was really good too! I ordered a Ninja Turtle Sundae. It was their take on a classic turtle sundae.

Jen Sneiderwine: Love Rusty's! We went in there with 13 of our out of town family members. The 2 gentlemen behind the register were great and got our order taken care of fast. They let us move some tables together and we played music on the jukebox and had a fun time. The atmosphere there is amazing. Our out of town family loved it too!
Joshua Raber: Rusty's is AMAZING! They have a huge menu with something for everyone. They have dairy free oat milk vanilla ice cream which is perfect for those like me who have a lactose allergy. I got an egg nog shake and it was fantastic. Each flavor is cleverly named after an old tv show character, band, or song. They have classic games like Chutes and Ladders and Candy Land that guests can play while they enjoy their tasty frozen treats. A fully functioning jukebox is posted up in the corner where guests can select musical classics while they enjoy their frozen treats. If you're feeling extra competitive you can drop a quarter into their old school arcade game and shoot for a high score! I highly recommend Rusty's and look forward to filling my punch card for a free dessert!
