Simply Socks Yarn Company Warehouse - Correct Hours Found at https://www.simplysockyarn.com/shop-in-person/: what do users think?
Kim Horstman: Loved the store I will be back for more!
Josh & Taylor Webb: Placed an order online on Friday and had it delivered Monday! Very speedy shipping, easy and organized online store. Definitely will use Simply Socks Yarn again!
Linsey H: Out of this world inventory to browse through and amazing customer service.
Mary Kirk: Updating my review - Google has been updated to refer you to the site for hours. Went back today and WHAT A STORE! Don't think I've ever been to a yarn shop with a bigger or more impressive stock of yarn choices. Excellent staff! Wish I lived closer so I could go more often but my wallet is glad I don't!
Carol Decator: Awesome selection, friendly staff!
Jaime Santiago: Fastest shipping and very friendly service.
Melinda S: Have only ordered online from them, but am continually enticed by the incredible variety and selection of yarn. Customer service is prompt, and shipping is super speedy. I hope one day to come to this wonderful location in person one day to revel in all the yarny goodness.
dan of all trades: Always a good time, huge selection and nice people. Highly recomended!
Deborah Kaufman: Possibly my worst experience in a yarn store. Having shopped at yarn stores in NYC, Michigan, Ohio, Indy, Montana and Maine, I was very surprised to be “ ignored” for the first 5 or 10 minutes as I stood near the checkout, waiting to ask a question. Another employee walked by me 4 times and never even said hello, or “did you need some help?” When I finally was attended to, the employee was very curt, like I was bothering her. This store carries “no lace weight” yarn, even though some people do make lace socks. I was told that the store carries “ no alpaca yarn at all.” (?????) The customers in line were more courteous and helpful than any of the staff. I would rate a zero if that was an option.
jennie beldon: Love this store!! Odd hours because they do so much online business but I look forward to whenever the doors are opened! Amazing yarn, beautiful samples, great music, and always helpful and friendly staff. Best yarn shop in Fort Wayne, hands down!!!😃❤️
Joyce McCartney: Allison and her crew are simply the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, able to get me in trouble buying yarn :)...I love going in here.
Christine Freeman: I had a great visit - thanks Simply Socks
Sally Smith: We drove 2 hours to visit this shop. A yarn lovers heaven! The staff and owner are SO nice!
Chris Brinker: Amazing selection!! Very friendly and organized.
Susan Carlson: This company needs to post more accurate information about products on the website. I purchased needles that stated they were U.S. size 2, but they were 3 mm, not 2.75 mm that is U.S. size 2 It also needs to inform customers at the time of check out that some products cannot be returned. Despite the error on the website, I was not allowed to return the needles because they have a no return policy on all items except yarn and am out $50 for needles I cannot use. I will never do business with this company again. The owner does not care about customer satisfaction. I would give zero stars if I could!!!
Amy Stein: Interesting selection of yarns but found the staff not to be overly helpful.
Rachel Grothe: They ran out or misplaced a yarn I ordered, (which happens, especially when you’re running a storefront and an online store) and actually upgraded me to an alternate yarn I liked/and picked with no charge! They emailed me quickly, it went to my junk mail, but when I asked if something was going on with shipping we had a really nice exchange. I will shop with them again, and recommend to my friends... because great customer service!
Jana Powell: Great selection and Heather always helpful in suggesting good choices for your project.
Nancy Wermuth: Wonderful Shop with BEAUTIFUL yarns! Staff is courteous and helpful!
Toni Gray: Great shop!!! Sooooo much to choose from. Staff is quite nice and helpful.
Barbara Altekruse: Drove 45 miles to this store on a Tues expecting it to be open and it was closed.

Knitting Off Broadway: what do users think?
Cyndy Zahn: Quality yarns & knowledgeable staff. I love the yarns I bought!
Natalie Bell: Everyone who works here is passionate about yarn and knitting. We hope to help you find your next knitting project, or help answer questions with something you are working on now. We pride ourselves on having a curated, up to date inventory with the finest fibers from vendors we know personally. If you have a complaint, or problem with our service, please contact us before posting a negative review. Please do not give us a bad review because you were asked to not park in our lot we rent the building and our landlord is the parking lot watchdog.
Amber Schneider: Great yarn shop, marvelous selection and super nice staff.
Tari Kovets: Very friendly staff. Ask what I was looking for as soon as I entered the store. As soon as I stated what I needed they immediately knew what project I was purchasing the yarn for and was wonderful helping me with my palette. I can't wait to start the KAL in Oct.
