han nichols: 1000% DO NOT GO HERE. NAIL TECH USED MMA. I was visiting from out of town and had to get my nails done. The nail tech used MMA (look it up if you don’t know what it is) my personal regular nail tech from home spent 3 HOURS getting this stuff off of my nails today. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I got acrylics and the nail tech at this salon drilled down my nail so much that it burned when I had them removed. The first picture is what it looked like taking the “acrylic” from this salon off and the second picture is what my nails looked like after 3 hours of service to soak and remove them. My nails are very fragile now and hurt. Please please please do not put yourself through this. I’m posting this so that no others have to go through this.

Finally got service and was greeted with "what do you want?" The tech then cut my finger and when I jumped, she stared at me like I did something wrong. Shaping was terrible, she was rude the whole time. Pulled cuticle nippers out of a drawer, no sanitization happening there. My daughter got a fill at the same time and though her experience was better, her polish is a mountain of gloppy gel. Owner seemed to be sitting up front in oblivion. As the water was being put into the foot bath, I commented that it was cold. The tech said that was because it was cold outside. I ordered the heel therapy pedicure for $37 and when I was finished, my heels were worse that when I came in. The polish was not put on correctly, a lot on my skin. And it looked like a child did it. I left a tip but very sorry that I even went there. I will never go back and will strongly advise anyone against going there.Service:Pedicure
Brittney McVicker: My first time going there (for my honeymoon nails) back in June was awful. They were overbooked and the lady was in a rush. They took of my previous polish and went way to far into my nail. Then my nails were uneven, the lady also left spots uncoated with the top coat and overall very subpar work.I went back yesterday (for my birthday nails) and again appeared to be overbooked. They said it's because people called off but I'm not quite sure that was true. I waited 30 mins after my actual appointment for someone to start me. From there my experience was wonderful. There was a new lady, I believe her name was Bianca (I might even caught it wrong) she did amazing she took her time, talked to me and helped me pick out colors. There was another lady trying to rush her to get to the next client but she gave me the time I deserved and my nails look fabulous. Couldn't be more happy with her and would only go back in the future if she's doing my nails! Otherwise it's overcrowded and based on past experience they're in a rush.

Called the night before and made reservations - got right in all together, and had wonderful and relaxing spa pedicures and manicures! Brady O'neal: They have been doing my nails for months now and the team is prompt, meticulous, and gives firm hand massages. The color selection for regular, gel, and SNS nails is expansive and having multiple nail techs who are able to do detailed art. Will continue to come back and continue to refer my friends.

I've been going to Queen Nails Bar & Spa for my nails and I'm so happy with my nails every time they all ways make them so pretty. Shawanda Tate: I came to this shop Sunday June 6th 2021 around 3pm to get a simple color change. I honestly didn’t know what color I wanted to change to. I just wanted a different color on my nails . I also asked if she could make my nails longer. She said no, and I was okay with that. I finally decided on a color and it was Matte black. Once the nail tech was done with my polish change. We walked to the front and she provided me with a $25 fee for the service. I thought that was a little too much for a polish change, but I expected the fee and paid for it. However my nails are now chipped and it happened the very next day. I am very displeased with the service I was provided. I paid $25 for a polish change just for my nails to chip the very next day.
