John Romey: Company never calls you. You will always call them to figure out why no one is doing their jobs. They told me 4 weeks for insurance 5 to get into the prosthetic. After many phone calls they never sent documentation to the primary care doctor but insist they did. After a "severe" diagnosis it took 3 months instead of 5 weeks, almost making the process useless. If you enjoy banging your head against a brick wall, by all means now with Transcend. Otherwise, look elsewhere for a more professional office.

elisha Tillman: My boys both had to get custom insoles and then my oldest had to get custom braces, everyone we met when they were at their doctors appointment and there at the Fort Wayne location were absolutely amazing. They made both of my boys feel calm and relaxed.

Courtney Mae: The staff was nice. I think one time out of many that I called someone answered. My son after months and 5 adjustment appointments he still was unable to wear his braces for his toe walking. Instead of recasting him they were at the point they were cutting plastic off the sides of his braces. Also it took almost the entire six weeks to get his braces at Trancend. I've since went somewhere else and I waited two weeks for his braces. I'm not saying they are an awful experience for everyone but for my son and I it was absolutely awful I would not recommend Trancend to anyone from my experience.

Robert Barney: Great experience. Things were a little rocky at start back in 2018 but has been absolutely Great since Julie took over my care . You can easily see she puts her patients care first . Her dedication to your company hopefully doesn`t go unseen . To be honest , if she had not stepped into my situation I would have went elsewhere, and had already started that process, but thank God she showed up .Seems like you have had a lot of office staff turn over since I have been going there , this is a little rough on patients constantly having to get to know new front desk people and vise a versa , the two ladies when I first started were wonderful and really put you at ease on my visits , after loosing a leg or part of my life your just not sure what to expect , so ease of doing business is so important . In my business large turnover normally points at management but not sure about your situation . My only other recommendation is a facility upgrade , last year they did work in a entry hall that patients don`t even use , seems money would have been better spent in patient rooms , just my observation . But my most important feedback don`t ever loose Julie , She is SRT in Fort Wayne.
