Thomas Franks: I have 18 years of restaurant management culinary and cooking they turn me down because I have a weak resume I have a suggestion for them instead of reading the cover on the book get to know the possible employee before turning them down right away you can lose the best employee you ever had I actually went on and was offered one of several other better positions and they all love my resume they all love my experience and my values so before judging and cutting somebody off short and get to know somebody before turning them down. I have also worked in the healthcare field and I was great at it

Nichole Garvin: If i could give zero i would. do not do business with this place, my daughter was at temp cna there she took their cna "class" lol...it was highway robbery. the teachers they employed or contracted with not sure how that works did not teach the students anything, the clinicals they were there for not even half the time they were suppose to be. the "class" did not ensure students were ready for the state testing infact they didnt even go over numerous things that were on the state test. so several girls failed... we thought no problem they will review (which was promised to us by the owner erica) and we can retest... guess who went ghost? erica.... my daughter tried to follow up with her and emails went unanswered. I emailed her in late nov early dec and assured me that retesting would be done in the next few weeks said she was sending my daughter material to review... NEVER HAPPENED. here we are almost mid feb. and its past the time to retest. i have emailed erica requesting half of our money back as she dropped the ball on this and did not give these girls a fighting chance, let alone the fact she went ghost... i have emailed her one final time before i talk to my attorney about filing a small claims case.also, almost mid feb my daughter hasnt gotten her w2 from them either. this place is a joke.. please stay away

I was told that they give family members hours first and we get the left overs. They don't respond to you in reasonable time frame.Everytime I ask about why I'm not getting hours they blame it on the facility.What a waste of time

You ask for paysheet for all the facilities and its a True hassle to get such. This company is Franchise, so it's up to you. They underpay quite alot as well so watch your pay DAILY! Don't even dare say I wasn't in your database or some other deceitful lie to new viewers that would attempt to come on-board. Of all the agencies in Ft Wayne this is the lowest paid one.

natalie senters: I worked for them twice got my check the following week it was messed up called them that same day (Friday) said they would look into it called them Monday said the same thing. Tuesday I called them they still said they didn’t look into same as Wednesday after sending in my time sheets everyday so they had them Thursday called and talked to someone else said he would look into it and gave me corporate number. Sarah finally emailed me back after saying over and over again she was going to look into and NEVER DID said it will be sent out Thursday night or Friday morning now Saturday night still no check! Do not go to Sarah super rude and will not do what she says she will!! I will not be referring them to nobody!

Beth Zinnel: This company lacks communication with their clients! BrightStar changed our caregiving schedule and never told us. I found out from our caregiver, because she texted me the day before the change started, to see if i was informed. I called BrightStar about the change and was not allowed to talk to our scheduler. I was informed that Chris would be calling me on Moday about the changes. That never happened, nor did anyone else contact me from BrightStar about it. You would think they would call their clients and let them know about schedule changes to inform us and to see if these changes would work for us.I've come home to a caregiver sleeping, caregivers on their phones playing games and watching TV shows and movies, while having my husband watch TV and not doing the list of things I've written down for them to do with my husband. The nurse has to do a visit once a month. Most of the time we would get an hour or two notice that they were coming. My husband has therapy twice a week and sometimes we just could not do it the day they wanted to come out. I'm not sure why the nurses wait until the very last day, the State tells them they need to have this done to call us. We have many appointments that we have to go to. It would be nice to have at least a days noticed.We will never go with BrightStar again.
