Anne Scofield: I hired them in 2020 to seed and landscape my entire property, as it was a new build. I do not like leaving low reviews like this because I don't want to mess with anyone's ability to provide for themselves, but my lawn that I paid a great deal for looks horrible. It's the worst on this block of properties of new builds for sure. It's hard and patchy with many areas of non-growth. There are areas in back where there are tufts of grass that are clumped nicelyand hardy, but then the rest of it is sparse and spindly. The owner was supposed to address it last Spring, 2021, after personally coming back out to my property, but he never sent anyone to fix it. I don't know if it was the seed, the acknowledgement that they never brought any black dirt to my property to seed it, or something else, but it is far worth what I paid for. I am on a strict budget due to chronic illness disability, and I feel like my hard-earned, and barely there money was wasted. It was also very difficult to get them to communicate with me throughout the entire project. We had lilly of the valley overtaking the whole flower bed and the yard.Carr's came out and sprayed everything to kill it. After that, they dug it out, filled with dirt and added mulch. They did an excellent job and I've got compliments on it and there's no flowers in there yet. Stay away from these guys, really wish I had taken after pics of their work to post here. Sloppy, unprofessional - that’s why I called him and wasn’t pleased. He promised he’d take care of us and leave everything nice and clean. Well today they came and made a complete mess out of my yard. Rushed the cut on a rider that didn’t cut the lawn evenly at all, we have a bumpy yard and he would have known that when he came to look. Left grass everywhere, they even cut the yard so it was throwing grass toward our pool, thank god the cover was on. Moved the basketball hoop and didn't put it back, trampoline and didn’t put it back. Used the wrong gate and left it open. When I called we both exchanged a lot of words, then he tells me our yard is trash anyway. What a guy. Trust me, don’t hire this guy, unbelievably unprofessional. Mark Jones: I had to change this review from 5 stars to 1 (zero's not an offered option). Although they were responsive to my needs, their follow up is awful and you can not count on them to keep their word. They broke a basement window when mowing the lawn, promised to have it replaced and then did nothing but make empty promises. I had to have it repaired myself at a cost of $150. I don't know about you, but I refuse to do business with untrustworthy companies and won't be using All Lawn Care Service & Landscaping again. Also, this was a text quote (which I appreciate) but no one ever came out. AND I didn't contact you because the way you wrote up the work order I had no recourse and to be honest I don't want you at my house!EDIT 6/16/2022: Now that it’s been several months (work was done October 2021) and the mulch isn’t as built up, I’m not as happy with the work done. Bushes weren’t completely removed but cut down and the stumps covered with mulch. I have about 4 bushes growing back now. Pics included.George and his team completely transformed the beds around our house and they look amazing! They removed multiple bushes, trimmed the remaining bushes, rebed and mulched. The job was done in a timely manner as well. We will definitely hire All Lawn Care for future projects.
