molly robinson: I retained Greg as my attorney in a felony case involving my ex. He was great, the first time around. After I had gotten yet another misdemeanor charge from said ex 3 years later I returned to hire him. Within a month of retaining him, he began working for the same county as my case as a public defender, without notice. I found out on my own. He since then, within 9 months, has done zero work to defend me and my case along with very minimal contact. He hadn’t filed anything on my defense and I do not recommend hiring this man for representation for anyone with a case in Adams County, Indiana.

I have been calling and calling, leaving message after message and as of today no call back. Since the first day of hire I've been doomed because he was not worth the hire "NOT ENOUGH PRESSURE APPLIED" I regret wasting my time and money with this firm. If you are looking for full representation from start to finish, alone with the charge reduction this is not the best route. I would have done better getting a lawyer still training in school. So now I only have a few options let me see where they can get me.

David Jenks: I have never had a better experience with an attorney than I did with Randy Hammond. None of us enjoy it when we go through a divorce and need to hire an attorney, but Randy could not have been any better. Three things that are extremely important in an attorney is that they are knowledgeable, responsive, and professional and Randy is all 3 perfectly. He is also the perfect balance of calm when he needs to be but intense if he has to be. Also, I never ever felt like I was being billed for something that was not accurate which also gave me great peace of mind. He actually is very respectful of the money you are spending. Would HIGHLY recommend Randy to anyone needing an attorney.....and tell him Dave sent you:)......Oh and last but certainly not least, his assistant Emilie is great also.
G: Called and was in the middle of describing our need for a visitation agreement, the person who answered the phone was very rude interrupted me midstream told me she’d be right back clicked over while I was still talking. If that’s the way it starts how the heck is it going to end? I hung up the phone and moved on. Person answering the phone should get a few pointers on courtesy to customers.

Janelle Simpson: I was in a accident with injuries. Unfortunately insurances love to work together and work for the best interests of themselves. After months of headache I reached out to Truitt! They went above and beyound and fought for me. You have to be patient and trust. It takes time to settle. I never had any problem reaching them. They would always touch base within 24hrs if out of office. They got info I could not get. For example my own insurance wouldn't provide or confirm on police report what insurance the driver had if any at all. I have never had to hire a Lawyer before. I was skeptical but I would do right away next time. When you have injuries in accident. Do not give statements or go on record until speaking to a lawyer to advise you. I got lucky and declined to make statement or go on record because I didn't know how my injuries would go and had advice to hold off.They are very good to their employees and promote within.Thank you again Truitt Law Service'sYou saved me from the headache and I was able to be taken care of because of you and your staff. Nick True: I did stupid stuff when I was 18 and had a felony on my record since 2006. I paid Mr. Lackey and gave him my info. He contacted the county, and within 2 months I received paperwork in the mail from the courts saying my record was expunged. He also responded to my texts within the same day when I had questions.I highly recommend hiring a lawyer to try to get that expungement, as it is something the court will only let you try once in a lifetime. This lawyer is an excellent choice. A longtime weight of feeling like a lesser person in society has finally been lifted off my shoulders. I say in the nicest way possible that I hope I never need his services again.

Paid my $1000 fee and $187 filing fee up-front for my divorce agreement, yet the divorce was never filed until over a month later. Than drug his feet on completing the terms of the divorce agreement. Took over a week for the signed agreement to be filed with the courts. Now over a month post-divorce, we find out he never filed the proper paperwork to have a child support case to be opened. He doesn't even return the calls of the child support office. I thought I made the right choice due to him being up-front with me and explaining everything to me but I was mistaken. I wished I would have gotten legal assistance elsewhere.
