Parkview Family Birthing Centers: what do users think?
Zack Nealis: I had a great experience here and so did my wife doctor and nurses were great very attenative to my wife's wants and needs to me as well I would recommend this place to anyone I have 2 complaints 1st. There was 1 nurse in the room with my fiancé and I for the whole time she was in labor dont gete wrong I love being involved but im no nurse or have any desire to be in the medical field needles to say we finally got our son after a intense emergency c-section.2nd and this is the one that really got me on the last day as were getting ready to leave the nurse comes in to check our car seat which I bought used in the original box not aware car seats expire. And apparently a 6 yr old brand new car seats isn't acceptable standards for this nurse she made my wife and I feel like we were bad parents and we couldn't leave with our newborn until I had a "approved" car seat which I later researched and found that its not against the law to use any car seat as long as it properly fits them ans not even considered"expired" until 6-10 years and thats just a recommendation
Lyn S: January 29th I went to a walking clinic Parkview and they sent me out to Parkview ER labor because they can't sure what's happening to me they even test my urine and they can't tell anything Then i waited ER for 4hours before they said something that they are not sure still the Nurse in the emergency labor and delivery who went to remove my IV, just yanked it out and now i have a really bad bruise waited for 1hour before they took it out my empty IV so horrible!!
Theresa Snawder: This is an amazing place to give birth ! All the staff are very friendly and kind . I recommend this place . Gave birth here 2 times . And about to give birth there again 🙌🏼😁

Parkview Women's & Children's Hospital: what do users think?
hstrung44: Our experience here with the birth of our son was absolutely incredible and I couldn't imagine it could have gone any better at any other hospital. Every single nurse and doctor that helped us and took care of us was amazing. The staff that checked us in were great, friendly and helpful. The people in the cafeteria working hard so we don't have to go hungry. 10/10 would recommend having your child delivered here and would go back if we decide to have another down the road.
Lyn S: January 29 I went to Parview ER labor room the Nurse in the labor and delivery who went to remove my IV, just yanked it out and now i have a really bad bruise..waited for 1hour before they took it out my empty IV so horrible!!!
heather Stieler: Very nice staff .
Amanda Mundy: The NICU is horrible. Forced feeding schedule, have to ask for updates and still does not get a full update, misleading information constantly, I literally have not control over my child's care and if I don't agree with the plan, I'm treated like the worse person in the world. They don't even have a HIPAA form for my child in case my husband or I can not be reached for updates. Plus way more issues than time to type out.
Ebony Acre: Quick friendly visit to Emergency room with labor complications.. very professional
Cameron Long: Two wonderful experiences here. Everyone, from housekeeping, to nurses and doctors, was amazing and caring.
Jilliann Hack: If i could review this placea negative 5 i would
Thi Aye: Delivered both my children here. The delivery went smoothly and the stay was great. The doctors, nurses, and staff were amazing. Very friendly and attentive. I recommend this Birthing Center to any mom to be.
Chevilla Carteaux: Me and my children couldn't have been treated better... We ❤ PRMC and Parkview Women's & Children's Hospital! Thank you for the amazing staff and care!
jessica Gomola: I delivered here in 2012, 2017 and will be again in Aug 2018. It has always be a very pleasant experience and I would send anyone there.
Hailey Hazelett: I wouldn't go any where else! I just had my son may 2017 and I loved the nursing staff and lactation consultants. You will not be disappointed in going here. Hands down the best place!
Tiffany Celeste: I had my first child here in January of 2016. I came in the earliest hours of the morning and had a fast labor, around six hours with only two hours spent in the hospital (I was already 7 cm dilated when I arrived), but the process was much less than ideal. I had come in previously to tour and created a personalized birth plan, of which I had several copies: one the hospital kept, I kept, and then one I brought to the hospital the night I went into labor to give to the delivery nurses. The night of delivery not a single doctor or nurse looked at the plan. I had two nurses, one of which had to be removed from the room for her rude behavior, while the younger nurse was absolutely incredible. I looked to her through the labor more than my own hubby, lol. I had chosen to not receive an epidural, and this nurse (I wish I could remember her name) was just fantastic. I hated that I only had one option for delivery, which was laying on the bed (they said it's the only way they offer). I was having a lot of trouble pushing my son out, and wanted to try the squat chair early on, but they wouldn't let me and instead proceeded to vacuum birth him. I did not receive any explanations, and I said SPECIFICALLY in my birth plan I wanted skin to skin IMMEDIATELY after birth, but they took him away without a word. I didn't get to hold my baby until after they weighed, measured, cleaned, and clothed him. My delivery doctor was an ass; he was annoyed and agitated the whole time, especially when I couldn't push my son out. Things got much better in the post partum area, where the rating would definitely raise to 5 stars, but the delivery was terrible for my first birth. I'm now due for our second little one, and my delivery experience was bad enough for me to be considering delivering at DuPont instead.
