After researching local online companies to build it I decided to go to Sipe Steel Rule and Dies, INC and spoke to predlsident Steve Hatlem. After, literally being laughed at for coming to him with such a small project, I ultimately left in tears.I then got back online and found Beckys Die Cutting and quickly called and spoke to Becky. It was like a breath of fresh air! She knew exactly what I needed designed and told me to come right over. Wow! Not only did her company exceed my expectations in the quality of my die cut but their customer service was one of a kind! She had my die cut ready in two days and it works perfectly.I'm now thinking of another die cut design and one things for sure, I will be revisiting HER COMPANY. Trevor Castetter: I live nearby and come in almost daily to ship packages. I've never had a problem with the gentleman who takes care of me. The past couple times I've come in here to ship packages the woman behind the counter has a bad attitude and creates a problem, then refuses to ship my packages. She is very rude, condescending, unprofessional and disrespectful. I understand that it's difficult to find people willing to work for minimal wages right now, but this woman should not have a job in customer service.

Olivia Schwiebert: Borderline incompetent. Didn't acknowledge me when I came in and finally asked if I needed something after I'd been standing at the counter for a bit. It's not a self service store. Of course I need something. The woman I spoke to didn't seem concerned with helping me and had a very "don't know, don't care, not my problem" attitude. She couldn't answer any of my questions and I ended up leaving and going to Fast Print on State where they took care of everything quickly and with a great attitude. Never going back to Copy Solutions. Huge waste of time.
