Barnes & Noble: what do users think?
SoftKiss .Steph: Webtoon lovers...Graphic Novels can be in various places. Manga, illustrated, and childrens sections.
C Rodgers: Not very cozy as far as sitting down with a friend to have coffee and chat. I lived in Kalamazoo Michigan and it was much more warm and inviting.
Jessica Chamberlain: Employees just pointed me to where the books were instead of taking me there. Also it was a Saturday afternoon and there was only 1 cashier. Waited in line for 15min until another employee came to ring.
Klingon Force: This place will outlive us all. If you want books. Come here. If not in store they can order. Definitely for old school readers not into the digital age. Just something about having the actual book to read makes it better.
Jennie Hartley: So good to be in a bookstore.
Jody Schalliol: Love the incredible selection everytime
Michele Schalliol: I love books so this is a great place to go. They have just about every book or record that you could want.
Mr. Mischief: Will definitely go back.
AJ Random: Good selection of books. Clean store with helpul employees.
Nicole Noffsinger: Very spacious and a variety to choose from.
Critical Bros: Always great staff. It can be confusing to find what you are looking for.
Kimberly Lambright: Such positive vibes from everyone who was working. So helpful. Knew exactly where things where and have an amazing Anime selection 🤩
Gregorio Rodriguez: My kids love it
Jeremy VanVlerah: Very helpful staff. Just ask for a book and they take you right to it.
Clint Schmitt: I visited with a friend lots of Bibles and religious books which I was interested in and when we left my friend she totally surprised me and bought a Bible that I really liked...
Michelle Hardy: My favorite book store. Fast and courteous service every time. My only complaint is that I specifically went in for books by Frieda McFadden and they had none in stock.
Pat Dax: Awesome book store, workers are very friendly, decent food & drinks, atmosphere decent when not as busy. The Starbucks is not a regular Starbucks, a separate entity business! It was allowed to partner with/inside Barnes & Noble but they regulated, decided that certain features of the other stores "would not" be allowed to function inside here.
Angela Arnold (AngelNA): Awesome
Rudy Hernandez: It’s a good place for Pokémon cards kinda suck that they limit your buying ability to 2 items.
Silken Raven: The curation was odd but the staff were all so nice
brandon Rohrer: Love it

New Edition Bookstore: what do users think?
Awesome Amber: Have left messages, called several times. No answer. No easy way to pick up loose epaf versions of books for online students. Finally got through on the phone and the employee sighed in annoyance when I told her I tried ordering and needed help. She put me on hold for so long the line disconnected.
Laura Szarkowicz: Does anyone ever answer the phones here?
Brittany Babbitt: If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have not once gotten the bookstore to answer my phone call nor have I received a call back from voicemail messages I have left. I have this issue with them at the beginning of every single semester when I am needing my textbooks. I live 5 hours away from this bookstore, Madison Indiana, so I am unable to go to the store in person.
John Gastineau: I called them 10 times during business ours and couldn't get in contact with anyone. I normally don't write reviews but access to missing materials can severely impact student success.
Luke Robinson: Never answers the phone
Dustin Rorer: Way too overpriced
epsilon delta: Went to go return a book for my girlfriend... They were short, constantly put me down, cut me off, and almost didn't let me return a book... There was one lady that was very nice. She has dark brown hair in a ponytail and glasses, but I wasn't able to be with her. Everyone else should work in the back and far far away from customers. Even before and after me they were giving a hard time to other customers. Cold hearted witches work here.
Rich Reilly: Always bright cheerful and helping. They are human and make mistakes. They also help fix mistakes.....!Great job....
Lex Luther: I wish I could give zero stars. They told me I could sell a book I got from there back if it was unopened. Brought it in and a nasty old lady told me I couldn't return it. (P.S. IF you ever see an older white haired lady, leave and come back another day. She has the worse attitude in the world and is rude to customers and employees. I asked her if I could return a culinary hat if it didn't fit and she basically said" I could but you would probably rip it up like an animal" and gave me a nasty look). AND THERE PRICE MATCHING IS WORTHLESS. It has to be certain sites, but then it can't be TOO much off (nooo we can't give you actually discounts) and you have a price matching limit on the whole transaction. When you ask to do separate transactions, they say its a waste of their time. Overpriced and there's a 50/50 chance youll get someone nice. Ive never bought a textbook here because of the prices and customer service. SHOP ONLINE!!!
G swizzle: the book store over chargers for books , almost double then what they are online
Ahmad Ali: This bookstore over charges for everything. I had to have a computer before the semester started using my financial aid. They charged me almost $400 for a Dell laptop that Best Buy, Fry's electronics, and even Dell's website is only selling for $179. #ripoffalert
Lily Queitsch: Employees are often cold and rude. I always dread going to the book store but you know you have to, to get your books... there's maybe one employee ((male, younger)) who is always nice.
Vasiliki Arapios: Bookstore employees are exceptionally rude. I dread going to the bookstore every time because of how unfriendly they are.