Brandy Hart: I had my child here in January and it was a wonderful experience. The L&D nurses were so attentive. We even got a quiet dinner on our check out night. The nurses dressed my 5 year old daughter up like the Dr. And really calmed her for the experience. The lactation nurses weren't pushy like many other hospitals. Of course being Parkview a few days later we got to see our son's name on the billboard. :)
Josh: I am very disappointed with the billing department. As they had a discrepancy in the definition of my visit with my insurance, so my insurance didn't cover it at all. The only thing they had to do is change the code with respect to my insurance. Before my visit I made very clear if the visit was cover, that time they said the it was cover.I would aware all other patient to be very clear upfront before you go for a checkup to his hospital and make sure about the code they use to bill your insurance. So that you don't have to pay your full visit.

Fort Wayne Birth Center: what do users think?
Brooke Sprunger: It was such an amazing birth experience! Beautiful rooms! And I felt a lot more in control here then in a hospital. The midwife and nurse were both so sweet and i loved how they didn't just brush my husband aside. Definitely will be returning for all my future births!
Meghan Jeffries: My water broke at midnight while having active labor contractions and the midwife, Becca, refused to see us for four hours after, even after being told I had meconium in my water. After finally seeing us I had to be rushed to the hospital to have an urgent c section where my baby had to be fully resuscitated and spent 13 days in the nicu because of how long he had been in distress in the womb without being treated. Holy family birth center was nearly responsible for the death of my child due to pure neglect, assuming because the midwife just didn’t want to get out of bed. 6/10/2021.
Mika Meek: Rude receptionist
Jon Burd: Incredible education! We love this place! Awesome awesome people
Ruth Hasbrook: Only an initial outward semblance of caring. Unprofessional and will kick you out for silly unprofessional reasons. Lack of knowledge about natural care. Out for the money. Regularly cherry-picks through even low risk patients. See more details in one-star reviews (wish I could give less) under Fertility and Midwifery Care Center.
Nathan Brune: Cannot give enough praise to this facility and their staff! Our sweet little daughter was born here recently and everything went so smoothly. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a natural birth as God has designed!
Kelsey Herbst: If you are catholic this is your place to give birth. Skip the birth photography. If transfer to hospital is necessary be prepared for a disaster and stress. Do not be tempted by the art in the building to hire the photographer
Quentin: Amazing, amazing, amazing. This was our 2nd child with them. The first one born in the new awesome facility. Andreya our Rn was one of the best I've ever had interactions with. Our midwife Rachel knew exactly what to say and do at exactly the right time. If this wasn't our last child we would be going here again for sure.
Angela Melvin: This was my first childbirth experience, but I couldn't imagine it going more smoothly anywhere else. The birthing suite was wonderful. Medical interference was almost non-existent and the support staff was outstanding!
Yen El: As a first time expecting mother I am thrilled to say my experience w/ this clinic has been phenomenal. The kind-hearted staff and doctors have guided me through my pregnancy with ease. Not only are they extremely professional and informative but also personable and calming. I am almost 8 months pregnant and among all the chaos of preparing I feel at peace knowing my baby and I are in good hands. Thank you to all the staff and doctors for creating such a beautiful experience for me and my family.

Amanda Tobin: Great team at Parkview!HOWEVER, PLEASE CHECK AHEAD WHAT YOUR CHARGES WILL BE. Took one star off for billing. I've spoken to many friends who say I was charged more for my ultrasound than they were for their births! Please look at their reviews on Facebook. MANY others have had issues with excessive billing!

Fertility & Midwifery Care Center, LLC.: what do users think?
Kaylee Arnold: I went here for my pregnancy and I’m an over a year PP. I had some concerns being post partum and Initially made an appt last October/ November to speak to someone about my concerns. I took off work was almost there and they’d called and canceled my appt because of scheduling issues. A couple weeks ago I made another appt hoping to see someone this time. An hour and a half before my appt they canceled once again. I Definitely do not feel like a priority and it’s disheartening to still not have been able to talk to someone about my concerns. To reschedule is hard I do work full time and have made time twice now to make these appts.
Ally Youngblood: We loved our time with FMCC. My husband and I both felt extremely supported throughout my entire pregnancy and even with a more complicated induction that ended with a C-section. We had the opportunity to interact with most of the office staff, midwives, Marianne, and Dr. Stroud for surgery - all were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I would plan on using FMCC for all future pregnancies.
Taylor Graham: I have never felt so heard by women’s health staff in my life. I felt comfortable, respected and cared about from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out. I recently was able to establish care with Sarah Rothgeb, NP and I could not be more impressed. She took the time to listen to me and actually understand my struggles both past as well as present. She made plans, with just the first visit, to actually investigate the issues. Previously, I’ve had nothing but OBGYNs from the larger networks dismiss me and just throw birth control at my struggles (which either did not help or had several horrible side effects). And I’ve never gotten answers or non harmful solutions. Now, I feel like I’m on the path to actual solutions and women’s health CARE. Thank you FMCC for all you guys do!
