After that, I was looking around then she came back and asked me if I understand English or not. Her attitude was so rude and completely disrespectful while i was still following her directions. O Corey amerigod: Now this place right here Cunningham Optical one is the first place I ever went when I started wearing glasses these is where my doctors are at take it from me they are the best I've been wearing glasses since I was 13 years old so that's go back in time here that was the year 1985 when I started wearing glasses the original store was located downtown Fort Wayne on the corner of Calhoun and Berry Street. This place is spacious upscale in immaculate very friendly staff here for sure willing to help at all cost and not out to get a penny on every dollar of everything that you do you can come there need your glasses clean or a little work done to them and they won't even charge you whether you bought them there or not. But I love is the fact that they have the best selection of highly-skilled doctors and opthamologist did you can find in the city or better yet even the state of Indiana for sure. I love my high in room which is located back in the corner of the store where you can go into and see the most expensive in top-of-the-line frames that you might want to buy if you got your pocket right meaning you got to have some money with all my friend that's going to run you know say anywhere from a few hundred to maybe a few thousand dollar per frame and of course that is not including your prescription if you do have prescriptions whether you are nearsighted or farsighted I personally am a nearsighted person which means I'm normal hahaha 😄😉😊😁... but really beautiful place itsfunneh the manager didn't want me to do a review or take pictures inside weather of the store but I took a couple anyway of the glasses that I wanted to buy but I thought that was something considering I did do business here on North all my life will maybe he'll probably change his mind with the good review that he see that I have done I told him I still was going to do review anyway in the ladies there are most accommodating but to the manager of the store reach out to me maybe you might want to give me a little apology and say thank you and next time I'm in your store how about give me a discount if I can get some high-end glasses there I appreciate your service the other day and I appreciate your business and I thank you for servicing the city of Fort Wayne Indiana God bless 😊😁❤️🎉🎊🌹💐😎👏🏽♥️🐸®️🎁🖖🏽Respect ♾️♂️ Åmërîgõd

Went to get my son glasses on April first, his mother was supposed to get glasses back in January or prior and never did, so I professionally went in said nothing of the matter and purchased him a new pair. Messaged my child's mother that I purchased him a pair, she had apparently called Cunningham and I don't know what was said, I also was unaware that she called them. When I called the next day to see if they were ready for pick up I was put on hold to speak to a manager by the name of Daniel. He proceeded to tell me that he spoke with my child's mother and she does not want me paying for my glasses mind you that he needed. He was also leaving towards not giving them to me and proceeded to tell me he didn't want my relationship "issues" at Cunningham optical, my rebutle is this is not professional at all. This should not have been even brought to my attention because I never once spoke about any "issues" regarding my relationship with my child's mother. I paid for a pair of glasses and should not have been told the only reason why I was receiving them was because he needed them. The issue they have should have been made to the person who called them not me. Furthermore I do know, and no I'm not a lawyer, but you can not with hold a product that someone has payed for unless you issue them a refund which in my experience yesterday management was not comfortable giving me either the glasses or the refund but when I went it they did. Even when I was at the counter I had to reinterate that there issue is not with me and this should have never been brought to my attention, they should have handled it professionally and told me they were ready for pick up and that's it. Not tell me again as I'm picking up they don't want any relationship issues at their business which I was not aware of any to begin with

I had called around to several places before calling this place. I’m from out of state and I ran out of contacts so I was trying to find some to buy without having to order them. Alan Maier: Went in to have my nearly new glasses adjusted, only to notice after getting home that one of the lenses had a very bad scratch on it. Returned only to be told "You really did a number on that lens!". No, I didn't, and this location would not stand behind the damage to the costly photochromic lens. The north location did replace the lens at no charge, but I swore never to go back. The optometrists are excellent, but they can't make up for store management.
