M T: Walked in to kill time while we waited to be seated at the restaurant next door. A lot of toys, which my daughter enjoyed, and many nice items for the home. Bought my daughter a Barbie she had been wanting and saved a few dollars. The lady at the register talked it up with her and made her feel really good.

Mala Day: I feel that for the "type" of store that Tuesday Morning is, their prices are getting too high!! I can get similar furniture items for roughly the same price at a higher end business. Their seasonal stuff is comparable to Target and Wal-Mart in price so I guess I would rather shop at those two larger stores and get a larger selection.

Rebecca Castro: Yes they have nice furniture. But the customer service was terrible. They are kind to you and willing to work with you while you were in the process of purchasing. But as soon as you complete your purchase, their customer service was horrific. I was told five different things about the couch I ordered no one knew where it was her when it was arriving. I was promised that it was a quick ship item. Meaning it was already in stock and didn’t need to be made, and then I get told it’s in production so it’s not being delivered for another month. Then I called back and they said it’ll be delivered this week, then I called back today and it’s not gonna be delivered for another three weeks. They have no idea what’s going on, their sales person completely lied to me about the status of this order. Would never buy another piece of furniture from them again.

Beth Ann Bell: Sales people very nice and delivery was within 10 or 15 minutes, of the 3:30pm to 6:30 pm delivery times; and set up took 20 minutes to 30 minutes to set up and Christian and his partner in the delivery of the furniture were professional, friendly, and respectful.

Sam Espich: Just beware that if you get an in store credit…that credit would NOT be allowed to purchase anything at a sale price. It would only be able to be used toward the full price, which nothing in the store is seemingly the full price.Shame on you Ashley Furniture.

Alesha Wickey: Our experience wasn’t the best. The customer service while shopping was good. I personally didn’t like the associates following me all over the store, it was uncomfortable, but they were still good.We asked to price match a couch, but they wouldn’t because they couldn’t guarantee the 3rd party resale would have as good of quality compared to straight from Ashley themselves. So we decided to stay with Ashley to make sure we receive good quality.However, when the couch arrived the quality was awful. We should have saved ourselves $4-500 and go with a 3rd party seller. The sectional came extremely crooked/off-square (by 2 inches) in multiple sections of the couch, among other problems. It looks crooked and has a few-inch gap between sectional pieces. We were pretty upset with the quality and reached out to their customer service that we were told to contact. They emailed back next day and basically said there is nothing they will do for us and that their quality is sometimes different per item made. I don’t trust Ashley now, and will not shop with them again and will be letting others know if their poor quality and customer service.

He made sure we got the best price possible & was patient with our decision making. We paid for the white glove delivery & set up. The two guys were very friendly & introduced themselves to both my husband & I. They were careful with the furniture & had it set up within 15 minutes. The one guy even complimented my plants - said they looked nice which was very kind.We will definitely be going to Ashley again in the future. And paying for the delivery & set up was well worth it.
