VA Northern Indiana Health Care System: what do users think?
Bob Turner: Always great care & helpful staff!
jessetoombs: I am so sick of some of the rude staff members, especially after hours on weekends. Absolutely ridiculous. Also, there is no wifi in the Er. It's also always very cold in the ER.
tracy tucker: I just have to thank the overnight staff at the VA ER. I went in to the VA ER around 1:00am last night for unbearable pain in my SI joint. Treatment was timely and the staff was friendly. With their help I woke up Saturday morning feeling like a new person after 5 days of intense pain and no sleep. Now I will be alright until my pain management appt on Monday. Thank you VA staff.
SashaLeena: 5 yrs ago it was much better. Now you have tonight and argue to get treated and very poor bedside manner, from doctors to staff.
Deb Berryman: My husband is a patient and I couldn’t be happier with the doctors and nurses. It is definitely like one big happy family. My husband keeps everyone running but they are so kind . I wish we could bring everyone home with us.
Cassandra Sutton: Abysmal customer service. My fiancé will put off calling the VA for months even when he really needs assistance because of how rude so many of the customer service agents are. Every time he gets off of the phone with a customer service agent from the VA he is upset. Do better. We are supposed to care about our Veterans.
Vern Criswell: My experiences here have Always been great.
Keith Miller: For the most part everyone is friendly and professional. My appointed Dr was Dr Raval, she is rude unprofessional..her bedside manner so to speak is horrible. I've made it very clear not to see her a third time. She'll drill you of questions when you go to answer she speaks over top of you. I went to the ER for sciatic nerve June 2022 . The Dr at the time spent 1.5 mins with me and presscribe me 7.5 mg Meloxcam which didn't work After 2 months in pain I saw Dr Raval she refused me to see a chiropractor but prescribed me a bottle of 207 Gabapentin 100 mg pills. Could have gave me a small quantity to see if it worked .it did not but I'm forced to pay for it and throw it away.So I'm going out my own dime to a chiropractor where I live. The ladies in physical and occupational therapy have been awesome.. as well as the lab also.
Eskimo Pie: We do our best to serve our veterans.
Shaolin :D: No real issues. I like the staff I have met so far and they have all been helpful.
Absolute Goose: Waiting since September 11 2015 from Face injury in Afghanistan to get my teeth fixed. If you want circles talked around you and constantly interrupted great place to go. You want your doctor to tell you good luck with your injuries because their permanent , good place to go.
mark thomas: I want to thank the medical staff at Ft Wayne VA. Service is professional, timely, and always respectful and courteous. It may take some time to get an appointment, but because of understaffing issues everywhere, that is common in civilian medical facilities as well. But when I am physically present in the VA facilities, the service I have personally received has consistently surpassed any civilian service I have experienced in the past. Thank you and kudos!
Yvette Jacobs: Everything is great..until you have a problem then a veteran gets put in an infinite look of NONEMPATHETIC "professionals" who claim there's nothing they can do. After you have suffered enough you May be fee based out and that will be your Hope, so hang in there until you can get fee based out or take control and get private health insurance. God Bless
Rick Ritter: How things go has more to do with me being proactive and advocating for myself whether it be VA or community providers. Care has been good for cancer 2x, cataracts, hernias, multiple knee surgeries, chronic pain, etc.
James Fritz: Got hung up on because person got mad I was phonetically spelling my name because she couldn't hear me. This hospital is a joke.
Cornfield Commissar: Very unpleasant and unprofessional staff. Asking any question is a waste of time and they make you feel dumb for even asking the most basic of questions
Juan Hulio: This place is a joke .The VA advocates office ext#71340 is either non existent or never available.I am contacting my congressman was shownnocompassion or help from staff upon trying toget my 83 year old Dad tohis scheduled visit suffers from Dementia and incontience yet they schedule his appts hours apart when I tried to change got typical Govt. " not my problem" response asked to talk to patient advocate they wont respond place need cleaned out and new staff so sad this is the health care we give our VETS!
Cecil Stroud: Very horrible experience with a doctor here. She was rude and condescending. The facility was dirty. If this place was a free veterinarian clinic, I wouldn’t take my dogs here. Marion, IN is not any better.
