Jon: I gave my experience 4 out of 5 stars because like most people with any common sense..wearing a facial mask is useless against any airborne viruses without the rest of the proper PPE.Other than my own grouchiness with the mask, the staff was very quick with getting me seen and I was able to do my labs right in the office, which was very convenient. They also called me the next day with the results.This was my first visit to Dr. Menze. She was very kind and spent a good amount of time getting to know me as a person and not just some random patient.

Trent Green: Unbelievable first-time experience with this organization. Their customer care center, front desk personnel, and nurse were all extremely kind and professional. Dr. De Guzman was the most amazing doctor I could have ever imagined. I am so thankful for the patient care I received today at IU Health.

Chuck Thomas: Dr. Hasan is my GP, has been at thisnlocatuon for over a year. Great location easy in easy out, but can be difficult to find. Staff is wonderful and really on their game. Dr Hasan himself always takes the time to listen to your issues and shows interest in your well being and thoughts. Excellent care

Dawn Handschy: Everyone who works there (front to back) is fantastic. They really care about you and your health as a person and patient. I am a patient there so are my kids and grandkids. We have been patients of Dr. Uhrhammer for about 26 yrs. Absolutely love this man. One of the best.
Sam Gordon: I would rate them five stars but I'm a second shifter and being called at 8:01 in the morning buy a robot to confirm my appointment every single time I have a doctor appointment is annoying.. they should have an option to set the reminder time.

I would like to point out that the PA had very little contact in examining me. She basically looked in throat and that was all for a sinus infection. Lisa Lill: Dr Gries is very disconnected. He is ready to leave the room before he enters. Very unorganized office due to the office manager. I have never had issues with any other medical office, but I can say this one is a nightmare. Not up to true IU standards.

Wendy Parker: Went in to IU Urgent Care due to pain in my abdomen. Pretty much knew I really needed to go to the ER but wanted to make sure! Staff was VERY kind to me. Melissa told me she thought it would be best to go to ER and that IU would call ahead for me. This was the right thing to do. I did have to have surgery that evening for acute appendicitis. I will recommend IU Urgent Care to everyone and will come again when and if needed! Thank you!
