Randy Shook: I called three times and was hung up on each time. I asked the last representative who stated his name was John Williams but, had foreign accent. I asked John Williams to speak to a manager on duty. John Williams stated it was Frederick Castillo. I asked to speak with Fredrick Castillo and he asked why? I told him I was just hung up on twice and he told me "no"! He also said "I don't care" then hung up! I would stay away from this company and Met Life.

You can buy insurance anywhere and sometimes cheaper, but you can't put a price of quality of service he provides.
Key Andrews: I’ve been with MetLife for 5 years now! Up until recently the assistant that use to work there always got back to me when I had a question! I called almost 3 weeks ago to get a quote on homeowners insurance for one of my homes, after taking all my information they NEVER called me back with a quote! I’ve called and called NO answer and I can’t leave a voicemail because it says the mailbox is full! I’ve emailed David NO RESPONSE! They have become very unresponsive and unprofessional! Will be switching insurance companies very soon!

They were unable to help because they were on a conference call and said they would call back. Not sure if they did or not, but they didn’t leave a voicemail. Ended up just calling MetLife directly to resolve me need.

Keeley Horn: David and his team have been so kind and helpful. I had an incorrect home owners policy submitted to my mortgage company by mistake while David was on vacation. I caught this the day before closing when my mortgage payment seemed higher than my estimate. David was able to get this corrected within the hour and worked with my mortgage company so I could still close as scheduled. Working in insurance myself I truly appreciate the superior customer service and immediate assistance.

I have been with him for many years and have always appreciated his knowledge and expertise in how he helps his clients get the most for their money. A wonderful agent but most importantly a wonder person.

Matt Michele: Wife wrecked the car in December and had to get a rental while the car was repaired. Had a little trouble with the rental company and the reservation, but Sanjay stepped up and quickly resolved the problem right before we had to leave out of town.
