Fort Wayne Housing Authority: what do users think?
Diamond Woods: They never answer like what is they getting payed for to sit around & do nothing .. I call them every morning no answer when they should answer the phone but they just let it ring.
Yanna S: I’ve been trying to find a place to move and can’t go anywere because for rental verification other companies need to verify with FWH but no one can ever get ahold of them so that leaves me stuck 🤦🏾‍♀️
Azalia Bushrod: Rude a** receptionist?!!!
Donna Nelson: They where open lol
Victoria Lee: No one ever answered the phone here. What's the point of having a receptionist who wont even be a receptionist? plus, please change the attitudes Mrs. Ruby is rude.
Ranika Robinson: I like how they helped me.
Pitch Beats Production: How do you get in contact with them?
Mina Manning: I have been calling even left a voicemail no one has returned my call really need help
Jessica Harris: No one works there. Why is that when all other agencies are open. Call them and see if they answer. No one ever does. These poor people on housing have more of a burden on them.Absolutely not acceptable
kierris overton: I rated this cause the housing specialist there is very helpful
InTellygent -Alien King: Giving this place a one star is being generous. Rude, unorganized, and just downright bad all around. You get better communication from a brick wall than this place. The clients deserve better treatment. Absolutely would not recommend.
Deborah Denise Hamilton: They didn't come to the door. That would've been better.
tria loshe: Does anyone have any idea how long the waiting lists are? I know you can’t really say but the website says not to call and ask, jw if anyone could say how long they had to wait after being put on the list
Addison Blake: You guys should take notes from other housing authorities because you guys by far have the absolute worst customer service. Just because your unhappy with your job doesn’t mean you should be rude to clients. Just get a different job
Sandy Shaw: I live at Rosedorf Park Apartments in Garrett. Can’t get ahold of ANYONE, no emergency number for tenants, no maintenance repairs. My 90 year old mother lives next door and she has a doctors appointment that I can’t get her to because there’s over a foot of snow on our sidewalks. I’ve been living here for over ten years. NEVER had it been handled so poorly... that’s Justus Property Management. They suck. And that says it mildly.
Carey Partin: Office not open at this time. Must call and make appointment ahead of time.
23k Mahala: For only being open three days a week and their parking lot is empty you would think the RECEPTIONIST would be able to take time out of her morning to answer the phone. You know, do their job!
S S: So much miscommunication at this office. Calls aren’t returned (Cecily), know-it-all people (Cecily), and some are rude (Cecily). This place is literally only open 3 times a week. Makes no sense. I regret applying here.
N. Brinc: Fwha employees are angels who dont get enough credit for all the good they do for families! I personally have seen countless times how housing structure builds children and parents. The stability this organization provides to individuals Creates positive change in our community. Thank you!!
Keith Edmonds: Professional environment
Uni Jon: Very rude not helpful at all attitudes were very poor make you not even want to come in and ask for help very disgusting

Richfield Apartments of Fort Wayne: what do users think?
Jasmine Gooden: The lady in the office was rude when I asked how long the waitlist was. Seems like she hates her job.
Chay Beauty: Nicest low income apartments I’ve ever lived in
Pilar Escobedo: Unfortunately because is a place base in income, many people is not very nice or clean
Dezeri Smith: Is this apartment for senior citizens only🤷🏾
Jalynne Whaley: Amazing! I felt right at home here. The ladies in the office are super sweet and they go above and beyond to help those who need it! I lost my mom in 2016. The same year I became a mother myself. I never felt like I had a home until I got my first apartment which was here. I highly recommend this place. The maintenance guys are pretty cool too. Very nice people.

The Courtyard: what do users think?
Charese Cook: they are very rude, every time you call, a lady answers the phone and acts like she does not want to talk.
Brianna Bradley: Staff here like to ignore resident’s issues. Would not recommend to anyone looking for a place to live. I’d give this place 0 stars if I could.
King Richard Moore: This establishment has helped change my life. Hard work and dedication. Nothing is given but an opportunity🏆
Neil Sowards: I see one of the pictures on your site is of the old, boarded up, Duemling Clinic. Somehow this picture got in there.