Barnes & Noble: what do users think?
jessy280: Love the staff!
Mark Ryan: They may have moved & downsized from their original location but that shouldn't stop you from going to the new store. Still a great selection and still a great staff with fantastic service.
Zoe: I wish there were more places to sit
Abby S: Super fun store to look around in. Everything was well organized and clean.
James Morrison: This store may be smaller than when it was in its previous location but its worth visiting. They still get the latest releases and the friendly staff help find what your looking for.
Andrew Miller: No computer magazines, only books for dummies in the computer section, and no sci-fi section to speak of. A waste of space, close it down. Go to the one in Glenbrook Mall.
Aarón Madrigal Gutiérrez: Friendly staff and good sections and selections, the kids interactive area is nice
Di Shirely: Easy to find book I wanted. Great prices.
David Campbell: My daughter wanted a little squishy ball they had in there for Christmas. I went to buy when I didn't have her with me and there wasn't any left on the shelf. Two of the employees went on a search find one in the back. They weren't able to do I looked around and was getting ready to leave. Right then the grill ran out from the back and ddlwith one in her hand. They went above and beyond today while helping. They have gaineda permanent customer
Lance Poling: Nice little Barnes & Noble. Helpful staff. Quick checkout.
morgan jones: very clean store, not much of a selection but still nice to browse
Autumn Anderson: Staff was very helpful. I just wish they'd extend their romance section. I did manage to find my new favorite series here though.
Manuela Hillenhagen: very friendly and helpful staff
David Cutrell: The store is much smaller than the last location, but thankfully we have a real brick and mortar store. I saw an online ad for a book I was interested in, but wanted to support physical stores so I went to B&N as I knew they would have it. I was greeter as I entered and was assisted my entire visit. The associate was very friendly, helpful and we discussed several other books and authors. I purchased the book I was looking for and two "banned" books I hadn't originally planned on. I think it's very important to support physical stores and even chains support the local economy. Plus, if some people don't want me to read something, than I think it's likely something I need to know about to make up my own mind on the topic.
Cristy Burlage: Employees were very nice and happy to help. I just cannot buy anything here, because every single book I find is always less expensive on Amazon. Even new books, hardbacks and paperback. I cannot justify purchasing books here. I pick out a book and order it on Amazon while standing there in the store, delivered the next day. B&N has discounts, but it still does not compare to the price on Amazon. I will come here for inspiration, but I will most likely not purchase from the store.
Bill billeallen@frontier.com: Love the look of the new store, if your looking for coffee there are 2 Starbucks in the shopping center, I'll bet they would let you bring your drink and have a seat. As for the news stand, they sell the bestsellers, and if they don't have something you want ask they just might be able get some copies in. I stream movies and music so I don't really miss that department. The book selection looks nice, I've never left there without picking up a few books. I hope they do well, tell your friends about them.
Tiffany Arnold: Small now in new location but still has a lot of selection. Miss the coffee shop!
Pat Rice: Nice store but doesn't seem as welcoming or busy
Tom Hobbs: I was thinking that I could get a cup of coffee. This store doesn't have a cafe. It's still a good book store.
Rachel Brouwer: Cute clean store, friendly staff, comfortable chairs to sit down and contemplate which books to buy.
Mr Ray: Very helpful and knowledgeable. All around great service.

Mastodon Campus Store: what do users think?
Kyrah Williams: I ordered a book thinking it would be faster and when I went in they still didn’t have it ready. Instead of walking five steps behind them to grab it so I could have it for my class they sent me away and said they would email me when it was ready but they couldn’t even give me an estimate of how long it would take. I understand that there were orders in front of mine but there was literally no one else in line and only like five other people in the store. However, the first two clerks to help were friendly and explained everything in a kind way but the other was not. Just frustrating.
Paul Houser: Real nice people have been running this site for decades. Selling vastly over-priced textbooks. NATIONALIZE the textbook industry! It's the goto spot for PFW & IUFW gear.
cubby: Had to order my books, said they would call me when they would arrive. came to check in if they were, and they WERE.did not receive a call or any email, apparently the worker said they've been there for 3 WEEKS ridiculous and not very welcoming.
JD: Every single semester I have been here it's one thing or another that they didn't order or don't have enough of. Also, you'd think they would have ordered enough scrubs for nursing students since this degree has been here for forever??? Useless and rude (Irma). They don't even call you when your stuff has arrived like they said they would. Why aren't they ordering this stuff earlier? I swear my dog could do a better job at managing this bookstore
Jarred Ostler: Pretty helpful staff. Usually have all the books for the classes you have if not they will order them. Some books are overpriced though so always check other places before buying.
Amber Hill: I work here..
Kelsey G: One of my books didn’t come in until the fourth week of classes last semester because they “failed to order it.” My rental was still full price. Fine otherwise, convenient spot on campus.
Dawn Straessle: Great service!
Jonathan Miller: The only way to get a good price on anything there is to rent a used paperback, or online rentals. You'll have better luck with other online resources.
Rachel B: They have a quick pick up process for online orders and rentals and the merch store is well organized!
Toad McQuade: Books
Gloamish Von Satyrburg: Friendly people
Colin Becker: The Follett Bookstore is really one of the best places to look for college materials. The sorting is done simply, the specific class materials are easy to find, and the staff is extremely courteous and helpful. There's not much more one could ask from a school bookstore!
William Meyer: The prices are a little high but I really like the staff's assistance. Really helpful and professional.
Marilyn Graf: Nice variety of items
Brian Roush: Didn't have my book
Patti Ellert: The staff members were very helpful to fin what I needed.
Sam Hansel: Ordered a book that I only needed for the last couple days of class. Price for the new book was $250. Luckily, a used book came in and I was able to rent it. Ended up only having to pay about $100 which was over $100 cheaper than anything on Amazon. The staff was very helpful and explained everything very clearly to me.
Marcia Hille: Went to the health fair. My first time going. Don't know I was expecting, thought there would be more information. Did get some good information on a couple things I was interested in.
David Grear: Good place to get books
Joanne Woodard: People there are helpful and friendly.