Nathanial Hopkins: Grossly incompetent. My fiance has gone in several times for constant vomiting and each time she's there for 4 hours minimum just to be told that they have no idea what's wrong. Any attempt to make fallow up appointments only lead to cancelations that we don't find out about until after we get to the hospital.
Ashtan Wallace: Friendly staff. Great follow up care.
Becca Berger (Weatherwood & FromG2B): This VA took down our nation’s flag to fly the rainbow flag! My husband, & many, many others gave years of their lives ensuring our freedom. While many others have given their lives! I find it completely disrespectful that it would be taken down. Where the US flag flies, freedom is found. 🇺🇸❤️💙❤️💙

VA Outpatient annex: what do users think?
P McCandless: VA clinic, open to all veterans who qualify for healthcare within the VA.
Crystal Garris: Security and staff are awesome!
Carrie Pinto: The staff at the Fort Wayne VA Outpatient Annex is probably the most helpful group of people that I have worked with in terms of the VA. They truly care about helping Veterans get access to care and have consistently gone above and beyond. Great team of people in Community Care!
W.: I hate going in this place. The people up frontseem annoyed when you approach them, almost as if you're interrupting them in the middle of their "actual job". It's a tremendous wait to get an appointment. I have ran myself out of antidepressants on a few occasions because I couldn't stand the thought of going in there. If symptoms manifest or worsen, that's just something you need to deal with because, aside from maybe a note in your record, you are leaving exactly as you came in

Lutheran Hospital: what do users think?
Jonny19 Dope68: Very nice place , the people was outstanding , always on top of things , right there to be of any kind of service. The Dr's was super , took care of me , I'm very grateful to them. No doubt in my mind if I had to go back I wouldn't hesitate.Thank you!
Yuri Rollins: These are the most made up reviews I have ever seen…. 😂
Marilyn Moss: I am having a knee replacement next month and I have never been so informed about what to expect and the timetable when it will happen. When I left if I didn’t know something it was not because it wasn’t explained. The caseworker was very informative also and if I have to go to a rehab facility we already have a game plan. Excellent job.
Kathy Carnes: I arrived at 10:30 for an 11:00 appointment in the Women's Health Center. I received my mammogram and was out at 11:00! Everyone was very nice and professional.
Kathrine Kurosky: Angela (who does swallow studies) is absolutely amazing. I would give more stars if it were possible.
cary dawalt: Excellent nursing staff. Timing on blood work needs improved. Meals were good and healthy. Promptness from nursing staff was top shelf. Hygine and cleaning very good. Information from the doctors was 2nd to none the BEST. Overall an A- grade. Ty all. Cary Dawalt
Musa Abdalla: Dr.Sharma was EXPETIONAL!!! His staff was AMAZING AND CARING. Thank you!!!
Rex Evans: Every person at the hospital was very friendly and very informative they went the extra mile to explain everything and genuinely acted like they liked me and cared for me.. they all were great.. Lutheran is way better than IU in iIndianapolis in my opinion. Indianapolis made me feel like a number and Lutheran made me feel like family.
Rahim Pirani: This was my worst experience I ever had at the Lutheran hospital, I had an appointment for lumbar puncture, I arrived before my time, took them more than two hours to prep me to get ready . Did some bloodwork and some thing with the Ivy, and more than two hours later, when they were ready to take me to the surgery, they asked me if I have taken Asprin and I said yes, that time decided they cannot do the lumbar puncture, it is sad that I had call from so many different people and talk to so many different nurse before the procedure and nobody have a question me. Basically I waisted 4 hours with no procedure. Very poor communication. Now I have to go again to get this done. I hope they find out who screw up
Michael Driscoll: Spent 5 hrs at Lutheran Hospital ER after labs and chest x-ray earlier in the day 4/10/23. They did a CT scan of chest in ER. I was sent home with advice to take 600mg ibuprofen every x number of hours. On follow up, 2 days later, with my primary provider I was informed I have pneumonia and prescribed medication. Disappointed to say the least that ER never mentioned pneumonia.
sandy8643: Excellent service. Very attentive staff
bruce trautman: I had good service nurses were attentive and friendly with reasonable response times.
Earthleen Hayes: Everyone was very nice and professional and polite even the housekeeper they made me feel very comfortable.
