Steve Ludwig: Started our search for a mattress and heard about Mattress Warehouse in Fort Wayne. We went into the store and were greeted by Aaron who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell us the most expensive mattress, showed us the differences in mattresses and had us try them out. We ended up with a quality mattress which was comfortable for us. The pricing was well within our budget, the quality was really good, and we were so comfortable with Aaron's guidance we ended up purchasing four (4)mattresses!They even delivered and took away our old mattresses for a slight fee. Even the delivery people were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. These days when you receive friendly, knowledgeable customer service at a great price from the sale to the delivery you will always earn our trust!

Neil Sowards: We love the mattress we bought here, although the way they are making mattresses nowadays you have to be a Hercules to lift the mattress to make the bed. Not Mattress Warehouse's fault. One thing, I think every salesperson should sell some sheets to a new mattress buyer as the mattresses are so thick that none of the old Queen size sheets fit it. No one should walk out of the store without having new, deep pocket sheets offered to them for sale. Since we had not had a new mattress in 50 years, we were clueless.

Josh was very pleasant, professional, and personable. Going into the shop, Chris helped us. He asked what we were looking for, assisted us, and was also pleasant. When we move into a bigger home, we'll need a few more mattresses for our kids when they get bigger, and for a spare. We will be coming back. They're bed quality is amazing and pricing is flexible. I strongly recommend!

Tom Butler: We shopped several stores but settled on Mattress Warehouse due to the years of service to the community, their high ratings, the professional level of their staff, their broad selection, and their price and warranties. We worked with Josh to help zero in on our precise selection. He was very knowledgeable and most helpful in guiding us through the features of their beds. Our particular selection had to be ordered and arrived within 5 days of the order placement. The delivery was equally professional with the removal of the old bed and the setting up and demonstration of the new bed. Every person that we came in contact with were friendly and professional. You need to look no further then Mattress Warehouse.

Cit V: Nicole is an amazing salesperson. If you want someone who is genuine, professional and not pushy. Nicole is that person. I was impressed mostly with her patience and honesty. I can't say Ive have that good of a customer experience in a while. Keep doing what your doing Nicole. Mattress Firm, I vote Nicole for a raise, she earned it. Anyone looking for mattresses, save yourself the time and come here. Dont waste time with anyone else, its not worth the risk when you can have an amazing down to earth experince with Nicole. Yes this is a real review. Im just that thankful there are still good people like her in the industry.

Clayton Barrows: This rating only reflects the store manager Rodney (RJ) and not Mattress Firm. We purchased a Beautyrest Black with an adjustable base. After one night of sleeping on our new mattress it was sunken down an inch and half where my wife and I slept. Man made products are never always perfect, it happens. That weekend we both returned to look at a different mattress. We did not want to exchange for the same thing since our first one did not last. Another employee helped us that day and we could not find anything else that we both loved. We were told by both RJ and the other employee working that since this was a warranty issue that we would not be “penalized” for exchanging or returning. I called the following week about returning our mattress and that is when RJ told me it would be a 20% restocking fee, plus a $99 pickup fee, and we would not get the $500 that was discounted on the adjustable base. We would also be stuck with the base. RJ did not seem to care that this was a warranty issue. We emailed photos of the mattress to him three different times, and each time the photo requirements changed. This went on for several days. We were able to contact a corporate manager and told her about our experience. Less than 24 hours later she calls and says they will refund the base, and mattress with no fees. In conclusion RJ is helpful in the shopping experience, but when it comes time to lose out on his commission check he is a different person. I encourage you to shop at a different location other than this one.

Amanda Annette: I went in to purchase a more expensive mattress after doing research on models at home. When I told them more about myself and my health I was shown a couple mattresses that I was told had better results for people with severe pain. They were half the cost. With the money I saved I got an adjustable base which is a game changer for me. They were honest and helpful. I would reccomend them to anyone. This is my choice of place to buy again in the future.

Kevin greeted us upon entry, asked us what we were looking for, and listened to exactly what my mom wanted. She was looking for a firm, supportive mattress that wasn't so tall that she needed a ladder to get into it. Kevin quickly showed her the difference between a coiled and foam mattress and when mom decided she wanted coils, he then showed her several options in her price range. We were in and out of the store in less than 30 minutes and delivery was scheduled. We purchased the mattress during the late afternoon on a Saturday and the mattress was delivered that Monday. Awesome experience, great selection, and we will all be referring our friends to Mattress Warehouse! Thanks Kevin!

