David Michael: As a previous used car store owner I was surprised to see the dirty overall condition of the cars on the lot. Gm not doing his job!
Steve Pope: I am in the automobile business and tried to buy a vehicle from Larry. We agreed to a price and 10 minutes later I call for Larry to send the paperwork needed for the deal. Get voicemail and no call back so I call back to talk to secretary to get correct address to overnight cashiers check as requested by Larry. 10 minutes later Larry calls to tell me to hold up, as another salesperson has someone driving the car and he would let me know the “status” later. Three hours later he calls back to explain someone else put a deposit on the car. Very unprofessional and very unethical for the business. Would not recommend SweetCars and would definitely not recommend Larry. Overall terrible experience and folks like these are the ones who give the automobile business a bad name.

Josh Crews: They have great customer service and go above and beyond to help their customers even things not directly related to their services. I worked with Corbin and got the ceramic pro gold package on my car. He also helped me find new wheels and lug nuts for my car as well as was able to help me get my hands on touch up paint needed for the car first which I wasn’t having luck finding from other places. I would highly recommend sweetcars

Keith Crews: I had some work done on two vehicles of mine. Nate is great to work with and the entire team is first class. They answered all my questions pre and post doing the work on my Rivian and BMW. Got to meet Cecil and Chris who are also great to talk to about what I am thinking about doing and getting their feedback. Recommended them to my son and co-workers as well for work they are getting done since seeing mine after the work was completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing ceramic coating, paint protection film, detailing and a host of other services.
Chris Brown: Dude!!!! They put a ceramic coat on my truck and it looks like glass!!!! A little pricey, but if I keep it up, it will be well worth the money!!!! Very nice and knowledgeable workers. And there detailers go through the whole car!!!! Not just dressing it up to make it look like it was touched. They truly are detail-oriented workers!!!!

At this point I have used practically every service they offer from maintenance to detailing to showroom purchases to having the management find specific cars from other dealers and bring them to Fort Wayne for me to purchase. The team from top to bottom is hard working, timely and professional. No smoke and mirrors here. Just a well run business as advertised. The team is knowledgeable and very honest from top to bottom including the porters right through the sales team and the management. NGM Shop: This was by far the easiest and most stress free car purchase I’ve experienced. I knew what I wanted and my car salesman, Larry Franck understood and respected my requests. He provided professional and knowledgeable assistance during the sale, he was overall a great salesman. (200/month) Every car on the lot was in excellent condition and these guys took care of the breaks, oil change and an extra key fob all included with the sale. WOW! The entire time took less than an hour and half. Amazed by the professionalism and quality of service and cars. We will definitely be back for our next car.

Lucas Scott: Bought a car from them and it needed an engine replacement less than four months later. I junked the car and got to make payments on the loan for several years after the fact. Plus lots of repair bills in the mean time trying to get it working. Told the sales rep about what had happened and his response was, “sorry to hear about that”.

NK Forever: Dealership was amazing and service center has never disappoint. I always have good experience with them.
Sir CES: I found their advertising and be very deceitful. They listed a Dodge Challenger had a full retail price and with all the pictures they took they failed to show the body damage and rust on the driver's quarter panel. It also was not noted in the description of the vehicle. I wasted my time driving all the way there for nothing. The salesman was really rude and dismissed the probably $3,000 worth of work that it would need. I wouldn't recommend anybody go to this place and to me that shady sales tactics. Since you were nice enough to reply to me I am updating my post I took the time to run over there and take pictures of the damage and rust on the gray Dodge Challenger you have. You shouldn't go trying to lie to people

Donovan Thompson: If I could rate this dealership lower than 0 I would. Don't expect a call back unless its for their benefit. The amount of times I got the, "yeah no problem ill call/tect you about it tomorrow!" Or the, "I'll update you through the process!" And NEVER RECUEVED UPDATES OR CALLS BACK. When I sold my car to them it took 39 days for them to pay me for it. Please if you read this make one thing happen, call your customers when you say you will call them. Give them updates through the process if you say you will. Just do what you say and it wouldnt have been an issue. First 1 star review on google how did i do?
Hank Borden: Purchasing a vehicle was quite frustrating, with communication from Logan and Sam very inconsistent. I left voicemails and sent emails for three days with no response. I was finally able to reach a different salesperson who kept me on the phone until he could locate Sam to speak with me. I absolutely love the MX-5 RF , but will definitely not return to O’Daniel.

