Kate Schnitz: The older lady working on Friday, 11/13 has no customer service skills. She was very rude. I ordered online for pick up four hours later. Went there four hours from ordered time - the machine hadn't been turned on for the day nor was my order complete. I attempted to speak with the lady and she kept answering call after call instead of waiting on me while I was directly in front of her. I finally left, called customer service and spoke with them for 22 minutes. They promised item would be ready four hours later with pick up time at 530 that evening. I got there at 530 and the rude lady working was still there. When I gave her my name to pick up item, she said she had NO order for me. I explained I contacted customer service and was promised it would be ready by 530.At this point the rude lady contacted customer service and spoke with them. After she talked to them a few minutes she tossed the phone at me to speak with them.The company compensated me after speaking with costumer service.The situation could have been handled differently by the worker in store - she could have apologized for the product not being done as confirmation email said it would be OR could have apologized for my inconvenience of making two trips to the store. Instead she was upset I placed an order and inconvenienced her.My family has ordered products this past August and twice this month - each time one of us has called regarding order or picked up the order she is working and RUDE. Her calling is not direct customer service.I will no longer placing orders for pick up at Fort Wayne location.

She measured my wrist and sent in the watch to be "repaired". I figured I may have to wait a couple weeks being that it was only a watch band (that I paid $99 for). After 2 months, I received the watch and the band wouldn't even fit a child, let alone me. So I went to the Marion store to drop it off as instructed and the lady there was very rude and didn't even want to give me a receipt. After 2 more weeks I contacted this store again and they said it was sent back in. I am now sitting at 3 months with no watch that only needed a band. I will never ever go to a Kay Jewelers for the rest of my life. Me and my fiance will be going else where for our rings. It was a horrible horrible experience

We found one we liked at the Kay's out north and we were told they could give us 15% off, but wanted to shop around a little bit.After going to other places and not finding anything else he liked just as much he went to this Kay's by our house to see if they had the same ring. He went in and met with Amy and she put the ring aside for us. She told him she would only give him 10% off. So I came in after work to purchase it.When I was ready to check out another clerk was helping us, since Amy was assisting other customers. I asked her what type of price she could get us since the Kay's out North offered 15% off. She said she would check the computer.As I was looking for something in my purse, unknowingly, Amy left the customers she was helping and snuck over to the clerk helping me across the room and started whispering things to her. As I looked up she stopped and pretended to talk about something random.Amy then walked away to resume helping the customers she left by themselves, so she could come and whisper to the clerk helping me. The clerk then pretended to press buttons and said 10% off is what we can do. So I asked if that is what Amy was whispering to her about and she said yes. I was incredibly uncomfortable and appalled that someone would be so sneaky to avoid matching the discount at the same store across town.I found it unprofessional and embarrassing for her to do this, all to avoid giving me 5 extra percent off. Which was the difference of $18.I will never return after having someone act so unprofessional to save $18 and lose a customer.

According to the company site, they are "experts" in watch repair and offer everything from battery changes to quartz movement and crystal replacement, etc. No job is "too big or small" for them "to handle," in their words.My watches had mechanical issues (they simply aren't working), which I thought was a battery.When I came in to pick them up, I was told that it wasn't a battery issue. I then probed further, but the gentleman who was "helping" me shrugged his shoulders and told me they were not able to figure out the problems. I then asked if that was all, and he nodded and said I should take them elsewhere. He was actually quite rude and standoffish.So, it turns out, Bradley Gough are not "experts" in terms of watch repair and the information on their website is misleading. Which leads this potential customer to question whether they are experts at anything. Of course, maybe I was deemed not "important enough" as a customer, given what I came in for. After all, repairing a watch is a far cry from an engagement ring.The interesting twist is that I am actually mulling a major jewelry purchase, and was considering Bradley Gough. However, I will surely take my business elsewhere after this poor display of customer service and credibility.

We later bought a contemporary men’s wedding band there as well. We returned yet again to have them redesign a pair of Sapphire earrings and they did a wonderful job. We have since moved out of the area and live 2.5 hours away. However, when we have an occasion to buy jewelry again, we’ll definitely make the trip to Will Jewelers. They are the real deal.