Grace E: I have called, emailed, and filled out the contact form on their website. No one has gotten back to me. Super frustrating. Not worth your time.

Edsall House Apartments of Ft. Wayne: what do users think?
Abel Sitianus: This is a big blessing. I've been here going in 4yrs.
marie roe: Can a couple live in 1 apartment?
James Machamer: Wife and I have a friend living there, seems like a very nice place to live. Apr.2019
thewildwanders: I have enjoyed living at Edsall House for the past several years. The staff work hard to build and maintain our community and grounds. Anytime something needs repaired, the staff (Bruce, Annie, and Bob) are johnny-on-the-spot to cheerfully fix what needs fixing. In the summer we have beautiful flowers and in the winter well-salted and cleared sidewalks and lots. The staff (Carla, Tasha, Kristina, and Karla) want to help, so if you have questions or suggestions, they welcome them. Edsall House is consistently conscientious and compassionate about others' limitations or disabilities, a safe place to call home.
Allie Nelson: My grandmother has lived at this apartment community for over 15 years and she loves it. The maintenance staff makes timely repairs if needed. The 2 front office ladies really know how to throw a party for the people who live at Edsall House. I overheard a bunch of people from Edsall House saying how much they love the staff and it makes me feel like Grandma is in very good hands with them. I would recommend anyone to live here because you can tell the office staff cares which is not the normal standard these days. Top notch treatment and I give 5 stars because of it!
april: When I first went in to Edsall House I was made to feel welcome; I am disabled due to the limited range of motion associated with my back (post surgery). I was led to believe that I was eligible for an apt. We moved forward with the application process, which included a background check of past rentals. I knew I had it in the bag since I'm a great tenant; I've never had a bad word said about me nor the apartments I've rented. Fast forward, my acceptance letter arrived and boom!.....DENIED.I was in complete and utter shock; the office manager told me that a previous landlord said he would never rent to me again. This came at a surprise to me, the landlord in question never insinuated that he had a problem with me. After cleaning the apt, I received my deposit and moved on. Everything in the apt was clean before I left. As I said, I received my deposit in full. Had there been a problem one would imagine that the security deposit would have reflected it.Got my appeal put in never heard back from them so I called 2 months later; they said they sent my letter to me; I said no you didn't. They responded back saying "we will resend the letter;" the way in which they said it was nasty and in a very standoffish way. So I had my oldest son look into it for me. He called them and he said they were disrespectful to him too.He responded to me and said "mom u would not want to spend your money with a company that can't find room to respect you during the application process." I was/am heartbroken. To this day, I wonder why Edsall House only checked 1 apt. It would have made more sense to reach out to my current rental. I have been here for 2 years and going. I've never posted a review like this, but they made me feel bad, saying if they let me in,they would have to let everyone else in, what do they mean by that? If they disrespect people like this, one has to wonder if there's a flaw in their application process??Disabled and still looking for a respectful place to stay.
Sara Silver: My very good friend lives at the the Edsall House and she has nothing but great things to say. Everytime I go visit everyone is so friendly and it always looks so pretty, clean and quiet. The courtyard is a hidden treasure when I like to go walking with my friend when I am there. They have 2 very nice young lady managers who are so cheerful. You can't beat the location being right downtown either. I hope to move in there soon to be close to my good friend.

Cambridge Square Apartments of Fort Wayne: what do users think?
Olivia Ley: I never leave reviews but I have to share our story. We were tenants at Cambridge Square for 5 years when they evicted us for not having the new baby’s birth certificate within 30 days. Had the rest of the paperwork filed and were in communication with the office about our situation but they moved forward with the eviction anyway. Any other complaints pale in comparison to being thrown out with a newborn, but trust me when I say you will never feel at home here.
