Kirk Bradtmiller: Same experience as the most recent posters. No communication. I sent numerous emails, made a number of calls, and even showed up in person... there was either no response, or a rushed response that offered no solutions. I'm giving 2 stars because I enjoyed our initial meeting and believe Chris to be a good person. I'm not sure if he's taking on too many clients, or what other factors contributed to him disappearing after our first meeting, but I wish things could have worked out differently and I hope things go better for him in the future
Melissa Lentine: We had an appointment scheduled that was cancelled due to covid. They had me upload all my documents and told me they'd take care of it all online. 2 weeks before new tax deadline I call and email to check in. Then tried again a few times. No response to email or voicemail. Prepararer is/was? Chris Harris. I was abandoned without warning by this tax preparation service. Sad to say it, as the year prior I worked with Rex and had a fantastic experience. Would have recommended him to anyone.