Kimberly Guin-Pushman: Shout out to the ICU staff for getting me back home after only 5 days from lifelessness! How amazing Alexis, Victoria, Laureen and Jordan are! God Bless ❤️
Kimberly Lewis: Some nurses are not very attentive to the patient’s needs when they should act. The food is terrible.
joe ciraza: Everyone was Awesome
Michele Welklin: Great service
Marla Fahl: Tammy was so nice and personable.
Debra StClair: Not a good experience for multiple reasons. I won't be returning there. I did have good techs who run tests though.
Dorine Ruff: The staff were absolutely great to me. I have no complaints. Every department from surgery, nursing, dietary and house keeping treated me with respect and gave me the best possible care.
Bill Cash: Great staff and very nice people

Dupont Hospital: what do users think?
Nan McAfee: Excellent, efficient, professional care delivered by caring staff!Addendum: 4/11/23 colonoscopy at the 2510 out patient surgery center. Same excellent experience. Kind, efficient, professional care by each caregiver encountered!
Janet Brown: Professional, courteous staff
CK Conner: Everyone was professional, but what was refreshing was how kind and thorough everyone was
Sarah Kerley: Very easy check in process! I did not wait long at all for an EKG and everyone was very kind!
Mary Frick: Everyone was great. Very good at their jobs. No problems with anything! Great experience from start to finish
Donna Cox: Great staff
Daniel Schreck: I am a grandpa again. I asked my Daughter in-law and Son about their experience. The said that everyone is so nice and that is was a wonderful experience for them. They like the "personal touch" and that "it feels like a home town hospital where people give time and actually care." I am not only a proud grandpa, but also proud to be a part of a team that ministers to everyone that enters. Shout Out to Chaplain Scott, they were impressed with your desire to pray over them... "not all hospitals do that!"
Bryan Lemberg: I went to the Dupont ER early morning on April 5th with abdominal pain. I was taken back to be seen immediately. Care in the ER was excellent. I ended up being admitted and was moved upstairs as soon as a bed was available. My care while in the med/surg floor was great. The nurses and PCTs were all very attentive and took care of anything I needed. I was very pleased with my entire stay at Dupont Hospital.
Ronalee Rasmussen: The nurses and doctors were great. All the staff was nice. However the did the new born screening on my new born baby and told me she passed and gave me a paper saying she passed. We left the hospital on March 23. We got a call on March 31st saying there was not enough blood for the test and they needed us to do the new born screening again but we were out of State so they told us to do it with our doctor when we got back. We went and got the paper work from the doctor to get it done and went to Lutheran on Jefferson. We have been waiting 2 hours with them saying they can’t do it because we were suppose to get it done 24 hours after March 24th which Lutheran had not called and told us until March 24th and they said they sent it to our doctor on March 24th which we saw him on March 28th and he did not have it then. Also on March 31st when they called me to tell me that we needed to get it redone they asked for my doctors information to send it to him. I have never seen so much poor communication and false information in my life. Also the kitchen often messed up on our meal orders and we would have to call down to get it fixed or just let it go but when we called down the staff was always nice and fixed the mistake.
Angela Mihaylov: Kelly has been my xray tech for 2 exams now. Its like she is my personal xray tech.
Ashley Smith: Quick in and out for my thyroid ultrasound. Tech was great
Debbie Warstler: The receptionist/ admittance lady and my Tech were very quick and Friendly! Thank you Ladies👍
Jim Williams: Everyone was very friendly and caring. Felt comfortable the entire visit. Thanks to all
Jennifer Schindler: I would recommend this place to anyone. They are a friendly staff and I like going to the same place because they have all your records.Jennifer Schindler- Brunner
Becky Leep: Very clean and people very friendly and the coffee shop in the gift shop is delicious I highly recommend trying the salty American very nice to have something like that in a hospital, definitely would go back to your hospital again if needed to
Brenda Leas: I was treated with respect and a vary caring Technician, also the ladies who register you were very nice.
david sholl: Dr Akbar did a great job . The nurses were very friendly. The only thing is, I can’t believe you’re still requiring masks to be worn. I thought hospitals followed science. There are plenty of studies that show masks do absolutely nothing to protect you or anyone else. I wouldn’t come back until the mask mandate is banned.