Ryan Branning: Was referred to this clinic by my mother. Went to the first appointment in June 2022 and it was okay. Doctor Bauer seemed nice. Nine months later I received a bill in the mail for a ridiculous amount of money for blood work. Both my mother and sister go to the same doctor and we are all on the same health insurance. Both of them have received extensive lab work done the same year and it has always went through our insurance and there was never a large bill. When I called to ask why my lab work was not ran through my insurance and gave the example of my mom and sister, Ashton who answered the phone, angrily told me they are not affiliated with the lab work company then hung up the phone. Makes no sense! Very rude staff don’t go here!! The reviews speak for themselves.
Maria Wellman: Had my first baby with them and currently pregnant with my second. The midwives are very knowledgeable and helpful and they have great facilities. Communication could be better and I have to call several times before I get an answer, but I can overlook these shortcomings as I feel very cared for and I feel my babies are valued here.
Amanda Martin: They helped me with addressing problems with my PCOS , and helped me get pregnant again. I can't reccomend this place enough
Danielle Clark-Ramsey: Dr. Stalling is phenomenal. I've felt very heard and seen here ❤️
Ireena Keeslar: Great care, friendly staff. I personally love that they are Christian. Holistic experience in womens health care and pregnancy. (Photos of office at holiday time!)
Nicole Goodrum: After spending near $1000 at this practice, I never had an appointment with a Doctor!I should have known this practice would be disappointing after the girl who scheduled my appointment "forgot" to enter my information in the system and had my husband and I waiting an hour to see a nurse upon our consult. This place is a scam using technology from the 80s! They require you to go through the Creighton Model which you can personally do your self online. However, you have to pay $250 out of pocket for a sticker chart!! Buy a Kegg instead! Then they charge you constantly for follow up appointments "to prepare you to visit with a doctor". After 3 months and $1000 (I live out of state) we were no closer to having any further answers.I switched practices and saw a doctor on my very first appointment!
Anna McGahan: I at first loved it the doctors and nurses themselves were extremely sweet and caring and I was really excited about my appointment for endo exploratory surgery but I called to reschedule my appointment because of work and so forth that way I’d have more time to recover and rest and heal. And it was only one week not two weeks ahead and the lady on the other end told me how much of everyone’s time I wasted and asked me did I have any idea what all went into this ..I do feel really bad but to be honest no I don’t know because I’ve never had a surgery before ever in my life . so if I was difficult I deeply apologize. but I just wanted to reschedule my appointment not totally cancel it ..but then I did pay the fee and cancel it I was going to reschedule but after that I don’t know.
A B: First off I want to say I have had 4 OTHER PHYSICIANS - PCP's and OBGYN'S... from both Parkview and Lutheran Networks... tell me that these Doctors ARE NOT FERTILITY SPECIALISTs .. one OBGYN specifically said " she can't stand this practice and how evil it is to men and women trying to conceive and doesn't know how they are still open" so right off the bat they are insincere and scuzzy... making that claim is so disgusting to me.. that they would take advantage of people struggling with infertility.I had a horrible experience with this facility 2 yrs ago. Dr. Stalling is VERY COLD.. She failed to see very clear medical issues I already had on my ultrasound and sent me to specific testing that I SHOULDNT of had done.. that led to extreme pain and an ER VISIT.. it was very traumatic for me. They immediately make you pay for charting classes that cost like $500 off the bat before any testing to see if you can conceive naturally. Not to mention if you go here and you are not aware.. because the facility is Catholic based.. if you CAN conceive by IUI or need IVF.. they do not offer that or even mention it because it goes against THEIR beliefs! They will take your money for YEARS and not care that you do NOT conceive even though there are other options!!!
Emily Mason: Hands down an amazing doctors office! I absolutely love the midwifery! Everyone is so personable when I walk in. They know me by name and are always willing to answer my questions, phone calls, and even text messages! Huge shout out to so many of the staff members!Taylor, Stacy, and Tammi are always the first I see upon walking in! They always greet me with a smile and by name! They are always patient and kind. If they don’t have the answer, they never hesitate to find it out for me!Angela, literally the best phlebotomist! She knows me by name and recognition! She always hits my veins the first time and I have never had any issues with bruising or soreness!Amanda, Stephanie, Mackenzie, Megan, and Nyaing, are just a few of their amazing staff members! But these girls go above and beyond every time! Always so descriptive, hands on, and knowledgeable! They always meet all of my needs always willing to go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and heard! They answer so many of my phone calls to the point it’s probably annoying but they are always reassuring, kind, and caring!Stephanie W., Man she is amazing! She is the whole reason we have our son and another on the way! She meant with us regularly and diligently to figure out our infertility adventure! I can’t say enough good things about her!Lindsey is hands down the best ultrasound tech! I haven’t really scene anyone else but man! She is nothing but calm, excited for you, and full of knowledge and reassurance! She talks you through step by step and doesn’t miss a beat!Marianne Stroud! Again, I can’t say enough! She was a major advocate for our first birth and was nothing but reassuring, comforting, and full of knowledge! She literally meant us where we were at in some of the scariest moments right before delivery and calmed us down! All in all, I am so beyond blessed to be able to have such amazing doctors, midwives, and staff to care for me before, during, and after our pregnancies!
