Laura Brown: The food was okay. My mobile order was incorrect. Thankfully it was a to go order. The inside of the store was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom had trash all over and the toilet looked like someone had explosive diarrhea days ago. The floor in the dining room was sticky and had obvious spills that were not cleaned up. The trash can closest to the door was full.To their credit, the employees were friendly and apologetic for the incorrect order and fixed it quickly. Behind the counter looked clean and well organized. The food was hot, the chicken was crispy and tasted fresh. I still felt safe eating the food. I believe they just need a few more employees so they can take care of the lobby, dining room and restrooms.

Maryolyn Wells: This place is the worst. The food was horrible. Nasty old and that is just the chicken. The Mac and cheese was the stuff off the bottom of the pan all brunt. And the Mgr. I got a 3 piece combo last night my pieces of chicken were 2 tiny drumsticks and 1 tiny thigh all of which was dark brown was supposed to be original recipe. Like might as well have ordered 3 chicken wings. My friend ordered the 2 for 5 chicken wrap and they were out of pickles but the wraps were so small 2 of them would leave a 5 year old still hungry. Finally got thru to someone and they were just horrible with customer service. Offered 10 dollars on a 35 dollar order where nothing was good at all. And his customer service skills are trash. This location has completely gone down the trash. A waste of money and their attitudes are horrible. Save yourself the trouble and go the extra miles to the other location at least they serve fresh food and have better customer service.

Matthew Brown: I would give this location a ZERO if that number was available. This location is at Covington Rd in Fort Wayne, IN. I decided to have lunch there today. What a mistake that was... The meal I received was equivalent to a kid's meal even though I ordered a full course meal. The general manager and people at the counter blamed it on the distributor of the food. I said nevertheless this is a really small amount of food for the amount of money I paid. The GM kept down playing my complaint. I asked him If I could talk to the person over him. He said since he owns the store there was only one other person over him but he couldn't give me his contact information. Later he said he didn't own the franchise. He is a LIAR. I could go on and on about my terrible experience but I'll sum it up this way. The GM said that he was brought in to save the place or else it was going to be bulldozed. He hasn't helped the place get any better. Horrible place to spend your hard earned money!

J Bergan: Went through today ordered the famous bowl the service was great the staff are good but they're boss whoever it is against to dictate how things are run and the portion size, is a greedy CROOK.The price wasn't bad for what I was expecting the price to be but the serving size has dwindled to basically scraps so I just paid $6.48 for 1/3 the potatoes that should have been in there which is unacceptable! KFC and general used to mean something of quality and abundance. Any more, they allow their franchises and they direct their franchises to be crooked and basically waste a time to go through as a customer which hurts the economy because it threatens potential jobs and it takes away from the vibrancy of areas. I just opened my famous bowl and it looked more like it was a bowl of gravy with a few pieces of chicken and versus the fluffy Abundant mashed potatoes and gravy mixed in with the chicken bites that it should. I'm not faulting and I'm not meaning to attack KFC on Maplecrest, but if the regional management and the franchise operators don't return to supplying abundant food portions for reasonable prices, they'll Never get my money anymore!

No drink.The frie we're steaming hot, but seemed to lack flavor a little from what I remember.The sandwich was great. Thick, juicy and tender chicken with a crunch breading, mayo and pickle with a toasted bun. Nothing really to complain about.

Chris Lowden: I was having a rough day and KFC just turned that around. When I went to order there was a guy pressure washing. He turned it off as I ordered which was polite. When I got my order at the window he offered me a drink and talked to me nicely. Such a refreshing change of pace in today’s world. When I opened up my meal it was juicy and delicious. War Monger: Will not be back. Two pieces of chicken in our bucket had no skin, my chicken sandwich they were too lazy to make a chicken breast fillet so they shoved two chicken strips on a bun. The biscuits were terrible and were shaped in a pan like cornbread slices? The person at the window was very courteous and friendly. The kid that brought out the food was laughing and smiling about shafting me for $32, im guessing. Instead of fries they gave me what i would consider feed corn. Terrible food, greasy mess.