Jennifer Barkey: I went to the ER on Sunday February 5, 2023. I had had COVID for a week and was exhausted from coughing and also having a lot of pain under my right breast when coughing to the point that I just couldn't take it anymore. First I was in the exam room for at least 1 1/2 hours before anyone came in. Then about another hour before the Dr came in. A CT was ordered to rule out a blood clot. When the Dr came in to share results he was dismissive saying there was no blood clot but there was some fluid behind a lung. He said you could tell your lungs have had COVID. That was all that was said. He prescribed some cough medicine some meds for nausea in case the cough medicine made me sick. I didn't seem to get much better, in fact I was losing my appetite. I thought perhaps I had gotten s sinus infection so I messaged my family Dr who is Karen Evans and asked her if a z pack would be helpful. She ordered it for me. Once starting that I started to get better. I just so happened to have an appointment scheduled with Dr Evans on March 29 th. She was able to read the report from my ER visit. That's when I learned that I actually had pneumonia when I was at the ER and that Dr never told me this nor did he prescribe an antibiotic! I use to work at DuPont and retired about 3 years ago. I use to be proud of working there and know how the ER works. After this last visit I doubt if I go back to your ER again.
Judy Burford Rivera: Hello, I think Dupont is a great hospital
Julie Tomlinson: Wonderful caring staff.
Coty Lehman: I came in via ER and the ER staff, on St Patty's Day, were amazing. They got me to stay calm and made sure I was ok. I was rushed to OR for emergency surgery. Every person I had came in contact were so wonderful. Thank you for saving my life!

Lutheran Downtown Hospital: what do users think?
Ralph Nusbaum: Went in emergency room for possible blood clot. Received excellent attention and service. From check in to release all personnel should be praised. I would not hesitate to use this facility again,
Theresa Poorman: The staff that I was with was pleasant, kind, courteous and very helpful. I waited only five minutes to get checked in and my test went quickly. I would certainly go to Lutheran Downtown again!
Laura Wall: The nurses and Dr Apuri was great. The kitchen staff was wonderful also.
We K: The downtown Lutheran Hospital is as nice as the main hospital is terrible. Downtown was clean and bright, the staff was attentive and readily available, the food was good. No complaints. It felt like my elderly mother was in a boutique hotel. The elderly are often ignored whether anyone in any hospital will admit that. I’ve witnessed it. Not at Lutheran Downtown. The main hospital is dingy, no wheelchairs in ER when you come in, indifferent staff, and I have never heard one good thing about it. We went there many times with my 93 year old mother and once I almost had to let her lie on the floor because nothing but a chair was available and the young woman at the desk could have cared less. It’s a big inefficient bureaucracy with over 5k employees.Downtown has 250 employees who know and support each other - out of the mouths of nurses there.Go downtown or Parkview.
Christine Crager: Was in and out in no time
Chantes: The staff was very nice but not very educated.I came in with difficulty breathing due to sudden asthma flare up and they did everything but gave me treatment for that and sent me home the same way I came in. They didn’t give me breathing treatment or an inhaler but made me sit for hours for Other non related test and said everything looks fine follow up with your doctor and I still could barely breathe. Went to a different emergency room and they gave me the correct treatment. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
James Walton: Great job
Patricia Swartz: It was a short visit.Everyone was professional. The technician was very good at explaining and was very evident she cares about her patient.
Marsha Wade: Great 👍👍
peaches s: I had a very good experiencewith Dr. Zuhair. He listened, ordered tests to be sure, and Nurse Miranda was just great. Very helpful, understanding, and kind.
Winston Piohia: I just had an echocardiogram here today. The US technician, Jody, was very pleasant and professional. She set my mind at ease by talking me through the entire procedure. Her willingness to explain what was going on and what I was seeing on the monitor screen was very comforting. I encourage anyone who needs this procedure to go to Lutheran Downtown Hospital and ask for Jody and her 5-star hotel style treatment.
Kevin Hemp: I went to the emergency room in a lot of pain. Tests revealed that my condition was serious. I was admitted into the hospital and received expert care and treatment. They literally nursed me back to health. Very impressed and happy with the attention and care I received. I highly recommend this facility.
Tammy Taylor: I was treated with such love and care. Everyone was just absolutely great and wonderful. Thank you Lutheran!!
Kimberly Bear: Check in was very no nonsense as was the front desk.My valet assistant was very friendly and personable as well as my MRI crew.
