Schnelker Marine & Powersports: what do users think?
Wireghost_Drek: Had a good experience working with Patrick. Was great help while I shopped for a new atv.
Colten Brown: Always a pleasure doing business here, warranty work was fast and seamless from scheduling to drop off and pick up. Thanks again Schnelker Marine & Powersports.
Kerry Coyne: Needed some supplies for my Polaris brutus, and they had it in stock. Very convenient, and they stay open later on a couple of days.
Dan Long: Complete lack of professionalism. I bought and had installed a new Mercury outboard motor on my pontoon with a trade in of my old, still under warranty, motor. At that time I bought two props and hubs for that motor. After driving it for a year , I thought I would try the other prop. The hub that they sold me was incorrect. No problem, I'll just return it to the parts desk. Think again. No returns after thirty days even if it is their error. Wow. Bought the new hub for nearly seventy dollars and received a story from the manager about his thirty day policy. The receipt for my purchase does not mention no returns at all except for electrical parts. A prop hub is not an electrical part. Therefore due to their error, I should be ENTITLED to a refund. The manager Terry Van Daele and his two RUDE women?, in the parts department are ridiculous and I will never spend another dime there. Sent me threatening texts to tell me to go away. Real class act. Throw away good business for a simple exchange. I'll find a real shop. Thanks Terry.
byron radney: 3 machine purchased from them. Always treated very well. Will be back !!
Shannon Branscomb: They provided excellent guidance, support and service throughout the process of re-powering our pontoon.
Laura Smyser: This place was a little better than Osborne Motorsports. At least the sales manager was friendly and told me how to custom order the vehicle online. However he did not talk about the features of the vehicle walked me around a model nor talk to me about financing options.
Paul Pierson: They had what I needed. Personnel was very helpful & polite. Would do business with again & recemend them to anyone.
Jeff Simmons: They were a good group to work and very reasonable on price and over a great company will for sure do more business with them in the future
Nerko’s Life: Great people, great service, highly recommended
M Blackburn: Nice place good prices friendly people
Greg Kreiger: Their work quality is great, but the ladies at the front desk tend to be somewhat short and rude. I won’t be going to them anymore! Hope others have better experiences with them.
Daniel Cox: Look out for the sharper mouthed office people not too nice.I was in for supplies to change oil and filter in my 40 horse 4 stroke engine
Dale Castleman: Expensive, but good work
Colton Hill: Patrick was a HUGE help though out the whole process and was very respectful and treated us very well and took us very serious being younger people!!! Great place to go!! Also there prices beat everyone lol
Taylor Rhoades: We have bought multiple machines from Schnelker's and have always had GREAT customer service! They are our go-to when it comes to any service needs from repairs to oil changes. Would highly recommend them for any of your atv, boating, snowmobile or service needs!
Kathy Dangler: Salesman, not helpful, made us feel we were a bother, really didnt want to help us, we finally left.
Julie Hadaway: Always friendly, helpful, and honest!
Brooke Maley: We bought our boat through Schnelkers initially last year and called to get a quote to put a couple electric anchor winches and a fish finder installed. When i called, the woman who answered seemed less than enthused by my call and said someone in service would give me a call back with a quote. Never got a call. Proceeded to message their fb page in a second attempt for a quote. Someone read it and still have not received a response. Youd think with everything going on in the world they would appreciate the business, but thats ok i will take my money elsewhere to a company who seems to care a little more for the business. UPDATE 6/17/21...my husband has been fighting with them for 6 months now for a new center steering wheel emblem that has popped out twice now. Went in to get it and was just starred at by the staff, not greeted at all. Then the rude front desk girl got snippy with him when she tried to charge him for something that should be under warranty. We will NEVER be back for any kind of service after the way we have been treated!!!
Stacie Hirschy: Husband and I stopped by to see about a kayak. The gentleman he spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nice business with lots to offer. We recommend this business to everyone.
Kristopher Stine: Great store! Has everything you need for any off- road UTV or water recreational needs.

MotorMate® Outboard Motor Stabilizing Systems: what do users think?
Randy Bittle: I purchased one as a suggestion by the dealer. But I have had to have the center piece welded back on twice. You should beef up the middle stabilizer weld. Most people would rather have a not so pretty weld to prevent it from failing. At the price you charge this should not happen even once.