Julia Stoffel: NOT FERTILITY SPECIALISTS! If you are struggling with infertility please steer clear of FMCC. They do not specialize in fertility, and will not guide you physically or emotional. Their office is very insensitive to your struggle, and very focused on their birthing rate. $18,000 and two surgeries later I still did not have a diagnosis for our infertility issues. The bills will just keep stacking up. My husband’s urologist (not associated with FMCC), thank God, was finally honest with us.I had two doctors while at FMCC, and both would scramble into each appointment and scramble to review my chart. They were totally unprepared.I highly recommend MIDWEST FERTILITY and Dr. Bopp if you are struggling with infertility. Dr. Bopp is amazing. He prayed with us before each procedure and truly cared for both my husband and I. Midwest was very professional and sensitive to our struggle. I am also watching my sleeping 4 month old as I write this.
Ruth Hasbrook: Run from this place! At first it seems like a dream come true, with no area birth centers outside of hospital systems, this set-up seems ideal even with a long drive. First visit they were super nice. But immediately started hounding me about my basic request to stick with female doctors. They seemed less than knowledgeable about non-medicine options. We are still figuring out billing issues as it seems much more than allowed. Ours is only one of two insurances they take, and they proudly claim the other was only because another dad fought to be covered. (They don’t have time to do that, they stated.)At the initial center tour/class, I got the distinct impression they cherry-pick patients. I understand keeping only low-risk cases in the birth center, but this was way beyond that, keeping their stats by dismissing even low-risk patients who do not conform to their every whim. (See some other prior low reviews as well.)They did poorly on discussing labs they wanted to take and what the results were. Two issues were discussed but I was surprised at all the tests listed they did but never talked over with me, either before or after the draws.Halfway between my 12 and 16 week appointments (the latter we had important follow-up labs scheduled) I received an unprofessional call from Dr Stroud asking me to call back on his cell phone. I was already creeped out by the midwives total concern (asking me in detail three times) over my not wanting to have him present in any exams. (Of which none had been conducted, nor were scheduled, and I was planning on using one of the five female midwives at the birth center for delivery. Only in emergency transfer to hospital would an OB have been needed, and there are two female OBs on staff, although I clearly stated, three times, that I understood if I needed to have a talking appointment with Dr Stroud and/or if he was the only OB available in an emergency situation.)For his FOURTH attempt to contact me in TWO DAYS (despite his message stating it was not urgent and his not using proper channels, like the portal, or my next appointment, or even the office number) he called my emergency number. My husband answered and conferenced me in. Stroud tried to sound polite at first despite stating we were “not a good fit for the practice” but became quite agitated when my husband asked questions to understand his reasons. Dr Stroud said that “we don’t deal with” husbands advocating for wives. I spoke up and said his call was making me anxious, so of course my husband was supporting me. After more inquiry, Dr Stroud finally clearly defined his claim they were not removing me for health reasons (we had done everything recommended, although chose a natural route for one thing and took one other lab near home, which I still suspect their “lack of control” over those items was part of the reason we were dismissed.) Dr Stroud’s stated reason being “my problem with male providers was an issue.” There was no caring or professionalism in his manner and we were removed as of that day, all appointments cancelled. They said they would see us on emergency basis butthereafter refused to give a script to complete their care before I could find another doctor. The lab scheduled for 16 weeks would likely have shown our natural remedy to be sufficient, but we needed to know that it was or start on medications to prevent complications. I am now 18 weeks and still have not had that lab. I go to a new OB tomorrow who is already addressing things missed by this lousy practice.
Katie Lindley: I went to them once to try to get help regarding my PMDD and endometriosis. They told me my hormones were “imbalanced” and I would have to take a class ($600 btw) to learn how to chart my cycles for 3 months before they could test my hormones. My cycle is extremely regular, so I tested my hormones a few weeks later through my PCP and there were no imbalances. Basically, they couldn’t do anything for me. $200 for them to not be able to do anything. Yikes!
Austin Wiard: My best friend lost her daughter at 20 weeks and her Dr and team had NO compassion for the pain she was going through. She was the most excited because having a child was all she’s ever wanted. She no longer gets to do that and all the Dr said was “Eh oh well”.God/Allah/insert-deity-here forbid he discovers he’s having a child only to find out that he no longer gets to have one and May Indiana not make unsuccessful pregnancies illegal when that happens. Also recommend keeping your book club out of your business practices.
Tiffany Speith: I will never recommend them. I started seeing Dr. Stroud when he was at Parkview and then when I found out I was pregnant, followed him here. I have PCOS so I knew it could be difficult. At 20 weeks, I lost my mucus plug and told them something was wrong. They didn't believe me and never once tried to check. I went into labor 24 hours later and ended up losing my daughter. Dr. Stroud showed NO compassion, and instead said "things happen". Offered no explaination, no resources. No help. He didn't show up until over an hour after I delivered my daughter. And never saw him again besides those two minutes he showed up. He doesn't care as much as he says he does about his patients.