Forcemaster2000: I was seen quickly and everyone from reception to the doctor that treated me we're extremely friendly and professional.
Carol Patterson: The hospital is lovely. The waiting time was too long. After I got in (finally) discovered there was another test that had to be done prior to the CT; more waiting!!
Ann Giese: Wonderful people short wait
Kindra Greer: My emergency room visit was March 29th and it took a very long time to see a nurse or my doctor there were only 2 nurses not good patient care. Except for a very nice lady from Jamaica who helped me put my socks on and my boots on and took my suite case out for me and pushed me in a wheelchair to the front entrance she was wonderful the rest lacking I am so thankful for the really nice Jamaican lady so sweet and kind 😊 to me!
John E. Uzubell: Hi,all staff are smart,100%caring.great food!! Thanks 4 everything, John E. UZUBELL,ROOM 409,,,,,
Amy Steffen: I took my mother for an Echocardiogram and Jody Rollins let me stay with my mother through the test. Jody showed great compassion and patience and explained the test as she performed it.
Dawn Mclaughin: We loved the doctor and staff at Lutheran Downtown.

Parkview Hospital Randallia: what do users think?
Dan: Wow. So many bad reviews, that I won't go here for any reason. There are lots of hospitals that don't have so many bad reviews for mistreatment of their patients. Thanks for saving me some grief everyone!!! Hospital's are unwilling to treat a person's pain anyhow! They treat us all like we are all addicts, Instead of treating the ADDICT'S like they are addicts. they just look at the Commonwealth as if we are a lesser people. Incapable of handling opiates and benzodiazapine on our own. Leaving good, responsible adults to suffer needlessly. 13% of the population couldn't control their opiate cravings! I am offended that I am throw into that category, and left to suffer!
Hailey Taulbee: Literally the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had. My spouse broke his leg a few months ago while at work and had to come here, unfortunately. The staff was dismissive in the emergency vehicle and when he got to the hospital, he did not receive any medication until he was visibly in pain although he said he broke his leg. The staff was generally rude and failed to help him, don’t waste your time, energy or money here.
Chris Foust: Worst experience at a hospital ever. All kinds of hidden fees and lack of communication. Ended up paying $3,500 to $5,000 minimum for literally two stitches, two x-rays and antibiotics. And thats after haggling for a price reduction. Was told I would not have to pay to get my stitches out at 2nd visit. Was then charged $1,200 the second visit because they prescribed antibiotics the 2nd visit even though I was told the second visit wouldn't cost me a thing. Never going back!
Breanna Brown: My son came in for a dental surgery . All the nurses were amazing ! Very kind and helpful . One of them even left 10 dollars from the "tooth fairy ". Defiantly recommend receiving care from here. Thank you all for taking care of my baby 😀
ConCon Zachy: I do not recommend this ER location. Checkin was fine but we waited 4.5 hours with our 15 month old vomiting in the lobby and did not get seen. A nurse gave us a pedialyte, which helped some but overall just bad experience. I do not recommend this location for use of the ER. Multiple people got up and left, most going to Parkview North.
Jason Johnson: Excellent patient care. Clean, remodeled. Caring, understanding staff.
Gregg Salser: I received a procedure at Parkview. I was very pleased with the procedure and the person who performed it. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in the billing department who prior to the procedure confirmed with my insurance what my total out of pocket cost would be. After the fact they sent me a billing for substantially more. How can an organization say your total out of pocket cost is one thing, your insurance stays the same, then after the fact they bill you something completely different. I am very disappointed in Parkview hospital not standing by their actual amount they told me was my "total out of pocket cost" for the procedure. I find this unacceptable, if I could give the billing department a "0" star I would.Per the comments by Parkview below. I already contacted Parkview's billing department. I was told they do not stand behind their original statement that the amount I would pay would be XYZ. They contacted my insurance company prior to the procedure to get the amounts I would pay, but Parkview does not stand behind their quote of "total out of pocket cost". There were no changes in my medical insurance and I find this totally unacceptable.
Chester saylor: Very unpleasant experience with my dad being in the Parkview system. Don't send elderly people here . Don't come here without excellent insurance!
Corey Dyben: Their decision to discharge a patient who is clearly a danger to themselves and who cannot take care of themselves is absolutely disgusting. Your incompetence and lack of compassion will be putting someone's life in jeopardy.
