The staff was warm, helpful, and knowledgeable.As far as the product, it was everything I needed.I have had hip and back pain for a year are so now. Pretty much with every step. This pain was there whether I was standing, sitting, or laying down.The pain was so intense that it prevented me from getting a good night's sleep. There was no position that didn't aggravate it.Now, I can't say the pain went away immediately. It took about three days before I had my first night of pain-free sleep. That was five days ago. I've slept pain-free ever since.I'll be honest it isn't comfortable or inexpensive.The arch support pushes against your foot in a way that is painful for the first few days. But, once you become use to it, it becomes a necessity for pain-free movement.As far as the expense, well what price can you put on a pain-free night's sleep?I would and will recommend them to everyone I know who have pain issues dealing with their feet.

Sarah Hodges: I had a pair of brand new Birkenstock’s repaired here and I could not expect a better result. I’m so satisfied with the outcome of the sandal. I had just bought these $110 Birk sandals for my daughter when less than a week later our puppy chewed right threw the strap. My daughter was so upset. I tried contacting the Birkenstock company to see if they had anywhere I could go to get it repaired and they only offered somewhere out of state (I guess it was the only authorized Birkenstock’s repair place close to me) but essentially they couldn’t help us. I happened to see Chuck’s and that they did shoe repair and gave it a shot. I’m so glad I did! $10 to save $110 sandals. I’m so impressed with the quality of their work! The strap was jagged from the puppy tearing threw it and now you can hardly notice! Thank you Chuck’s! 10/10!