Whitney Nieto: I had 3 out of 6 of my babies with them. Dr. Stroud office has been truly amazing and so caring during my pregnancies. They listen to your concerns and questions and answer them thoroughly and explained everything. If I could go back in time and change who delivered my older three I would in a heart beat choose Dr. Stroud office.
Pamela: I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant. A feat I thought would never happen for my husband and I after experiencing 3 previously unexplained losses. I was recommended this practice from a friend. I will forever owe her for sending me their way. Within 5 minutes of my first appointment they were able to see what was causing my losses based on tests that were ran by previous Dr's. That day I was prescribed the medicine that has made carrying my baby possible. Every midwife and physician I have met has been incredible. Becca and Rachel really stand out to me though. They are genuinely some of the nicest, most carrying people I've ever met in my life, and have made this experience so much easier on me. I would absolutely recommend fmcc to any woman who is experiencing fertility issues.
Molly Bon Fleur: It’s taken me 17 months to write this review because I have still been trying to process the details and feelings surrounding my prenatal care, birth experience, and postnatal care. If you aren’t struggling with infertility, I highly suggest you look elsewhere for obstetrical care, as it seems if you are just a “normal” pregnancy - you will get lost in the mix. The OB-midwife integrated care model is very misleading. You never end up seeing a provider long enough to develop any type of comfort level with them (mostly because they get you in and out as fast as possible) and you have no clue who will show up to your birth. Even though Dr. Stroud was at the hospital when I gave birth, he never once came to check on me, only coming to my room once to ask his midwife a separate question. Chances are, unless you have a C section, you will not have an OB in your delivery room. If this matters to you - look elsewhere for care! They say they don’t believe in interventions, but when I was laboring, every intervention under the sun was pushed on me leading to an infection and an unnecessary NICU stay for my baby. 2 weeks postpartum when, I was struggling with swelling still and unusually high blood pressure, I was met with coldness from Dr. Sterling when as a scared new mother who just wanted to know I was going to be okay, the best she could say was “Well I have no indication you are dying so just go to the ER if your BP gets worse or you get a bad headache”. When I told them that I feared I had a urinary tract infection after birth they dismissed me. I had to beg them to take a urine sample and test it and I then found out 2 weeks after (I had never heard from them so I assumed no infection)I looked up my results at the lab, that I DID have an infection and they had somehow “overlooked” the lab results and never did anything with them. This is all just the tip of the iceberg unfortunately. I wish I had looked further when choosing who I would go to for prenatal care and not been afraid to change to a different provider when I started realizing how bad it was there around 20 weeks. I truly hope this will help someone who is on the fence about choosing FMCC for their care. You deserve the best care and unfortunately, this place just isn’t it.
Alyssa Nord: I have been going to this practice for 2 years. I started out seeing Dr. Milburn and he diagnosed me after after 15 years of going doctor to doctor asking for answers. When he left, I was put with Dr. Stroud. I was excited because I had always heard amazing things about him. He is by far the most genuine, compassionate, patient physician that I have ever seen. He performed surgery on me in August and I always felt educated and confident in my decision. He never once pressured me and he was always patient and willing to answer all of the questions. I've now been put with Dr. Bauer for ongoing hormonal issues. The first 2 times I saw her I wasn't very impressed. I reluctantly went back to her yesterday for some answers about blood work and symptoms. She walks in the room without a smile; very bleak personality. She always starts by asking what is going on and how I feel. Then the blank stare. She asked me yesterday, "Sooo...what do you want me to do?" I would think that the start would be reviewing the blood work and addressing the symptoms. She basically said I had no option. I know of other options so I brought them up. I got "oh I guess I didn't think about that." It is very discouraging to know that this is what I'm stuck with should I ever have an unnatural menopause and need hormonal therapy. Love love love Dr. Stroud, but his partner will be what makes me look for help elsewhere.

Parkview Hospital Randallia: what do users think?
Dan: Wow. So many bad reviews, that I won't go here for any reason. There are lots of hospitals that don't have so many bad reviews for mistreatment of their patients. Thanks for saving me some grief everyone!!! Hospital's are unwilling to treat a person's pain anyhow! They treat us all like we are all addicts, Instead of treating the ADDICT'S like they are addicts. they just look at the Commonwealth as if we are a lesser people. Incapable of handling opiates and benzodiazapine on our own. Leaving good, responsible adults to suffer needlessly. 13% of the population couldn't control their opiate cravings! I am offended that I am throw into that category, and left to suffer!
Hailey Taulbee: Literally the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. My spouse broke his leg a few months ago while at work and had to come here, unfortunately. The staff was dismissive in the emergency vehicle and when he got to the hospital, he did not receive any medication until he was visibly in pain although he said he broke his leg. The staff was generally rude and failed to help him, don’t waste your time, energy or money here.
