Shelby Cobb: Miracle was recommended to us from our neighbors who used them and was so happy with the outcome of their work. Our home was in need of a remodel finish. When we moved into our home we had completed the remodel of our upstairs but was never able to finish the downstairs or our master bathroom. We contacted Miracle and Bob came out right away to go over plans with us and estimates. Once we had a game plan we were then set up with Chrystal and I think his name was Toby for a final walk thru before scheduling work to be started. We were told that it may be a bit before things could get started since they were booked out pretty far, however to our surprise they were able to get started way earlier than expected!! We had a great team show up to start working. We had a very large list of stuff needing to be done, including a whole master bathroom, laminate flooring throughout the whole downstairs (and even some in the basement), painting, painting and more painting, and then a whole lot a trim work and other things listed as well. The team definitely had their work cut out for them. Ray and Nina were Phenomenal!!! The whole crew was very awesome to work with even through some hiccups that we came across along the way. Everyone was very patient with us as we added things to be done along the way and took some things off of the list. We even had a Covid hiccup in our house and the whole crew was so awesome about it, and even with a 10 day break they were right back at it when they were able to re-enter the house!! I cannot thank this whole crew enough for working with us on everything. I know it can be difficult sometimes. I unfortunately did not post any pictures which wouldn't actually do the work any justice. Everything looks AWESOME!!! I would highly recommend Miracle to anyone in need of work to be done whether a small or big project!!! WIth everything being done our house now more than ever feels like HOME!!! He had patience with me as I thought of different ideas, considered different options, and worked through the overall quote of our job until I was comfortable with the price and the updates that we were doing. He regularly went back and forth with me via email to ensure I was happy. He was always responsive and the overall price of the job that we had done, including a complete renovation of our master bath, and painting of our upstairs, including walls, trim and ceilings was all very, very reasonable.When it was time to start the job, Bob introduced me to Chrystal and Toby who were equally as amazing as Bob. They were prompt in their replies to me and ensured that the job was scheduled as quickly as possible. They made sure the job stayed on scheduled and we finished in the time frame that they had estimated, without any bumps and without any surprises.I have to give special kudos to Chrystal as she was working with me from start to finish. She always took my emails, sometimes a million at a time, with a smile and always said "you can email, call and text as much as you want." We previously had a horrible, horrible experience with another contracting company so communication was of major importance for me. Chrystal always delivered and ensured that I was always informed, comfortable, and happy with the job that was being done. She always was wonderful when it came to the overall design of our bathroom. She would give suggestion and offer advice based on the style that I was going for.The workers for Miracle were always incredibly professional and timely. When they said they were going to arrive at 8am, you can bet they were knocking on the door at 7:59, right on time. The upstairs was always very tidy when we got home from work, and they did their absolute best to ensure their workspace was clean and taken care of upon our arrival home. Ray went above and beyond to make extra phone calls to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. When I wanted to make changes, it was a simple "no problem."The workers also went out of their way to not only showcase the professionalism of the company, but also to showcase that they were all just good human beings. We have three dogs, who would tend to escape where we were keeping them while they were working, they always brought them back downstairs, but then back in the three seasons room, and even spent time checking on them throughout the day. We had major storms come through our area and they went out to make sure our trashcans were brought it and did not blow around. All of this was above and beyond what we could have expected.Also, we are a law enforcement family, and my husband has a duty stand in the main room where Miracle was working the majority of the time. One of the workers noticed that my husband clearly worked in law enforcement, and left an incredibly kind business card that read "Dear Officer: We Need You!" We would have continued doing work with Miracle regardless, but these extra touches, these kind gestures, prove to me they are a local, family-owned business that truly cares about their customers.So, Miracle Contracting, THANK YOU! Robert Buesching: Highly recommend Wright Brothers! They worked with me to transform the outdated bathroom in my 100+year old house into something 100% more usable but still keeping with the vibe of the house. David Hartman: We didn't even get to the estimate we were seeking. We stopped by their booth at the Fort Wayne Home and Garden. In 2 minutes, the older guy managed to look my wife up and down (early 30s with normal jeans/t-shirt on) and insinuate that we can't afford what we're asking for a quote on. We can, but thanks for the assumption. Then he insults her again by saying she is just down there to spend my money. After all this, she still booked the appointment because she is nice and non-confrontational. Immediately went back and canceled it. Absurd behavior. Two minutes of interaction, and that's what you brought to the table. Will not do business with a company who insults potential clients, can't imagine how he would treat us as an actual client.She did say the 2 ladies at the booth were nice/polite and she didn't deal with the younger guy, but the older guy there is a disgrace. Hope their work crews are better than their sales guy was, stuff looked nice, salesman cost an opportunity that we had gift-wrapped.

Julie Young (Julie Marie Ervin): They have done countless jobs over the years at my parents' house and at our family company - anything from painting to a new staircase and bathroom and kitchen etc. My husband and I recently bought a house that needed new windows and there's nobody else I would call to do the job! They met with us to choose the windows and then ordered and installed them on schedule. We had weird sizing issues that required a custom window and they were able to accommodate that. We have several other projects that need to be done in this house, and you can bet I'm going to be calling them. Highly recommend for design, construction, painting - all of it.