My fiancee did not get my engagement ring from Will Jewelers, but both my mom and grandma had been customers of Will's for YEARS. I went in eager to pick out my wedding band from a family owned business with great selections and prices. I decided to purchase a wedding band from Will's and left my engagement ring with them for a day for them to make sure the two rings fit together well. When I returned to pick up my rings the following day They were both beautiful. I drove down the street and felt that my engagement ring was fitting incorrectly to how it fit before (I would know because I wear it everyday). I pulled over and inspected my ring and realized that not only was it falling off my finger but the engraving on the inside of my band was also gone. I took it back immediately and they informed me that whoever worked on the engagement ring "had to make the ring bigger to fit with the wedding band which also removed the engraving." I would also like to clarify that I never got a call regarding this "problem" they were having with my engagement ring. This was a major lapse in judgement. The man that also helped me when I returned to the store made a comment along the lines of "the engagement ring won't fall off your finger when you are wearing it with your wedding band." Sir, that must have been a joke because I am not getting married for another YEAR. I am supposed to walk around with my engagement ring falling off now apparently because "it will fit the wedding band." They wanted to make the situation right so they made my engagement ring back to the original size and only made adjustments to the wedding band I purchased from them. They added an engraving back to my engagement ring as well, but I feel as if the situation was only partially corrected. My engagement ring from my fiancee now has a different engraving and I feel like the integrity was altered because of someones lapse in judgement. My suggestion would be to make it very very clear what you expect them to do. I should have gotten a call before my engagement ring was altered at all because it was not their ring to mess with. I still feel like the situation was not properly resolved. I was not offered any sort of discount or reimbursement from them even though I received my engagement ring back in an altered state from how I dropped it off. Very disappointing. My feelings were pushed off when I tried to convey my unhappiness with their judgement and they just kept telling me the ring was "beautiful." I feel slighted by the opinions or decisions they made without my consent.

He told me to come back in an hour, so my wife and I went to Curly's and had a few beers and came back later. No problem.This morning, I came in to have a new watch band resized and he did it in just a few minutes while we discussed the weather. Now it fits perfectly and he only charged $6. And I paid in cash. Cash is king here.I'm a watch enthusiast with a 12-slot display box with different watches of varying price points that include automatics and quartz watches. I have all the confidence in the world that if any of them need repaired, Voors will do a great job.

I told him it's only 4 little screws to take off not the whole setting & he got an attitude about it & said no it doesnt. So I went home took it off in 1min called to make sure he had the battery in stock he did so went back up there & he would accept my bank card as a payment & only accepted cash. So I did his job that he said he had to take the whole setting apart & would take a whole day when it just took me less the 1min to swap the battery out. Bad customer service & rude employee. Should have a sign that says do not accept cards unless over a certain limit would save alot of your customers time.

Quentin M Graber: Had the worst event ever happen to my wife and I turn into a great event. Wife's wedding ring was stolen at the beginning of the year on her birthday, and navigating through that process was not great. We eventually found out the insurance we had, covered everything BUT a stolen ring, and that there was nothing they could do about it. I found a silver/CZ wedding ring replacement and then proceeded to go to the big name brand store I bought our previous wedding ring from to try to get our fake ring resized and joined. They rejected us, and said they won't fix CZ rings. After spending 3 G's with Jared's they were absolutely good for nothing. So, I had a coworker reach out to me and tell me about this small jeweler in town that could easily size and join our CZ ring together. Well i stopped by and the woman was so happy to help me, I was expecting a week time to get it done and she said it would be done by noon the next day. The next day I was greeted by the owner and the amount of care he pit into our fake wedding ring told the whole story about him and the company. I absolutely would 1000% recommend this guy. Not only that, he gave me a discount when I came to pick it up. Such a sweet couple! Thank you, I know my wife is so happy to have a ring again and I can't tell you how much that means to me.

Terry Isley: It was my first time there. I needed my wedding ring resized (too tight). The lady recommended I wait until my finger regained its natural shape. I appreciated her honesty and wasn't in a hurry to charge me for some work. I'll be back.

The first time Do's took a look, they suggested improving the setting so it wouldn't happen as easily (I'm very clumsy) and had the ring back to me, repaired and improved, the next day. Deanna Shoemaker: After being told by several other jewelers that my engagement ring was irreparable, we began the exhausting task of choosing a replacement ring. We stopped in to another local jeweler, who asked to look at my current ring and said though too extensive for their abilities, he believes it could be repaired. He said if Do's can't do it, no one can. We cautiously optimistically took it there and were elated to be told it could be fixed for what we feel is an extremely reasonable price and it would be ready in 24 hours. We just picked it up and it's absolutely stunning. He replaced a missing diamond and reattached and secured the bridge on top. You'd never know my ring was in pieces before. Fantastic work!
