J Man: Don’t get me wrong, the hibachi is tasty and the chefs are entertaining but for the love of God and all things holy, this place needs ventilation. There are no overhead exhaust hoods so all the smoke and steam fill the entire restaurant in a fog. By the time we left we were all coughing so may be rough for someone with asthma! Wouldn’t want to see what the ceiling looks like when the lights are on. Not even sure how this place passes fire Marshall code. First and last visit for us.

Rachel Baumgartner: One of my favorite places to dine out in Fort Wayne. The atmosphere is amazing and the food is always delicious. I recommend the filet mignon. It's awesome watching them make your food. The soup they give you in the beginning is delicious, as is everything I have tried here. If you like a drink with your dinner I recommend the Plum Wine or the Green Tea. Both are delicious.

Jennifer LeCount: Went in tonight to have some dinner and obviously there was a wait which I do not mind and expected. There food is so good and I was excited to eat some sushi, but once we were seated we did not get waited on. We waited about 10 minutes watching the server hit the table that got seated after us. I got up and told the manager we had been sitting for 10 minutes and he didn't even offer to get our drinks started. We sat for another 5 minutes and decided to leave. I understand being busy an all as I have waited tables, but very poor service. Sadly, I have no pictures of the yummy food cuz I didn't get any.

Fayika Nova: I liked the staffs and the ambiance. We went for Saturday brunch and ordered steak and egg and southern special from their brunch menu. While the food tasted good, I was really really really disappointed seeing the portion size for their steak. It is priced $22 and the portion is literally smaller than many finger food portions. Brunch is supposed to be fulfilling. You can’t charge people $22 for a brunch item where the portion size is this small. It is literally unacceptable. If the steak is that expensive, maybe they should not put as a brunch item, because that much food CANT be a brunch item!
Allana Coulter: Talk about a place I should have come to when I first saw it. Bistro Nota is simply to die for! We all tried something different so we could share. It was so hard to choose. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, cooked as it should be and seasoned perfectly. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. The atmosphere is industrial, yet warm and inviting. Now serving Brunch from 12-2, and you don't want to miss out. We can't wait to go back for dinner. Thank you for an amazing dining experience!!!
mark donaldson: It's hard to avoid superlative when talking about Bistro Nota, but I'll try. Comfortable and under control. Casual while professional. Priced right and generous portions. We tend to over-order because everything is so good and it travels well. Nicely curated wine list. Tons of good places in Fort Wayne and this one stays at the top of our list.

We went because one of the owners/chefs is Jake - formerly of Chop’s Wine Bar (when it was at it’s best).As is Jake’s forte, the the food was fabulous! We tried several different things. We ordered a bottle of the “house” red wine from their varied wine list. It was a great wine, far superior to what I expected from anyone’s house wine! The Pain et Fromage was delicious-Homemade Sliced Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia served with Roasted Pepper Cheese Dip.For dinner we tried their delicious Bistro Mac & Cheese - for an “a la carte” item it was a large portion. We ordered Low country Shrimp (GF) from the “small plates” portion of the menu - my husband doesn’t eat pork so they graciously omitted the bacon. We ordered Beef Teres Major entree -Petite Shoulder Tenderloin, Roasted Garlic Marinated, Potato Veloute, Sofritowith Grilled Focaccia.The staff is engaging, congenial & professional. The atmosphere is comfortable, urban, slightly Industrial.We will go back to Bistro Nota again and again !!!Vegetarian options: They have many delicious options for vegetarians and they will modify menu items for vegetarians !Parking: Street parking, parking garage or parking lot across the street.
MrNdb10: I was worried the portions were going to be small but I was pleasantly surprised they weren’t. I had their beef stroganoff and really enjoyed it. my wife loved her beef short ribs as well. We finished it all with the delicious toffee blondie dessert. I will gladly go there again in the future!

Michelle Anderson: Honestly my favorite spot in the summer. Drink menu is fun and food is good, but its the atmosphere of being by the river and trees that sells it for me. You may have to stomach sub-par service, Im not sure our table ever received silverware even though we asked 4 different times. She was nice and apologized all four times but the silverware never made it lol. Still, great place. I recommend the Purple Haze.
Laura Jasmin: Two years ago I went to the deck with a girlfriend of mine for a drink. I got a margarita. I am aware that the drinks from the deck are strong, however I believe I was roofied. After finishing 1/2 of my drink I became drowsy and began vomiting. An officer told me to leave or I would be arrested for public intox. I could barely walk, talk, and my motor skills were not functioning. I blacked out and don’t remember a thing. I would encourage the deck to figure out a system that is better equipped for the heavy traffic they have. I have been to different cities and have drank more than 1 drink, in which I did not have any of these symptoms. I have since returned to the deck and have had 1 entire margarita and was completely fine. For the safety of young girls. Please figure something out. I know my body and 1/2 of a margarita would not have made me vomit, be unable to walk, talk, and blackout.