No One: They have their own models of mattresses that you find in other furniture stores, and they are noticeably not as well-made. Even though we quickly noticed this, we ended up spending more time in the store than any other because we could not get away from the sales person. His self pitch was in a mumble, and most statements concluded with “You know what I mean?“ It drove us crazy. It got to the point where I just nodded in agreement even though I didn’t know what he said. Meanwhile, the other sales person is laying on one of the mattresses texting on her phone. We were also the only customers in the store the entire time were there. That says a lot.

Casey Hulfachor: This was my first time ever buying a mattress for myself, and I did an insane amount of research on mattresses (ignore 99% of the mattress review sites, they are bought and paid for by mattress companies. Instead try r/Mattress on reddit, Sleep Like the Dead, or the Mattress Underground). I am a completely normal person and I had a budget and wanted to get the very best mattress I could for that money. The salesman at Mattress Warehouse were very nice and helped me get a better idea on what I wanted. I also really liked that this is a local small business and not a huge corporation. Unfortunately, they did not have anything that stood out to me in my price range (around $1,000). That is not to say that they did not have some great mattresses, they were just a bit over my budget. I am also not saying that their prices are high, it is simply that they carry a higher quality bed than I could currently afford. I still would highly recommend them though, so definitely stop in and see if they are for you.
Melinda DuBois: Great service also friendly. First time there and get discount on box springs and regular price for the mattress but it was reasonable. Quick service in and out in no time. And both the box springs and mattress were light as ever is great. I would definitely recommend going there for bed.

Krystal Dearman: Me and my boyfriend purcashed a bed frame and a queen sized mattress from here. We were able to get the bed frame right away but the drawers for it were missing and we had to wait two weeks for them to get our drawers at the warehouse. Also they didn't have the mattress we wanted and told us it would take a few days to get to the warehouse after we had payed for it. We checked periodically for the mattress thru the week and then they told us they wouldn't be getting anymore of those mattresses and to come pick out a new one so we did that and then had to wait for that one to come to the warehouse. We waited almost 4 weeks for a mattress that we had already payed for. It was very inconvenient and a huge hassle. It seems like during tax season they just get overwhelmed and their warehouse gets very unorganized and they can't keep track of everyone's orders. Probably won't be buying from them again.

Not likely to buy anything there again. This furniture is awful. It is the cheapest furniture ever. It's already falling apart. Don't buy here.

Lillian Egolf: I originally gave this place a 5 star review given their sales staff, but I’ve decided after the nightmare of delivery I had, I would adjust accordingly. The sales team was amazing, I had recently bought a house and I ordered a couch, a bed, and 2 recliners. Lloyd helped me out with everything and I was told to expect delivery and was given a date a week out. Not terrible. I took the day off work, checked in to verify the morning of said delivery and they confirmed they would be on their way soon. I checked in again halfway through the business day, again they confirmed. At 8 pm that night I was told they ran into some difficulty and would not be able to fulfill the delivery until the following day, I was a little agitated but understanding. I took the following day off work, followed the same communication measures as the day before, finally had my delivery at 8 pm. With only 1 recliner, no second recliner, no bed, no couch. The delivery drivers were clueless, which again, I understood, but at this point I was upset. I called the manager and explained the situation and asked that my furniture be delivered before the holiday weekend began, this was on a Wednesday. He assured me that on Thursday his team would be out to deliver the remaining. I called Thursday to verify, spoke with the same manager, he said that it was impossible to deliver everything before the weekend because they were busy, after telling me the day before that they would be out to deliver my furniture. I asked for my delivery fee back, as I felt like since delivery was unreliable I would have to take the measures to get the furniture myself, the manager denied that request as they delivered 1 recliner. I wasted 3 vacation days for this delivery, and only at the threat of a lawsuit was I refunded for the furniture they would not deliver. I’m very disappointed.

Arayia Olivia: My fiancé had purchased a couch from here last year and everything was fine, so we decided that we’d try buying from here again in December. We bought a sectional, a dining room table, and a bed frame around December 9th. We paid $110 for delivery and were told that we should have all of the furniture by December 30th at the latest. Fast forward to January 20th and we still hadn’t gotten our bed frame. We’d tried to call and ask what was happening. They gave us excuses each time, saying that the delivery guys would be there on such and such day. They never came until I made another very angry call to the manager, who I’d spoken to multiple times previously. He wasn’t able to offer me any help and at one point tried to claim that I never paid the delivery fee. My furniture was finally delivered on January 23rd. Employees are nice, but definitely full of excuses. Nearly two months for my furniture, ridiculous.
