Leah Quillen: I’ve always had amazing customer service with both the DuPont and Illinois Road branches. Extremely helpful and kind staff, excellent management, especially Lisa the manager at DuPont. They go above and beyond for their customers and make all experiences be as easy on the customer as possible. Always recommending excellent products to help ease my banking experience and to help me. Wish I could give 10 stars. Thank you, Lisa and staff for being my go to for all things banking.
Phillip B: Got a personal loan from premier bank but they tried to force me to open an account with them to make payments instant electronic payments. Otherwise I have to personally deliver the payment or mail it in (which takes up to 2 weeks). Seems very manipulative.
Larry Fisher: Horrible, closed the window on me because they said they didn’t wanna do the paperwork. Don’t recommend them to anyone. Wish I would have stayed away

Jesse Keefer: This bank is terrible. I ordered a debit card, they sent it to the wrong house. When I noticed and asked them where it was they realized and canceled my card. Then they were gonna send a brand new card to my current address, it has not come yet, one worker in Hicksville said it was gonna be here a couple weeks ago. The head branch in defiance Ohio said it would be here this week, nope. Do these people understand how much bills are tied to a debit card, I have to drive 20 min just to get my own money, ridiculous I do not recommend banking at this bank...

David Bondarenko: If I could give this bank a lesser review… I would. I wouldn’t second it either. If you have a problem with your account, it’s not prioritized. If they have a problem with your account. Trust me it’s at the top of their list. Yikes… go to chase.
Lucas Dargo: The teller inaccurately placed a check into my Health Savings Account instead of my regular checking account. I have had an ongoing issue trying to have it resolved for 3+months.
Kathleen Hazelett: Have recently had my account hacked into.. charging my account and putting it into the negative..I realized the problem called the bank. Found who the culprits are and asked that my account be kept open until I come in. It was bill paying time and I need my account open for another day. The woman I spoke to on St.Rd 37 in Fort wayne ,In. Did not do what I asked.. she closed my account without saying and I am disabled. Unable to get to my bank when another decides. I am being charged additional $ for late payments. Cannot feed my animals today and have nothing to drink.. I've been with grabill bank who was taken over by first merchants for 25 - 30 yrs. I have had the worst banking experiences for the past 2 yrs since they have taken over.

Heather C: 1st Source is a great partner to its customers, but I especially appreciated the assistance Madison at the Fort Wayne, Carnegie branch has provided. On two occasions recently I have required assistance from the branch and Madison could not have been more helpful. She was not only very competent in the way she handled each situation, but she went out of her way to make things easier for me, as her customer. Very much appreciated.
exposernine: This bank is like family. They are always happy to see and help us with any of our banking needs. They even know and remember our children when we bring them in with us. Malorie Gasper in particular is always ready to help.
Seth Fish: This branch doesn’t have a clue, customer service is non-existent here. Teller Blake is woefully untrained for his position. I signed 3 places on a wire form that clearly states if done in person no signature is needed. In the same visit I brought documents to update my name after divorce, Blake did not know how to do this. He spent over 25 minutes on the phone gathering forms and instructions only to return to the lobby and state he cannot complete the transaction because the joint account owner must sign. He presented forms to me to add/remove another person. I stated I am the same person this isn’t the form. He was dumbfounded, I went to my car thought a moment about the situation and realized he has to be making a mistake. I asked to speak to the branch manager, having to find a gentleman in his office as the teller would not greet me upon walking in. The manager was conveniently at lunch. I NEVER have these issues when visiting the auburn banking center. If I keep my accounts here I will never visit this branch again. They cannot perform the few simple requests I had for them.
Chris Foxworthy: After banking here for 3 yrs and deposited $11k a month into my business account I had them hold a deposit for 12 days. Manager was very rude and I'm very disheartened about this bank now and will be closing accounts. After this issue now they deposited a check then told me it is not available because my account was closed. They took the check mind you gave me a receipt and now say it's an inactive account. They just stole $2500 from me. This has to be the worst banking location in the world.

Paula Oatess: I have been a Star customer for decades. I recently made a large purchase while on vacation and the experience getting the money from Star in Indiana to the people I made a purchase from in Florida has been nothing but a nightmare. Part of the money for the purchase came from a credit union account we also have and that was done in one day. Star made me do it as a Bill Pay for the money from their bank. They said the person would have the money by the 9th and today is the 10th and they still don’t have the check. Why Star couldn’t just transfer the money to the person’s account with the routing and account number like the credit union did is beyond me in the modern era of technology. I will definitely be making some financial changes when I get home to Indiana.
Kevin McCammack: I needed to make a large withdrawal and was told that I needed to put in a request 2 weeks before making a large withdrawal. The teller then told me she would call other branches to see if any or multiple ones could help me. She called me back sooner than I expected and found two branches that could accommodate me. I think everyone involved went above and beyond the normal to satisfy my needs. I’m very thankful to be banking with Star.

I live in Michigan but have kept star financial as my bank because of how well I they have treated me. I know Jamie from the Angola Branch has always been friendly and helpful to me. Heather Rea: Horrible bank and horrible service. They only want to give outrageous overdraft fees, even though your account is nit supposed to be in the negitive. They make it go in negitive so they can slap you with ridiculous amounts of fees. Im closing my account. I have a new bank that does NOT steal money from my account. I also have a lawyer. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK WITH ANY OF YOUR MONEY.
Nic Incremona: I have been banking here for over ten years now and while the staff does change out frequently they are always polite and helpful. What more can you ask. They always make me feel welcome and know me by name. The manager here is accessable and that's more than I can say for most managers. It feels like a small family owned place. Stumblefoot News: Good bank but keep a eye on your money
Julie Peavler: My husband is out of town and called the customer service number to get an increase on his ATM card. They did not put it through. We had to call the the branch first thing on Monday to get it taken care of. I also had an incident where I needed to dispute a charge and customer service told me to call the bank that made the charge. The bank was closed and it was in North Dakota! We live in Indiana. I honestly feel they need to improve the customer service after hours. The branch is excellent! They are always helpful and do as we request.

Dave MacDonald: The staff at this branch is very welcoming and helpful. I was a bit reluctant to switch when they closed the Coliseum location because it was so close but don't regret it at all now. The building interior is breathtaking. They have extra lanes for drive-thru if you prefer that service.

engle lease: Old national bank is the only bank in fort wayne that closed all!!!!!!! locations on 1/30/19!!! you think they could have had one branch open when every other bank in town is open!!!! poor customer service . understand might have had to close some branches but not all. Also they are one of the only banks in the area with no Saturday hours. As of the first of the year there drive thru close at 5PM most people work till 5pm but on Fridays they are kind enough to be open till 530 pm!! Find a different bank if your out looking for banks

Trevor Holtgrave: They nickle and dime you on your Health Savings Account (HSA). The HSA is there for a reason and they charge ridiculous $5 dormant fees.Note: This bank was previously Old Tower until they got bought out by Old National. We never had a problem with Old Tower. Old National does not care about the customers and simply wants to profit from their own customers. Go to another bank.
