Ashley Motia: I've been here several times to ship packages of various sizes and weights. The wait time is usually minimal, if you wait at all, with three customer service stations to get your package shipped so you can get on with your day. Every time I stop in, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Prices for shipping boxes are clearly displayed, and they will help you measure and figure out which box you need. I generally find mailing anything out to be a pain, but these folks make it easy--a pleasure, even.

Alan Falls: Tim at PakMail was referred to me by a local print shop. We sent 1500 marketing letters to different neighborhoods in Fort Wayne and PakMail addressed all of the envelopes. He suggested another idea that we used for our second mailing of another 1500 letters. Tim addressed and used bulk mail postage which was less work for me and saved us money. He followed through on everything, was helpful, and completed my project quickly. I will use PakMail again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Garrett Moon: Came here today to ship a small package to another part of Indiana. Seeing that I ship frequently I had an idea of what it would cost. Told the employee I just wanted the cheapest option. He told me it would be $17.28….. to ship something 2 and a half hours away. I knew that wasn’t right. Went down the road a mile to copy solutions and paid $8.55 for the same service. Won’t be using pak mail any longer. Double the amount usps is charging.

Then I called DHL myself and changed it in a minute so I figured that they were lie I wish DHL would have an office here rather than a middle man !

His hair was grey tipped and it looked and smelled like he hadn't bathed in weeks. He reluctantly looked up my package information as well as my personal information. He then goes on to tell me that the doll outfit I'm sending to Colorado would cost $20 to mail. Standard post, that's your cheapest option he says. BWAHAHAHA seriously I have mailed this exact item for $6 before from the post office. I was offended, it was the worst most unprofessional experience I've had. Mike, don't hire your kid if he can't be bothered to get dressed to go to work. Don't go here, drive a few more miles for a real postal option.

Rebekah Dorsey: I took a large package into return an item this year. The box had never even been opened and had my shipping information still on it. When I took it in, the girl behind the counter said she was going to help me with the door because the package was so big, but I had gotten it in okay. So that was nice...but read the rest...I had the return shipping label printed out and took both the large package, and shipping label on paper up to the front where the counter and scales are. I told her I was dropping it off and it needed the return shipping label taped on. She said she would take care of it and didn't ask if I wanted a receipt or anything. She just told me thank you.Well months later my package never arrived at the return facility and in fact it was never even scanned into UPS!! There is proof the return label was printed out but it was never scanned in for shipping. Pac Mail told me they have no record of it being brought in there when I 100% took it in there to return it! I called the company, Pottery Barn where I purchased it from, and they would not refund me the money for it and they of course informed me that they never received the return. Pottery Barn said they would not refund me my money since they never received it and that Pac Mail should be held responsible for refunding my money since they are the ones who "lost" it!It was a $287 girls desk chair from Pottery Barn and that didn't even include the tax or shipping I paid.The manager at Pac Mail won't return my calls and won't help me out with this situation. So now I am out over $300!! Maybe I should take this to small claims court since this Pac Mail won't deal with the situation properly. I am sure there is video evidence of me dropping of the package that day and I even told 2 employees there about looking at the video, but it was never investigated or looked into.I am very upset about this and I have asked them for a receipt when dropping off other return packages and they wouldn't give me one and just told me they record everything in their computer under my name. This is NOT right at all either!If you want to get your package to it's destination, Do Not take your package here!!Also my 22 year old son didn't know better, went there to ship something and they just charged him $99 to ship a small TV box!! That is insane!!! Oh and check this out....it only has a $100 warranty on it. SMH