Jeff Hamm: I have had a Motormate for my Yamaha 225 SHO for about three years. One of the plastic grommets was broken. I contacted Motormate USA via customer care email and they sent me spare grommets right away. No charge!.Thanks so much for the quick turnaround. This is one of the best products that I have ever bought for my Ranger Z 20. It truly stabilizes the motor and protects from damage to the shaft bearings From unnecessary road vibration from traditional stabilizers that attached to the trailer. I highly recommend this product, and the service behind it.

Shriner Lake Marine: what do users think?
Jeff Dolby: Fast and friendly service. Check it out
Cherie Long: We purchased a 2022 Avalon Catalina from Shriner Lake Marine at the 2022 Fort Wayne Boat Show. John and his semi-retired Father, Jim, are good people. Solid in their interactions, do what they say they will, easy to reach with questions, and just pleasant to do business with. John even brought the boat to us, a 2.5+ hour drive.
Brett Driscoll: My father in law bought a new pontoon from John and we picked it up yesterday. The BEST customer service and overall knowledge of the pontoon ins and outs. Answers any question you have in the best way and is very patient with customers. Keep up the hard work John! Thank you!
Daniel Hile: One of the most honest, straightforward businesses I have ever worked with. John was extremely patient and helpful as we considered what boat would be perfect for our family, and there was absolutely zero pressure at any step in the process. I had a ton of questions, and John took the time to answer every one. Once we took delivery of our new boat, John spent time with me on the water to make sure I knew how to use all of the features, answer any final questions, and make sure we were ready to enjoy our new boat to it’s fullest. Prior to our current purchase, he has always provided us with outstanding service for our previous boat, with fair pricing and excellent work. I cannot say enough positive things about our experiences; our family will be loyal customers for life!
Manuel Gonzalez: John and Jim are 2 of the most honest salesmen I have ever met. I would recommend them to anyone interested in anything marine! If you are in the market for a boat, they will happily sell you one and only the things you need. First place I have ever been where they didn't try to sell me every option under the sun!!!
Dan Mattes: Short wait while boat was dug out after winterizing.
Hunka Hunka Burning Reviews: Great people
Cole “cbark467” Barker: Told me they would look at my boat engine. Told them what I had for an engine over the phone. Drove an hour and a half up there a they said they dont work on inline mercury's. Told me to go some were else. They said they dont work on anything older than 1990. They were also really rude. I would not go there.
Jason McQueen: Jim and John were phenomenal assisting me in picking out the right boat for my needs. The sale process was smooth and effortless. John delivered my new boat right before the holiday weekend. I love buying local from such great folks!
Fortwayne Indiana: A+
Just me Taylor: Very helpful and a lot of good boats
Andy Martin: Friendly, knowledgable, fair. Great place to go if you have a Johnson or Evinrude.
Tom Hughes: Great work Shriner Lake Marine. Sincerely appreciate your help!
Masonps1: Friendly, helpful, honest
greg jenkins: Just got my new boat from Shriner lake marine. They were the only people who took the time to educate us before making a decision. They didn't try to sway us in one direction or another. Extremely satisfied, very knowledgeable and friendly people.
Jason Cooper: I just got my old boat back from shriner lake. These guys fixed everything including the problems other shops were unwilling or unable to address. Super professional, thorough, and prompt. I looked at my invoice and finally realized I can pay a little more to a place like shriners once to do it right or pay a less professional place to do it wrong. They have my business for as long as I am a boat owner. Also will use them when I upgraded the board on their lot are beautiful and prices are below MSRP and market values. GREAT PLACE !!!!
Hannah Hawkins: Such a helpful marine! Gave us great guidance when purchasing our first boat! Very nice people!
Josh Bishir: This place is great, they know there stuff and my boat runs 100% better now. I would recommend things guys to anyone. Thank you again !
Crystal Payton: Great Marina, great service! Now days it's hard to find a family owned, honest and trustworthy business. It's nice to know I can always trust them with my boating needs!
Dan iamal: I have had nothing but great experiences with the guys at Shriver Lake marina. They are honest and knowledgeable with parts and services. I recommend them to everyone I know for any water craft needs. I encourage anyone to stop in and talk to Jim or John anytime with any questions you have about services or storage.
Ron Timmons: The guys that are the go to guys for anything boat related and top mechanics in the area

Harris Boats: what do users think?