Chris Foust: Worst experience at a hospital ever. All kinds of hidden fees and lack of communication. Ended up paying $3,500 to $5,000 minimum for literally two stitches, two x-rays and antibiotics. And thats after haggling for a price reduction. Was told I would not have to pay to get my stitches out at 2nd visit. Was then charged $1,200 the second visit because they prescribed antibiotics the 2nd visit even though I was told the second visit wouldn't cost me a thing. Never going back!
Breanna Brown: My son came in for a dental surgery . All the nurses were amazing ! Very kind and helpful . One of them even left 10 dollars from the "tooth fairy ". Defiantly recommend receiving care from here. Thank you all for taking care of my baby 😀
ConCon Zachy: I do not recommend this ER location. Checkin was fine but we waited 4.5 hours with our 15 month old vomiting in the lobby and did not get seen. A nurse gave us a pedialyte, which helped some but overall just bad experience. I do not recommend this location for use of the ER. Multiple people got up and left, most going to Parkview North.
Jason Johnson: Excellent patient care. Clean, remodeled. Caring, understanding staff.
Gregg Salser: I received a procedure at Parkview. I was very pleased with the procedure and the person who performed it. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the billing department who prior to the procedure confirmed with my insurance what my total out of pocket cost would be. After the fact they sent me a billing for substantially more. How can an organization say your total out of pocket cost is one thing, your insurance stays the same, then after the fact they bill you something completely different. I am very disappointed in Parkview hospital not standing by their actual amount they told me was my "total out of pocket cost" for the procedure. I find this unacceptable, if I could give the billing department a "0" star I would.Per the comments by Parkview below. I already contacted Parkview's billing department. I was told they do not stand behind their original statement that the amount I would pay would be XYZ. They contacted my insurance company prior to the procedure to get the amounts I would pay, but Parkview does not stand behind their quote of "total out of pocket cost". There were no changes in my medical insurance and I find this totally unacceptable.
Chester saylor: Very unpleasant experience with my dad being in the Parkview system. Don't send elderly people here . Don't come here without excellent insurance!
Corey Dyben: Their decision to discharge a patient who is clearly a danger to themselves and who cannot take care of themselves is absolutely disgusting. Your incompetence and lack of compassion will be putting someone's life in jeopardy.
Lesley Gregory: The nurses are AMAZING!!! But the Dr's don't do what they say, they are late (3 hours)!!!! If you're going to extabate someone you don't make the patient and their family wait over 3 hours! Especially when you won't return the nurses calls!!! Especially in ICU!!!
Sherion Nave: Spent 1 hour just trying to connect with scheduling. On hold for another 2 hours to speak with billing to no avail. Had to hang up to accomplish other tasks for the day. Needless to say that's 3 hours of my life that I'll never get back. Does anyone work in billing?Update: today Thursday January 19th. Called again, on hold for an hour only to be disconnected. I don't have internet for my chart and I do not put personal information on my phone for your app. I understand that my chart assists you a great deal but I prefer to speak to someone when I have issues with my bill. Any other great suggestions?
Tabitha Lynn: I moved here from Michigan almost a month ago and there is no comparison to the treatment my family is use to. I wouldn't step foot in this place ever again. I brought my child into the emergency department due to respiratory distress. Where I'm from, children are seen almost immediately when there are respiratory issues. There were four patients in the waiting area before I arrived. It took about a half hour to get checked-in, then an hour to be put in a room. The Nurse Practitioner finally arrives, checks out my kid, leaves for another 20-30 minutes and finally sends in the respiratory therapists with mask and medication... I am utterly appalled at the response time in this place. Don't go here if you are truly having an emergency, waiting on these people you might die.
Tricia Neely: Went to Parkview for the infusion after being diagnosed with Covid in Aug 2021. Was told by person administering the infusion that no charges for the infusion due to being an experimental drug. 4 months later I get a $990 bill wanting paid for the infusion. Parkview is saying they didn’t send the bill so not their problem … now I’m getting billed a 2nd time for a fractured foot that I made all billed payments on for the exact same amt $990. Kinda crazy how 2 different things total exactly same amt. no one can give me any answers. I’m definitely going to question something that I feel is a mistake Think twice before walking into parkview
Marie: My brother was in this hospital this last summer.I have nothing but great things to say about this hospital thanks again.
Mallory Mikel: Zero stars if possible. Social services treats individuals with no insurance & their family members as less than human. Discharged my father to the streets when he was unable to care for himself only for him to wind up back in ER after falling. Lacking in resources, empathy & respect across the board!!!
