They ordered my tires and called me when they came in. I previously also scheduled for them to put on as well. I have read some of the one star comments and have not had any of the issues noted. The service writer seems a bit shy and quite, but is still very professional. I definitely will come back. In fact I am planning on buying a new bike here soon! Rusty’s giving me a great deal on mine!

LJ M.: This was my first time having service done on my bike at this dealership. I made multiple calls for parts and scheduling service appointment. I talked with Chris the Parts manager and a 2nd Chris and Dennis.I arrived early, checked in, I was welcomed by numerous staff the 4hrs that I was there.One gentleman can't remember his name, I do know he's only been there a short time and he's from California. He gave me a tour of the building.I was lucky enough to see my bike being worked. The technician, I think his name was Dan. He appeared to work on my bike like it was his own. Thanks. I also met Joe the Service manager. All very nice, friendly and courteous people.I came to this dealership from South Bend, IN. to have tires replaced. I will recommend to all riders I know to consider visiting your Dealership.I will be back.

Prime example when I was there today I ran into a buddy and he said they offered him 4k for his bike on trade in and he kept telling them no. They finally went up to 9k which is a big difference. I told him they did the same to me and my bike was almost new and they offered me 9k less than I payed for it. They will screw you and have you upside down if you let them

Emailed about a cam change and they promptly replied. After some discussions about my performance goals, they recommended some additional modifications to compliment my cam choice. They had the parts in stock and had the bike finished in less than a eeek after I dropped it off. They did excellent work at a very good price. I talked to four local bike shops including the local HD Dealer and Brad was the only one who had knowledge and experience with the clutch. He even had a motorcycle in his showroom with the same clutch. Brad made sure I fully understood the pro's and con's of the clutch before I bought it.