Nick Elders: Top tier brand with top tier dealer network.
Alfred Fearon: Bought a new Grand Mariner in 2019Panels on both side of boat bubbled up.Dealer replaced to my satisfaction. At sa.e time the forward table arrived broke.Have been waiting 2 boating seasons for new table. Nothing but a run around.I'm not a happy Harris boater
scott sredzinski: I ordered a 230 solstice tritoon in March 2021. Said it was a 6-8 week delivery. Now going into August and still not complete. Harris sales reps give nothing but the run around. They said it was only waiting on a helm. Rep said Boat was basically complete, now I am hearing it is not that far along. Train your reps to be straight forward. No run arounds. Worst experience with a company.
Mark Fortune: I purchased a new top of the line Harris tritoon in June of 2020. A $85,000.00 purchase. I have had nothing but trouble with the boat and Mercury motor from day one. Bolts falling out of railing, hole in the one toon under the keel filling with water, Simrad broken not working, the cooler drain never installed, blower fuse link, bad wire harness on motor, gate falling off and loose and the list goes on and on. The dealer had the boat the entire summer and I was only able to use the boat one time all summer. The boat went back and fourth to the dealer all summer. I had to take the boat back to the dealer several times with a three hour one way track myself. I went to put the boat away for the winter and found the ski locker full of water ruining everything I had in there. I reached out to Harris boat company in 2020 after all these problems . It is now April of 2021 and they still have not reached out to me in regards to the problems and current problem. I call at least once a week and reach out to their service department. I have sent in all my work orders and a complete listing of problems. They give you the run around and will never address any of the problems or even return a call. They by far have the worst customer service in the boating industry. They lie and tell you someone will be getting back to you and will just blow you off. They simply do not care about their customers or by that far about the boats they put out. If you decide to buy one of their boats good luck EVER getting them to stand up to their warranty or getting any help from their customer service department. You will be 100% on your own. DO NOT BUY A HARRIS PONTOON OR TRITOON THEY DO NOT BACK THEIR BOATS WHAT SO EVER.I have lost a year of depreciation and a whole ski locker full of equipment. I am sure once I pull the boat out of winter storage and go to use it. It will be going back to the dealer again for the hole in the ski locker.I wish I would have bought a Bennington. Worst experience ever.Up date May 19th 2021As you can see from their response that they are not interested in getting involved with problems with their dealers or boats. Still not a single phone call from them. Still have issues with my Tritoon.Just wanted to reach out to the CEO Chris Bernauer and let him know that he has one of the worst service department on the planet. The following service personnel under you are sure trained very well on how to blow off your customer's. Great job.Steve DavidMichelle MathathyAylsa ParmanTerri BussenI just wanted to tell you personally buying a Harris boat was the biggest disappointment and mistake of all my boat purchases.Sincerely Mark Fortune
Sandy Herbert: We purchased a brand new pontoon boat while on vacation in Destin. Knowing there was a Marine Max in Nashville we were not really worried if we had issues. Well the transom is cracked, there is no longer a marine max to take it to. We called Marine Max in Destin and Harris Boat in Indiana! After reporting the problem, we received a call from a Harris parts person who said we had to drive the boat over 500 miles to be repaired the other option was a local boat repair place in Gallatin Tennessee that is known NOT to be trusted. Neither option is acceptable so we asked that they send us the pontoon and we would fix it ourself. They said that would break the warranty. Harris Boat in Indiana will not return our calls, we’ve been leaving messages for over 2 months... and the sales man no longer works for the company! We are afraid to transport the boat for fear the motor will fall off the back.at this time I would not recommend a Harris, hopefully this will wake them up!!!!file:///var/mobile/Library/SMS/Attachments/2f/15/8D6754DE-49DE-4089-9A11-CEBBF755A4D9/IMG_0548.mov
Tony Lazzara: Dealer did nothing contaced Harris sent pics waited Emailed waited called finally Sir there is no defect good bye
Brandon Snyder: We ordered our boat in January. Two weeks ago we were informed our arrival date was pushed back to June 28th, from June 13th. At that point, my wife and I were optimistic because the boat would be in before the 4th of July. Things changed this morning when our dealer informed us our boat will now be arriving July 22nd. This buying experience has been worse than dealing with with a bank to finalize a mortgage. We absolutely regret making the decision to buy a Harris.