Google User: This place charges twice what the US post office charges for a package. Two separate occasions I have tried them and both times a few cents of twice as much for the same package. Nice store, but you are paying twice as much. My advice, go a few extra miles north to the Arcola Post office and save yourself some money. Directions are north on Scott Road, left on Bass Road, right on Eme Road, then right at the four way stop. The post office is shortly on your left. About a 5 minute drive.
Jim Blaszyk: Yesterday I started with the UPS store on Coventry Dr. In Fort Wayne. The lady was so rude and unhelpful. I left so confused as I have always used them in the past. They basically refused to provide any services. After a Google search I found this PAKMAIL location on Chestnut Dr. I rented a mail box, got notary service and expidite mail service. I would recomend Ian or Kermit. They were so friendly and professional. Since I'm new to Fort Wayne I'd like to help spread the word about the service I got at PAKMAIL. I am not being paid by PAKMAIL, nor have I heard of them before my Google search. I would recomend their services to a friend!
Lana Scherer: Avoid this place at all costs for your critical (or any) packages. They act inconvenienced to give a receipt for labeled packages that are dropped off, which means there is no record they rec'd the package. Most recently my husband called and spoke with the store manager to verify the critical next-day air package we dropped off actually went out. The manager assured him, yes, the package had left -- and our UPS account showed it was scanned, but, in fact, the package was still sitting in the store. The health clinic waiting for their expensive patient equipment did not receive the package on time. Complete negligence after we had specifically called to make sure there were no problems. We had to go back to the store the following day, retrieve the package and drive it to the UPS terminal. My husband called to complain, spoke with yet another employee and asked for a call and apology from the owner. A week+ later, still no call from ANYONE. We are DONE with this place. If I could give a ZERO, I would. We have had similar problems in the past and will continue to drive 45 minutes out of the way to go directly to UPS.

Toni McEathron: I just mailed a large flat rate post office box from this location at a cost of $28.10. When I questioned the price I was told "Yeah the cost just went up." The cost to ship from the post office is $18.90 so they tacked on almost $10 in fees, however the person that waited on me did not mention any fees. Considering all they did was put a label on the box those fees are ridiculous. Unless you absolutely had no other options, I would not use this place.

Cyndi Owen: I have two packages that were never delivered to the buyer or returned to me. I wrote on the packages "do not throw and do not crush." I guess this made them mad and they threw them away. Their process to file a claim is ridiculously long. All I want is my packages from 921 E Dupont Rd in Fort Wayne back, but I'm sure my words on the packages made them mad, so in the trash they went.
Ginger Gadoci: Very unfriendly employee (Meghan) that did my Amazon returns. Not a fan of this store due to location and staff being snippy. I am updating because the owner tried to say it was the Amazon process.... NO, it was Meghan's attitude. Told me I had to take my item back home and box it. After doing my other returns, when I said I guess I have to take that back home, she finally said "unless you want to buy a bag for $1.06". She could have told me that from the start and said it nicely. She was rude and in a bad mood..... Do not blame on the Amazon process. I will not use this store in the future.
Neil Stumpf: Came in to return an amazon package. while there i was told i had to separate my items out and have individual return codes for each item although they came in the same package from amazon under one order. The attendant at the counter was very rude to me while I was explaining this, no big deal it was after the holidays, and I understand the pressure they are under, so I took my other items to return another day. I noticed amazon then refunded me for the whole order even though I still had some items. So, I called the store an hour after I left to explain this issue and see if they could hold the package so I could bring the items back to package together I was told the morning shift had left and they would give me a call back in the morning and would keep an eye out for the package. didn't receive a call back the next day so I called myself and was able to speak to the attendant that Helped me the day of the transaction. she was very rude on the phone still and was trying to tell me I was wrong. overall, this wasn't that big of an issue, and I understand mistakes happen but the rudeness from the person who "helped" me in inexcusable. I was friendly in person and on the phone and got nothing but a rude tone and a not my fault not my job kind of manner.