Leelee Kaley: YOUR FAMILY WILL DIE
kim Austin: passing through for the Thanksgiving holiday. I am a indiana resident. Husband got sick on the road had to pull over and go to cameron Hospital. Wonderful hospital, they did everything that was possible for he. The hospital felt it was best to transport him to Parkview Hospital by EMS. Another wonderful hospital the nurses and medical team went beyond in over for my husband care. We never been treated so good by a hospital. On the hand I didn’t like how “relaxed”the staff were with the mask option. It was a patient next to my husband with room, with a sign clearly stating DO NOT ENTER without proper PPE. Most of the medical team didn’t even wear a mask entering. How I know, his door was while open at times. Not safe I did say something to charge nurse. Didn’t nothing change. I just grateful my husband didn’t get nothing he didn’t come with.
Eric: literally worst hospital experience I've ever had. alarms going off no RN in sight. patients literally have beds in the hallways. nurse seems a little bit on the slow side. the registration guy Jeffrey just flat-out gave me the creeps.
Gina Rury: Excellent care
Heather Reiff: I went to er for a severe migraine, light and sound sensitivity, nausea and vomiting. I was seen by Marcus PA. He ordered 2 injectibles and tylenol. I told the nurse it wasn't going to help. He had already discharged me before evaluating if the medication was goben. Charge nurse said there is nothing that can be done. So at 5:07 I walked out the door and now seeking help elsewhere!
Juliets Journey: I had a horrific experience with a CST. Very rude, condescending and almost came off as racist. Her name was Meagan E. She is covered in tattoos, and has black hair. I have never been treated like that before. People go to hospitals to receive care and be educated in professional, respectful ways. Not to be treated like we are less than human. Horrible decision to employee such a rude, mean and entitled person.

Dupont Hospital: what do users think?
Nan McAfee: Excellent, efficient, professional care delivered by caring staff!Addendum: 4/11/23 colonoscopy at the 2510 out patient surgery center. Same excellent experience. Kind, efficient, professional care by each caregiver encountered!
Janet Brown: Professional, courteous staff
CK Conner: Everyone was professional, but what was refreshing was how kind and thorough everyone was
Sarah Kerley: Very easy check in process! I did not wait long at all for an EKG and everyone was very kind!
Mary Frick: Everyone was great. Very good at their jobs. No problems with anything! Great experience from start to finish
Donna Cox: Great staff
Daniel Schreck: I am a grandpa again. I asked my Daughter in-law and Son about their experience. The said that everyone is so nice and that is was a wonderful experience for them. They like the "personal touch" and that "it feels like a home town hospital where people give time and actually care." I am not only a proud grandpa, but also proud to be a part of a team that ministers to everyone that enters. Shout Out to Chaplain Scott, they were impressed with your desire to pray over them... "not all hospitals do that!"
Bryan Lemberg: I went to the Dupont ER early morning on April 5th with abdominal pain. I was taken back to be seen immediately. Care in the ER was excellent. I ended up being admitted and was moved upstairs as soon as a bed was available. My care while in the med/surg floor was great. The nurses and PCTs were all very attentive and took care of anything I needed. I was very pleased with my entire stay at Dupont Hospital.
Ronalee Rasmussen: The nurses and doctors were great. All the staff was nice. However the did the new born screening on my new born baby and told me she passed and gave me a paper saying she passed. We left the hospital on March 23. We got a call on March 31st saying there was not enough blood for the test and they needed us to do the new born screening again but we were out of State so they told us to do it with our doctor when we got back. We went and got the paper work from the doctor to get it done and went to Lutheran on Jefferson. We have been waiting 2 hours with them saying they can’t do it because we were suppose to get it done 24 hours after March 24th which Lutheran had not called and told us until March 24th and they said they sent it to our doctor on March 24th which we saw him on March 28th and he did not have it then. Also on March 31st when they called me to tell me that we needed to get it redone they asked for my doctors information to send it to him. I have never seen so much poor communication and false information in my life. Also the kitchen often messed up on our meal orders and we would have to call down to get it fixed or just let it go but when we called down the staff was always nice and fixed the mistake.
Angela Mihaylov: Kelly has been my xray tech for 2 exams now. Its like she is my personal xray tech.
Ashley Smith: Quick in and out for my thyroid ultrasound. Tech was great
Debbie Warstler: The receptionist/ admittance lady and my Tech were very quick and Friendly! Thank you Ladies👍
Jim Williams: Everyone was very friendly and caring. Felt comfortable the entire visit. Thanks to all
Jennifer Schindler: I would recommend this place to anyone. They are a friendly staff and I like going to the same place because they have all your records.Jennifer Schindler- Brunner
Becky Leep: Very clean and people very friendly and the coffee shop in the gift shop is delicious I highly recommend trying the salty American very nice to have something like that in a hospital, definitely would go back to your hospital again if needed to
Brenda Leas: I was treated with respect and a vary caring Technician, also the ladies who register you were very nice.
david sholl: Dr Akbar did a great job . The nurses were very friendly. The only thing is, I can’t believe you’re still requiring masks to be worn. I thought hospitals followed science. There are plenty of studies that show masks do absolutely nothing to protect you or anyone else. I wouldn’t come back until the mask mandate is banned.