Lesley Gregory: The nurses are AMAZING!!! But the Dr's don't do what they say, they are late (3 hours)!!!! If you're going to extabate someone you don't make the patient and their family wait over 3 hours! Especially when you won't return the nurses calls!!! Especially in ICU!!!
Sherion Nave: Spent 1 hour just trying to connect with scheduling. On hold for another 2 hours to speak with billing to no avail. Had to hang up to accomplish other tasks for the day. Needless to say that's 3 hours of my life that I'll never get back. Does anyone work in billing?Update: today Thursday January 19th. Called again, on hold for an hour only to be disconnected. I don't have internet for my chart and I do not put personal information on my phone for your app. I understand that my chart assists you a great deal but I prefer to speak to someone when I have issues with my bill. Any other great suggestions?
Tabitha Lynn: I moved here from Michigan almost a month ago and there is no comparison to the treatment my family is use to. I wouldn't step foot in this place ever again. I brought my child into the emergency department due to respiratory distress. Where I'm from, children are seen almost immediately when there are respiratory issues. There were four patients in the waiting area before I arrived. It took about a half hour to get checked-in, then an hour to be put in a room. The Nurse Practitioner finally arrives, checks out my kid, leaves for another 20-30 minutes and finally sends in the respiratory therapists with mask and medication... I am utterly appalled at the response time in this place. Don't go here if you are truly having an emergency, waiting on these people you might die.
Tricia Neely: Went to Parkview for the infusion after being diagnosed with Covid in Aug 2021. Was told by person administering the infusion that no charges for the infusion due to being an experimental drug. 4 months later I get a $990 bill wanting paid for the infusion. Parkview is saying they didn’t send the bill so not their problem … now I’m getting billed a 2nd time for a fractured foot that I made all billed payments on for the exact same amt $990. Kinda crazy how 2 different things total exactly same amt. no one can give me any answers. I’m definitely going to question something that I feel is a mistake Think twice before walking into parkview
Marie: My brother was in this hospital this last summer.I have nothing but great things to say about this hospital thanks again.
Mallory Mikel: Zero stars if possible. Social services treats individuals with no insurance & their family members as less than human. Discharged my father to the streets when he was unable to care for himself only for him to wind up back in ER after falling. Lacking in resources, empathy & respect across the board!!!
Leelee Kaley: YOUR FAMILY WILL DIE
kim Austin: passing through for the Thanksgiving holiday. I am a indiana resident. Husband got sick on the road had to pull over and go to cameron Hospital. Wonderful hospital, they did everything that was possible for he. The hospital felt it was best to transport him to Parkview Hospital by EMS. Another wonderful hospital the nurses and medical team went beyond in over for my husband care. We never been treated so good by a hospital. On the hand I didn’t like how “relaxed”the staff were with the mask option. It was a patient next to my husband with room, with a sign clearly stating DO NOT ENTER without proper PPE. Most of the medical team didn’t even wear a mask entering. How I know, his door was while open at times. Not safe I did say something to charge nurse. Didn’t nothing change. I just grateful my husband didn’t get nothing he didn’t come with.
Eric: literally worst hospital experience I've ever had. alarms going off no RN in sight. patients literally have beds in the hallways. nurse seems a little bit on the slow side. the registration guy Jeffrey just flat-out gave me the creeps.
Gina Rury: Excellent care
Heather Reiff: I went to er for a severe migraine, light and sound sensitivity, nausea and vomiting. I was seen by Marcus PA. He ordered 2 injectibles and tylenol. I told the nurse it wasn't going to help. He had already discharged me before evaluating if the medication was goben. Charge nurse said there is nothing that can be done. So at 5:07 I walked out the door and now seeking help elsewhere!
Juliets Journey: I had a horrific experience with a CST. Very rude, condescending and almost came off as racist. Her name was Meagan E. She is covered in tattoos, and has black hair. I have never been treated like that before. People go to hospitals to receive care and be educated in professional, respectful ways. Not to be treated like we are less than human. Horrible decision to employee such a rude, mean and entitled person.

Rehabilitation Hospital of Ft. Wayne: what do users think?
Melody McCormick: Wonderful staff. Clean and respectful environment.