Addie Murray: Yesterday, I pulled off a side street into an empty gravel lot to get my daughters snack in the back seat. I noticed there was a sign saying knitting parking only, so quickly took off my seatbelt and turned out to reach in the back seat before I was greeted by a woman. Rolling down my window I was welcomed with a “you can’t park here”..I explained I was just getting my kids snack and will be on my way (car still running, kid still buckled)..she continued to tell me how I was a poor role model, was disrespecting property bc she rents and pays taxes on this lot, and she would love to take me to court as she winked and called me baby..in total shock, I simply explained again I didn’t know exactly where I was, and again meant no harm was just calming down my child. She insisted I moved my car 200 feet over in what she told me was a school parking lot to get my kids snack out, as I happily did after being name called and threatened..It is a shame how a person (let alone woman to woman seeing I am only tending to my child not vandalizing her lot) would behave this way trying to represent her local business. I personally pay for a parking tag downtown to use in a lot myself, I understand how a small business needs to pride themselves on property, but I will never understand how an elder woman would be so rude and out of control of her thoughts to say these things—especially after explaining I’m not camping out. I really am sorry someone in the past created the need to be so protective of your parking lot, but a little professionalism in a situation like this can get you a longer way than it has here. I really meant no harm and honestly wasn’t very excited to pull over in your lot to calm my kid down...This could of been handled so differently, but now I will never want to step foot inside this business, let alone the parking lot. I will be sharing how poorly you have treated a potential customer and how you respond to your fellow community..such a bummer..
Madeline Gullion: adorable shop. (these photos are from January 2020.) everyone was so kind and helpful, even though I spent a full hour touching everything and only ended up buying some clearance Madeleine Tosh and a set of circulars. they even balled my yarn, which at the time I’d never been offered before. It’s a good thing I don’t live closer, or I’d be spending much more money here.
Holly Sutter: Oodles and oodles of yarn in a gorgeous, historically rehabbed building. The smell gets me every time...probably the best selection of yarns I’ve ever shopped under the same roof. I’m always grateful to get to shop here. The staff and owner are knowledgeable and have knit with every yarn in the store. A lovely series of ongoing classes that encourage beginner and andvanced knitters, need I go on? Save some time to stay and touch it all, it’s my favorite thing to do. Be sure to ask where the clearance yarns live, it’s virtually impossible to purchase artisan yarns discounted anywhere!
Mary Hart: This shop is always a joy to visit. The owner, Natalie, is witty, an excellent merchandiser, and knows her product lines inside and out. Natalie and her employees are all experienced knitters happy to lend a hand in choosing yarns or helping with a snag in a current project. Set in an old brick building, the shop has a warm “at home” feel that always brings comfort.Natalie’s accessories deserve special mention. I never come away without a new fur pompom, unique markers, or some special treat that I just know I’ll need in the near future. We visit Fort Wayne sporadically from Southern California to see family, and Knitting Off Broadway is always a mandatory visit, usually multiple times because it’s so much fun. Besides the plethora of knitting knowledge and supplies, Natalie is always up to date on the latest hot restaurant and bar openings so provides her own Yelp-type service as well!Be sure to stop in...this is a true gem of Fort Wayne.
Julie Wall: The staff is SUPER helpful and the selection is 2nd to none! Beautiful shop with so many options and projects to choose from.
Heather P: Gorgeous shop with a beautiful selection of luxury yarn and great customer service.
Ruth Schmuff: Very helpful. Suggested just the perfect fibers.
Kate Crump: I love this shop. The selection is great, the people are friendly, the projects are inspirational and they can help target your project to your skill level and/or desired material (machine washable toddler sweater for the win).
Gabrielle Thal-Pruzan: The yarn is superb and the shop owners are true experts, passionate about their product and helping their customers. A delightful experience!
Erica T: This is by far the best knitting shop I’ve been to! Their yarn quality and selection is amazing and their employees are friendly and really know their craft! I’ve honestly never seen nicer yarns anywhere else. It’s a wonderful shop!
Eliza Miron: Very knowledable staff who are passionate about knitting. They offer class instruction to help anyone get started and offer support if you need it. I am inspired just walking in the door!
Tracy Zahn: Wish I lived closer! Knitting off Broadway is my favorite yarn shop, I just wish it didn’t take me 3 hours to get there...helpful, knowledgeable staff, beautiful building, tons of stock, and many yarns I’ve never seen in person anywhere else. Keep up the good work.
Hannah Michel: Great selection of yarn! I ALWAYS leave with lots of yummy yarn for knitting projects.
Eddy Lee: If your looking for the best offerings in yarn you've found it. Natalie and her staff at Knitting Off Broadway will help you make your selection for your knitting projects. You may pay a bit more but never the less your not shopping at Walmart for specialty yarns. I know I'll continue to be a loyal client. Thanks again Natalie and staff.
Janet Bell: Best selection of curated natural fibers. Helpful staff
Natalie Meredith: Absolutely love this yarn store!
jennie beldon: Yarn was lovely! Staff was ok. Felt judged from the moment I entered the store and was approached and invited to visit the sale section less than 5 minutes after my arrival in my plaid flannel jacket, large heavy duty truck, and toddler son on my hip. I can afford to shop in your store but you will get no more of my business. If you don’t fit the Mercedes SLK300 profile that they want at their store, go to The Fifth Stitch in Defiance, OH. I drove the same truck and wore the same jacket with my son in his car seat and the owner daughter rocked my son to sleep while I walked the shop in all it’s glory and was not once asked if I wanted to see the sale section.