Jennifer Barkey: I went to the ER on Sunday February 5, 2023. I had had COVID for a week and was exhausted from coughing and also having a lot of pain under my right breast when coughing to the point that I just couldn't take it anymore. First I was in the exam room for at least 1 1/2 hours before anyone came in. Then about another hour before the Dr came in. A CT was ordered to rule out a blood clot. When the Dr came in to share results he was dismissive saying there was no blood clot but there was some fluid behind a lung. He said you could tell your lungs have had COVID. That was all that was said. He prescribed some cough medicine some meds for nausea in case the cough medicine made me sick. I didn't seem to get much better, in fact I was losing my appetite. I thought perhaps I had gotten s sinus infection so I messaged my family Dr who is Karen Evans and asked her if a z pack would be helpful. She ordered it for me. Once starting that I started to get better. I just so happened to have an appointment scheduled with Dr Evans on March 29 th. She was able to read the report from my ER visit. That's when I learned that I actually had pneumonia when I was at the ER and that Dr never told me this nor did he prescribe an antibiotic! I use to work at DuPont and retired about 3 years ago. I use to be proud of working there and know how the ER works. After this last visit I doubt if I go back to your ER again.
Judy Burford Rivera: Hello, I think Dupont is a great hospital
Julie Tomlinson: Wonderful caring staff.
Coty Lehman: I came in via ER and the ER staff, on St Patty's Day, were amazing. They got me to stay calm and made sure I was ok. I was rushed to OR for emergency surgery. Every person I had came in contact were so wonderful. Thank you for saving my life!

Lutheran Hospital: what do users think?
Jonny19 Dope68: Very nice place , the people was outstanding , always on top of things , right there to be of any kind of service. The Dr's was super , took care of me , I'm very grateful to them. No doubt in my mind if I had to go back I wouldn't hesitate.Thank you!
Yuri Rollins: These are the most made up reviews I have ever seen…. 😂
Marilyn Moss: I am having a knee replacement next month and I have never been so informed about what to expect and the timetable when it will happen. When I left if I didn’t know something it was not because it wasn’t explained. The caseworker was very informative also and if I have to go to a rehab facility we already have a game plan. Excellent job.
Kathy Carnes: I arrived at 10:30 for an 11:00 appointment in the Women's Health Center. I received my mammogram and was out at 11:00! Everyone was very nice and professional.
Kathrine Kurosky: Angela (who does swallow studies) is absolutely amazing. I would give more stars if it were possible.
cary dawalt: Excellent nursing staff. Timing on blood work needs improved. Meals were good and healthy. Promptness from nursing staff was top shelf. Hygine and cleaning very good. Information from the doctors was 2nd to none the BEST. Overall an A- grade. Ty all. Cary Dawalt
Musa Abdalla: Dr.Sharma was EXPETIONAL!!! His staff was AMAZING AND CARING. Thank you!!!
Rex Evans: Every person at the hospital was very friendly and very informative they went the extra mile to explain everything and genuinely acted like they liked me and cared for me.. they all were great.. Lutheran is way better than IU in iIndianapolis in my opinion. Indianapolis made me feel like a number and Lutheran made me feel like family.
Rahim Pirani: This was my worst experience I ever had at the Lutheran hospital, I had an appointment for lumbar puncture, I arrived before my time, took them more than two hours to prep me to get ready . Did some bloodwork and some thing with the Ivy, and more than two hours later, when they were ready to take me to the surgery, they asked me if I have taken Asprin and I said yes, that time decided they cannot do the lumbar puncture, it is sad that I had call from so many different people and talk to so many different nurse before the procedure and nobody have a question me. Basically I waisted 4 hours with no procedure. Very poor communication. Now I have to go again to get this done. I hope they find out who screw up
Michael Driscoll: Spent 5 hrs at Lutheran Hospital ER after labs and chest x-ray earlier in the day 4/10/23. They did a CT scan of chest in ER. I was sent home with advice to take 600mg ibuprofen every x number of hours. On follow up, 2 days later, with my primary provider I was informed I have pneumonia and prescribed medication. Disappointed to say the least that ER never mentioned pneumonia.
sandy8643: Excellent service. Very attentive staff
bruce trautman: I had good service nurses were attentive and friendly with reasonable response times.
Earthleen Hayes: Everyone was very nice and professional and polite even the housekeeper they made me feel very comfortable.
Kimberly Guin-Pushman: Shout out to the ICU staff for getting me back home after only 5 days from lifelessness! How amazing Alexis, Victoria, Laureen and Jordan are! God Bless ❤️
Kimberly Lewis: Some nurses are not very attentive to the patient’s needs when they should act. The food is terrible.
joe ciraza: Everyone was Awesome
Michele Welklin: Great service
Marla Fahl: Tammy was so nice and personable.
Debra StClair: Not a good experience for multiple reasons. I won't be returning there. I did have good techs who run tests though.
Dorine Ruff: The staff were absolutely great to me. I have no complaints. Every department from surgery, nursing, dietary and house keeping treated me with respect and gave me the best possible care.
Bill Cash: Great staff and very nice people
