Tammy Henschen: I have been a Patient, of Melissa Steamen for a Few Yrs. Mainly by Viedo, which I appreciate so Much! So I don’t have to Travel, a Hour for a Dr. Visit, Melissa has always Been Very Kind, Helpful, Trying to Help w/ My Chronic Health Issues! Trying to Find the Best Way to Help me, Feel Better!I just had a Viedo Visit this wk. I was just a little upset, I had a Rash on my right arm! I had went to a Walk In Clinic, I was Very Concerned about it! But she was Fine w/ me to keep using the Cream! It was My 5th Day Dealing w/ it & it wasn’t getting No Better!I really thought it was From a New Insomnia Pill, I had Tried! Because I hadn’t been Outside or Even Tried Anything New! To cause a Red, Itchy Rash! It just kept getting Worse this wk. Redder, Spreading, Bumps, & My Arm was Swelling! My Husband & I was so Worried, I had to go into a Walk In Clinic again! Now 9 Days later, I have a Infection! I just Wish, I could of gotten something More at My Viedo Visit!But Melissa was just upset w/ Me, that I had Tried taking a New Sleeping Pill! I Needed to Sleep, I had Nothing Else! When Your up at 3:00 a.m. You will Try Anything & this has been going on since Jan. I was Trying Not Even Half of a Pill & I thought Maybe My Body would get use to the Pill, but once I Started Itching! Then got a Red Rash, I will Never take that Pill again!Melissa gave me a New Pill to Try, for Insomnia! But CVS couldn’t Even Fill it, for FOUR DAYS! I Hope & Pray this works w/ No Side Effects, but Now I Feel so Bad! From this Rash that is Now a Staph Infection & On a Antibiotic, I’m waiting to Try the New Insomnia Pill! So I know if I have side effects or not, I see Melissa in Her Office in 1 wk. I Hope & Pray by then My Infection is Cleared Up & I have Tried my New Insomnia Pill!So I can give Melissa Good News, that Finally an Insomnia Pill Worked! So I can Try to Start Feeling Better, I’m sure Melissa is Very Kind & Thoughtful w/ all her Patients! Plus tries to Help them Feel Better & Answers all there Questions!I am so Happy that the last Insomnia Pill, Melissa had me Try! Worked, I have been using it for 8 Months! But after Fighting w/ Insomnia for so Long, it is Great to have a Pill w/ No Side Effects!Melissa has did a Great Job Helping me out, I have lots of Chronic Health Issues! She has Tried Her Best, to Give me the Best Advice on what to do! I was able to see Melissa in the Office Many times the Fall & Winter of 2022! She did Everything she could to Help me out, she Helped me Find Out I have Sleep Apnea & could be causing My Sleeping Issues & Dealing w/ No Energy Ever!She recommended me get some Vaccines that I didn’t know I Needed! She is Very Thoughtful, Kind & Takes the Time to Listen & Help You Figure Out! The Best Way to Help You Out! Melisa does a Great Job!

Missy Z: I was told by urgent care facility to find a primary care physician after my previous Dr moved out of area. Went to Ms. Clark after reading reviews of actual physician she works with. I suffer from severe anxiety attacks and mild depression. Spent time discussing issues, but seemed she was more interested spending time talking about the fact she grew up on the street I now live on. Told her that I prefer to not be on daily meds that may not be necessary. She recommended natural supplement that I tried, but had no positive effects. I ended up having to leave work and then in ER due to severe anxiety attack. Tried for 2 weeks to reach Ms Clark, with no response. Office finally called in Rx for that I had been on previously with side effects. Refused to give Rx for meds that were prn to keep from having severe attacks. I finally reached someone and asked if I could try medication co-worker was on daily. I HAD TO SUGGEST MY OWN MEDS. Now she won't refill without me coming in, even though I am current on annual exam, and meds say not to stop suddenly. Have annual exam scheduled with new Dr, but meds will not last until then. Other than 1st time meeting Ms Clark, she has not reached out one time to return my calls.! Do not recommend unless you want to discuss childhood memories of hers.