We were not impressed with the SUV selection at Toyota nor Honda. We have a 2003 Toyota P/U with 325,000+ miles on it, however, it's small, and my Wife would have great difficulty getting in and out due to an upcoming surgery.SO, should need a quality Car, make your first call to Luke.Jed & Becky Burlingham

Arick Crecelius: Matt Tillapaugh failed in my book.Matt Tillapaugh at first was doing a great job in assisting my friend in purchasing a new vehicle. The car was supposed to be delivered by the end of September, however, it arrived early. My friend was out of the country, until September 1st. Matt texted her saying that they are concerned with holding the vehicle at the dealership for 3 more weeks until she came back into the states. He continued to play with her emotions, she felt scared that they were going to sell the vehicle underneath her. That is absolutely horrible to do/make someone feel like that when they have no control of the situation/being able to come home sooner. This was her first time purchasing a new car and there was already anxiety and nervousness about the process of purchasing a car. My friend picked up her car this week, everything went fine at the dealership other than it took a long time.I am not impressed with Matt and his tactics (my guess is he used this tactic to help him meet his monthly quotas). If I had to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I would go with a different sales rep.

My husband and I knew we really appreciated him and the rest of the staff at the state rd preferred and after taking a couple days to weigh things out we made the jump and Jake and the guys got busy first thing to make the deal happen. Everyone from the manager, finance officers and loan agent to our sales person made us feel important and comfortable even when my husband and I were a little edgy at times. Jake brought my spare key fab, hand delivered to my house with a warm and sincere hand written letter and I am now a huge fan of preferred, they have a client for life. 10/10

Kristen Canan: If you are looking at a vehicle on Preferred's lots, make sure to take it in to your mechanic before making any decisions. I was looking at a Subaru Forester that appeared to be in excellent condition and I was considering purchasing. I was told that this vehicle had been serviced at their center, however they were not able to answer any of my questions regarding service performed. I took it into the Subaru Service Center where they found over $5,000 in fixes, including major head gasket leaks, transmission fluid hose leak (fluid all over front driver wheel), ball joint replacement on one wheel, muffler and exhaust replacement (bad repair job, very very rusty) and lower control arm replace. There is just no way all of these issues were not seen at their service center. My experience at Preferred Auto was that I wasted my time and money. I did not get the impression that I was being scammed, but I am not sure where the communication breakdown occurred between service and sales. I will say that Josh was very pleasant, friendly, and not pushy at all.

I have been watching certain vehicles I am interested in and often submit questions to the owner, Bob Derek, about those vehicles. His response is almost immediate, and he answers my questions completely, even providing additional details. You can tell Mr. Derek is proud of the business he owns and equally proud of the vehicles he is selling. He posts an abundance of quality photos and describes his vehicles in detail. I have no doubt Mr. Derek is honestly committed to providing you with a fair and honest purchase. I have been shopping for a second car for quite a while now and I have no doubt I will purchase that vehicle from Derek MotorCar. And, if you're lucky, you might see Mr. Derek's smiling face sitting in some of the vehicles he is selling!!!!! That alone adds a personal touch I haven't seen anywhere else.

No pressure. He was helpful in looking at the cars.But what really struck me is the honesty. He really doesn't want to sell cars that are going to break down - he wants you to get something that will last. He's very upfront about what may be needed on a vehicle. He wasn't trying to hide anything.So if you want a slick salesperson to take advantage of you then look elsewhere, you won't find that here. If you want high pressure sales tactics then you'll have to find another dealer.I would buy a car here without hesitation. I can see why they are A+ with the Better Business Bureau and why they've been voted best 4 years in a row.
