They had short hair with red in it. So sweet and helpful with everything we needed (which was a lot.) 10/10 they were amazing. I can not express this enough. Thank you so much if you see this.

K T: Update: I used to love the place and service.My only suggestion is to not have paper store credit. I understand it’s to avoid losing a bunch of money each return, but the paper form is not the best method to keep customers.My second would be the prices. I understand it is the uniqueness and popularity making it expensive, but I would not recommend the place anymore for clothing styles now.The rating itself is due to the lack of complaints or compliments as my suggestions are a personal view.

Amanda Otis: My girls and I visited the Glenbrook store to look for formal dresses. We were able to find a small selection of dresses in a few different colors. The store was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. We did not find what we came for but did end up making a purchase anyway. I would visit this JC Penneys location again.

J Wiley: This is the absolute WORST customer service walmart in Fort Wayne. If you have a choice to drive 20 minutes to Jefferson Pointe or up on Coldwater, do yourself a favor.

Rosie West: Let me just start by saying if you plan to go actual grocery shopping for more than a couple item don't shop of the evening. I was unaware that this store has No regular lanes after 8pm! So as I'm going to check out a total 148 items which was a total nightmare! Every 3 items it would call for assistance . Then as I finally finished which took around 50mins or maybe longer, I went to scan a coupon,it says rejected so I called for the assistance associate, she says it's saying it's not showing you purchased what the coupon is for. I had purchased the Jergens natural glow lotion, same type as on coupon (it was a clearance item), associate states that's why it's due to it being clearance, so I just paid and left store.So Walmart I read the fine print it states NO where on this coupon about combining with any other offers! It was only a 1.50 coupon, but this coupon was the only reason I was purchasing this item tho! Walmart you need to get this issue fixed either let us use the coupons or inform the coupon distributors your policy.

It seemed to be well stocked with items and vegetables also.The Walmart in Sturgis Michigan needs alot of help or catching up to be as well stocked and as clean as this one.