No one working there cares about individual situations, and acts like the customer is a bother (unless you have items to scan and leave so the staff doesn't have to put effort in to helping you). And I've been there many, many times.. With NO change in their behavior.The manager, Meagan, and owner, Shelli, are never available to talk to and Meagan has been unprofessional in her email and voicemail responses. I'm frustrated and shared that frustration for their great error... But apparently that means it's ok for the manager to be rude and the owner to ignore contacting me.This business definitely does not care about the customer, even though we are trusting them to take care of our valuable items.I'll be going elsewhere. I suggest others do too, unless you don't care that they don't care. The UPS Store on Coventry has the majority of their reviews 5 or 4 stars. It'll be worth driving a few extra miles to be treated decently.Lastly, interesting that there are so many negative reviews about the rude employees, but nothing seems to be done by the owner.. Except her telling each customer to let them know of their experience. This is funny since their manager is only there until 2 pm, when the rest of the world is at work, the owner rarely comes in and the phone there does NOT allow staff to answer... So another excuse for the owner to make it look like she cares... But obviously doesn't. I mean she keeps making money, so why care about people?!!The owner also seems to continually point the blame back onto the customer, as you can see in all negative reviews. Maybe she needs leadership training on how to address her staff work with the public instead of blaming customers. I guess owning a business doesn't mean you know how to successfully satisfy your customers by teaching staff (and self) to improve and grow in areas that need improvement.

I was greeted by an employee who was very helpful and intolerant of my ignorance of the process. She politely and efficiently helped troubleshoot my problem of theQR code not scanning. I apologized to her and the 6 or 7 other customers who had filed in the lobby after me. I was sure she was working alone. Just as I was finishing, another employee (Amanda) appeared from the back. She had a look of pure disgust on her face and a tone of voice to match. "Who's next?" *sigh *eye roll. Gee...sorry to bother you. Plenty of people are looking for work. Maybe she should be one of them.

They don't seem to seek solutions but rather sigh and roll their eye's when asked for help. It's not a wonder why they're always hiring. I hope that UPS understands that this can easily be turned into a discriminatory incident if these poor folks are new hires. I know I wouldn't put up with that kind of treatment. UPS store #4682 in Fort Wayne, IN 46825 needs a little reminder on how to treat people! Just saying!
Brian Meyer: Very poor customer service. 4 people behind the counter gossiping while the customer in front of me and I waited. Also very uninformed on what can and cannot be shipped.
Donna Williams: Worst customer service experience ever. Rude and disrespectful. I went in to pick up a package that showed delivered 2 days prior and was told they didn’t have it. After I called the shipping company and was provided proof it WAS delivered, I made a 2nd trip and all of a sudden they found it and informed me it would be $5 pick up fee. I have had 2 other pick ups at this location with no pick up fee and the girl tried to tell me it was always their policy to charge for pick ups. She was very rude when I informed her I had not been charged previously and she continued to argue it was always in place. Pay attention to the reviews, there’s a reason their rating is 2.9. Will drive to another location to avoid this place in the future.I appreciate the response and explanation of why I was charged this time but the main complaint of my review WAS NOT addressed, which is the rudeness of your employees and their incompetence of finding my package on my first trip causing me to make a 2nd trip AND why they did not they explain why I was charged this time instead of arguing with me that it was always their policy to charge for pick ups. Customer service at it’s worse.

Benjamin Thomas: I would have given 5 stars but their online schedule for times they would be open during the holiday weekend on the 24th till 7:30 I drove across town to return something to Amazon before they close and I arrived a little after 5:00pm and they were closed, I tried again on 12/26/21 online said they opened at 8:30am so I arrived at 8:30am and once again they were closed don’t even open on Sunday lol but online they say their open.
sean barchick: June 2021 I shipped 2 parcels from this location. According to tracking they didn't leave, and were never delivered. I ended up having to pay for both again. They were both plumbing supplies.

Ali Akida Wangara: A great place to get service, in and out very fast. But got frustrated for second time. I made a return with UPS at Dupont and Amazon said they never received it. I visit the store and they say they have no records, that I need to look for the receipt they issued with the return, which was 2 months ago. I wish they could have records of their processes. 1st time I had a push-pull with Amazon till a couple of days later when they said they have now received it. I never knew whether the problem was with Amazon or UPS. This second time, Amazon owns up and say they received the package and erroneously charged me again.