Lilee Horner: I used to live here at Cambridge Square a while back. I first moved in in 2009 and moved out in the summer of 2016. When I lived here before a woman moved across the hall from me and we have been very close friends ever since. When I moved out it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life. My original plan was to stay here until a handsome man swept me away to join him in a life of love and luxury. That didn't happen. What did happen was a series of unfortunate events starting with the death of my mother less than 1 year later. I am now disabled and unable to work and I got on the waiting list a while back. I just moved in two months ago and my health is decreased to the point where I need to be in a handicap accessible apartment. I would like for people to understand that they're only three maintenance guys for this entire complex even though it is small. The guys do more than just come in our apartments and fix things. They take care of the grounds as well and other things that I'm sure we don't even think about. I know people don't like the fact that they have the right to enter our apartment at any time but if you look at any lease you will find that that is not uncommon. The logistics of trying to do the everyday work of maintenance personal while scheduling things with tenants would be insane if they didn't have the freedom to come and go. And we are notified in advance of any routine maintenance such as replacing furnace filters and checking smoke alarms. Which is done every 3 months. Can you name another apartment complex that does that every 3 months? Or other regular maintenance. The 24 hours is for emergency calls. They don't live here and they don't work 24 hours a day. When I moved back all the staff that was here before had been promoted. So how bad could they actually be? I find that a lot of problems around here that people are complaining about are actually caused by the tenants and/ or themselves are in fact in violation of their own leaes. There's trash in the recycle bin. Pet waste. Items left outside the dumpster. When I was walking to my car the other day someone had emptied their car ashtray onto the parking lot 2 spaces from a dumpster. Sheets and blankets used as window coverings. When I lived here before across from my friend we just took it upon ourselves to clean the second floor we kept it swept and mopped and during the winter we kept it swept frequently when the salt would cake up. Maintenance is here before and after their scheduled hours in the winter just to keep the surfaces safe for us. I know this because I am a light sleeper and have been woken up by the sounds of maintenance at 4:00 and 5:00 in the morning.I used to be known for falling at least once of year due to ice and snow but I have never fallen on Cambridge Square property. Nobody's perfect but that man with the life of love and luxury can stay where he's at. I'm happy here. I'll leave when the corner comes to get me.
Kristofer Jonak: Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and very empathetic what about my needs
Riley Smith: The management does not have respect for the residents by insisting on the ability to enter the apartment for whatever reason and at any time of the day of their choosing. I find this provision very uncomfortable and bother line illegal. Why not agree on a specific time with the resident? Say a one hour window and a specific date. This way, the resident can wait for you at the agreed upon time. And the hallways are always dirty. At 800 dollars a month for a two bedroom, most renters can actually get something more nicer.
Latashia Stennis: I couldnt rate this apartment complex any less....From start to finish was an excellent experience for me....Was going through a divorce @ the time and moving out on my own after several years I thought would be a hassle... (Jody) and staff made it a lot easier for me....They were very welcoming and heart warming....Its very quiet and neighbors are very nice!!! Also, the office staff make sure in letting residents know about different things going on in the complex...Couldnt have chosen a better home.....Thank u Cambridge Square team especially Jody!!!!
Barbara Lauer: I have lived at cambridge for 19 to 20 years. This is my home. The staff is almost perfect my apt is up to date and my neighbors are quiet. All but 1 minds there own business. The lawns are in great shape but the trees are oh so beautiful. The few maintence issues ive ever had were answered and fixed quickly. Ive had so few because these apts are well maintained and looked after well. The play yards for the children are all safe. I love where i live. When i move on i will be sad to do so. Wont miss the neighbor but i will miss my home and the staff
VANESSA ANDERSON: The area is great as you are mins away from highway 69 and any shopping/food place you want! The staff is all so great they were very helpful throughout the application process and they got an approval start to finish in a week and how I’m so grateful for that! Also the apartment is up to date with new fridge, stove, washer, dryer, and best of all new laminate flooring!
chris vanderpool: The income limit to live here is insane I'd have to make minimum wage to live here.
Diana Cornwell: Lived her for many years, beautiful and peaceful,my daughter lives here now
Deception Detection Radio: I love living here! Not only is it pleasing to the eye but the staff here are wonderful. It will be 9 years this coming December I have lived here and I plan on staying here, no plans to ever move again. I feel very blessed to live here thanks to Jody, Summer, Ken, Rich and the rest of the staff. They all go out of their way to take care of any issues that might pop up. Thank you all for making this a home to enjoy!
Paul Marcus: I just spoke with Jody and she was very helpful in assisting me.. I love when I am speaking with a beautiful spirited person willing to help you the best they can thanks Jody..