Demora Fuchs: Not really a place to go if seeking nutrition health. ( was referred) All the documents that were presented and given to me were all able to be access and can be answered online.p.s not to mention i recieved a phone call prior to the visit to pre register. Still had to go in and fill registration forms. The hospital though itself looked very appealing from inside in the lobby area.
Stephanie Lopez: Don't ever send your family here!!!
Donna Berning: That was the cleanest and most pleasant hospital I’ve ever seen. All the nurses, techs, therapists, and cleaning staff I dealt with were professional and very nice. They all worked together to make sure you were treated great. They even did things that wasn’t their job. Nobody complained about anything or anyone. Not that I want to be in a Rehab hospital, but if I have to be, I would choose that one any day. I wanted to go home, but I actually am bummed that I won’t see the staff I interacted with anymore.Sincerely,Donna Berning
Bob Speaker: Thank God this place exists !!!!
Tony Boley: The professional care was outstanding. The nurses and staff treated the patients like family.
Clay Winter: I have never been one to care a whole lot about hospitals, but this one is very much appreciated and different. Best place to be rehabilitated.
Bob Styles: The staff is at the top of their field in "EVERY " way possible! Very nice and caring for your needs! Thank every single one of you for making my transition home the best it could possibly be!
Belinda Kelley: All the staff were very kind and patient. The food was better than I expected.
Jerry C Johnson: Courteous, helpful staff; committed, skilled therapists; committed to the patient achieving rehabilitation goals.
Abbi Satterthewaite: Amazing, lovely facility. Amazing people
Sydney Jeffers: Physical therapists were amazing - the leadership staff were the absolute worst and super rude. Kitchen staff were terribly rude. I have never in my life witnessed the stuff going on here at any other hospital. It was shocking
Kristi Pugh: Absolutely fabulous!
T.J. Wagner: Unbelievable. Best treatment. Best people. True heart. Tireless work ethic. Perfection in medical practice is elusive- the highly skilled practitioners of the Lutheran Rehab Hospital attained the gold standard in medical care. These miracle workers went further & operated faster to provide care that is usually only reserved for those with great means or those who are royalty. The staff (led by Ryan Cassedy), spent 12 days pouring into the recovery process of my father. My father was scared, nervous, and highly-anxious for the one of the first times in his life. The staff met my father (a Vietnam veteran) where he was in the recovery journey and went beyond simply “doing their jobs” and took a vested interest in his complete well being. My father and mother cannot stop complimenting and telling whoever will listen about the life-changing care they received at the Lutheran Rehab Hospital. From deep within our hearts- all of our family’s gratitude belong to Ryan Cassedy and the world-class team of hero’s that make up the Lutheran Rehabilitation Hospital of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Jenny Kobiela-Mondor: The kindest staff working hard to get me better! They did a wonderful job.
jennifer roe: Wonderful Wonderful caring people taking care of you. They work very hard to help you reach your goals. Good food too. I have nothing but good things to say.
Christopher Anderson: Amazing Positive Experience! Outstanding Rehabilitation Ahead As Well.
Anthony Neal: Very great staff, always made sure I had what I needed and was taken care of. Would definitely recommend!
Deborah Stafford: All therapists were excellent! Kind and compassionate care!
Paul Revere: This facility takes little heed of your individual medical problems. They continually schedule your rehab sessions right before a meal when your blood sugar is low. The therapists vary. I had one that was condescending and overbearing. Only on my last day did I discover that she was only a student! Not once did her "trainer" speak a word to me or involve himself in my sessions. The cafeteria was nearly always 30 minutes late with my meals, which often only vaguely resembled what I actually ordered because whoever was entering the information would change it. Again and again I ordered artificial sweetener and received white or brown sugar instead. The portion sizes would have been more appropriate for a child, not an adult who was going to be exercising! The pharmacy sequestered all my medicines when I arrived, but neglected to return my expensive testosterone patches when I left. After complaining, I eventually got them back. The nurses were all good. This would be a fine facility for a dog or a horse, but not for a human being with medical issues. As an alternative, I recommend Parkview's in-patient rehab facility on Randallia. Their therapists are terrific, and the food is restaurant quality. I have stayed there twice and would do so again, should it be necessary.
Peggy Marschand: Yes I was there and they did awesome job! The staff was great the therapist were wonderful I would recommend this for anyone.
