Indiana Starchild: The truck wash is now permanently CLOSED. U can still get fuel & get Cat Scale. If u need a truck wash or trailer washout, there is a Blue Beacon across the street.

Nina Jones: Every time we go there we have a negative experience.There is an older lady working that is hateful and rude to my children and myself.She seems to consistently single us out every time.All the other employees there are super sweet.I do know the other lady knows how to be nice because she is nice to other customers when we are there.For example this has happened on 4 occasions, I have went inside to pay for fuel and was stopped at the door saying I must wear a mask when multiple customers are in there without one .We have been told to leave and get a mask before allowed to enter.I have conditions that make wearing a mask very complicated and have mentioned this nicely to her before.I believe in leaving great reviews especially during this tough time I try to support our local stores and companies but when you are treated poorly every time someone needs to be brought to attention.
G Mon: The manager of this gas station at the time was a clueless man. He behaves like it was his first day on the job. He needs to learn to speak up and not mumble when he talks. He tries to insult in subtle ways... but he even fails at that. I was about to go off on him, but I realized who I was dealing with....a special case.Also, smiling is not the only key to having customers be happy walking in...I believe a Thanksgiving day proved that...

Lydia Tremaine: The girls at checkout were terribly rude and unprofessional. Got angry with me for my credit card chip not working because I truly had no clue I had to keep trying until it would let me swipe. Their impatience and rude tone had me so flustered I forgot to sign and then they screamed at me to sign when I tried to walk away from the uncomfortable situation. Will never be returning to this gas station again and hope they learn to staff more professional and mature people who can handle a simple card malfunction with patience.

Andrew Clodfelter: I never thought I'd be writing a review for a gas station, but here we are. Phillips 66 isn't just a place to fill up your car, it's a pit stop paradise. The bathrooms are cleaner than my apartment (which honestly says more about my cleaning habits than anything else), and the snacks are like a gourmet convenience store. I mean, who needs a fancy restaurant when you can have a hot dog and a Slurpee at Phillips 66? And let's not forget the gas itself. It's like liquid gold, giving my car the power to conquer the road. So thank you, Phillips 66, for making my gas station experience better than my actual life.

I'm disappointed that I tried to go in today and they have the door locked, two employees on the inside, and no notice posted that they're closed. I knocked on the door and the employee just came to the window and told me they're closed. I view this as unprofessional. Next time, post a sign. Thanks!

Jessica Carroll: Great location right next to the Fort Wayne Airport. Broaster food is amazing I try to stop in for lunch when I can or if I'm in a rush and don't have time to stop at home.

rachel weisz: Worst Sunoco gas station I have ever been to. Not only this location used to be open for longer business hours, but also now closing earlier on random days of week. Constant issues not able to use credit cards. Clerk purposely close restroom as early as 7PM when the station close at 10PM, just so they doesn't have to clean the restroom after their shift and can go home right away. But it causes so many truckers and drivers around in for a restroom break while getting gas. This gas station has some of the laziest, most inconsiderate workers I have ever encounter.
Lynn Sander: Great CNG location! $1.50 pge cheaper than pumps 2 miles away! Yea! Good fill.
Taylor Doepker: Lady at the counter can't count change and shorted me $19 then proceed to argue that I only gave her a $1 not a $20. She said there was nothing she could do because a manger would have to count the drawer (there was no manager on site) and wouldn't give me a receipt. She said I'd have to leave a name and number for the manner to call me back. I returned that afternoon and spoke to the manger. She said she had not been told about the incident and she wouldn't do anything. This was an everyday morning stop.... I'll be finding somewhere else to go.

Dilma Ramos: The woman at the register looked like she hated her life. Went in and bought a bunch of stuff we had to ask her for a bag and she had an attitude about it. Seriously nasty customer service. I'm not surprised this place has such a bad rating. With employees like this I wouldn't expect much customer service.
