Dave Collins: Great local resource! WAY better than dealing with the phone company stores or "Bob" in Bangladesh! Dennis really helped me out! I was getting nowhere trying to migrate from Xfinity wireless to an annual prepaid ATT account on my old iPhone 7+. Dennis explained the best options for me, as well as the pitfalls of annual prepaid plans. He dealt with all the overseas twists and turns of canceling my ATT transfer, then set me up with a monthly Verizon plan. Now I'm dealing with a helpful local business if my needs change! Highly recommended.
John McFann: These folks are the best. I first went to them 10 years ago (or so) to escape Verizon's high rates. They saved me a lot of money at the time. Today I visited them to switch to a provider that would supply voice and text at a reasonable cost and allow me to purchase data as needed over the minuscule monthly amount I currently had. The carrier was picked, but it took a while for the previous carrier to release the line. They sent me home with the instructions to put the new SIM card in when my phone quit working. It finally did and I switched...but the phone showed "no service. Locked SIM card". The were closed at the time but I emailed them and they responded right away. I gave them them my land line number, they called me right back and spent about a half hour with me resolving the problem. If you want customer service, Apex Wireless is the place to go.

BRIAN FRUCHEY: The Manager was really unprofessional and rude. Left and switched to AT&T. I've been a customer since it was Sprint and longer.Edit.. I emailed the address on their response. Crickets. Even their customer service sucks.

Jake Svay: Beware of T-Mobile! The service is terrible and their promise to be the biggest combined network with Sprint is a complete lie! Sprint was great and then they were bought out by T-Mobile. We were swindled by one of those booths that stop you in the middle of stores to try and get you to switch to AT&T. We switched and T-Mobile DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! Long story short, after 4 hours of customer service, we are being forced to pay $1200 out of nowhere because of broken promises, claims, and lack of basic human empathy. Stay as far away from the worst mobile network you can find.

But, the company itself made me come here because they refused to cancel my autopay after I’d cancelled my home internet hotspot, which was the only service I had with them.They kept charging my autopay, even after I’d cancelled with them.When I came to the store the first time, they messed it up.I had to come back again later in the week to deal with it again. Each time it was a 30 minute wait to see a person.It was super, super difficult to get them to cancel my autopay after I’d cancelled service. They couldn’t do it over the phone, even after talking to two managers. Then only the store manager here could do it, after two visits.It was a long long process, I bet some people give up and end up paying for months after service is cancelled.Just reading on the web now, this has happened to many people. Do your research, and never use their autopay!

They help solve my problem without pressuring me to do something I can't afford and don't need. The manager Nick T sets the tone and makes customers feel valued. I have tried other locations but their first response is "o you need a new phone" and when I say no they lose interest. But not at Lima Road.

Retha Hollis: I live at tri Lakes Columbia city Indiana. Finally got some questions answered when I visited T-Mobile on lima road in Fort Wayne. The tower which services us at Tri Lakes has had problems since the storm which happened on June 13. I want to thank Odmond who waited on us for his help and honesty. Instead of trying to upgrade me with a new phone he looked into what was going on in my area. I made several calls to T-Mobile before my visit but was not successful in solving my issue. Thank you again Mr. Odmond I will visit this store in the future for further assistance.

Yesterday we went to the Southtown Crossing store to purchase a new phone for my husband. His phone was having problems and he needed an upgraded phone.Many times my husband asked the Tmobile employee "Ringo" if all of his photos would transfer to the new phone. He told my husband that everything from the old phone would be transferred to the new phone.Today, my husband is distraught. He discovered this morning that all of his photos did not transfer to his new phone. He went back to the Southtown Crossing store and employee Ringo Compean told my husband there was nothing he could do. He even implied that it was my husband's fault.All of my husband's precious photos are gone. We're very disappointed that the Tmobile employee was incompetent and did not know what he was doing.Please do not trust this location if you are purchasing a new phone that's replacing your old one. You may become the next victim.

Christian DeOro started to answer and before I knew it I walked out with a Magenta Max plan and new phone to boot! Christian scored me such a deal that I could not refuse! Anthony Mauricio: They were friendly but incompetent. I was given a SIM card for my 5G home internet when the device already had one installed. That turned a 15 minute setup into a 3 hour setup. The internet was intermittent during peak hours. The billing online never worked. Canceling service is still an ordeal. Do not put yourself through this.
