Parkview Physicians Group - Pain Management: what do users think?
Amber Baugh: Wouldn't recommend to anyone did not help my husband at all.. He has been in chronic pain day and night over 14 years I've watched him lay and suffer. Only thing there worried about is cash in there pocket if you want 10 test done and be offered Botox and half to wait 3 month to get no help PPG is the place to go . Charged the insurance for telling him he shouldn't smoke cigarettes 🤣 over $100 what a joke just like Doctor Gianna P. Casina couldn't even treat a animal if she tried....Very disappointed
Christie Hilton: Dr. AUSTIN did a radio frequency ablation on me. I think it was not total ablation. It lasted about 2 weeks. When I had it done in KY ut lasted 9 months. Will never go back again.
Jackie Motley: I have no comments
Wesley's TV: Dr.Casini and care team is great, she listens to me and she does not make you take something or do something if not like doing. Also the pain psychologist also help follow my treatment and help me with my anxiety and my back pain
Matthew Marra: Very nice staff and dr but they do not prescribe medication for pain. They expect that you will go somewhere else for medication. Not sure exactly why i go here as my GI doctor does my celicac plexus block. Most likely will not return.
Mike: I can see why they only have a 2.9 rating, I went there for approximately 90 days, absolutely no management of pain whatsoever, I was given tylenol & advil also laughed at when describing my pain. So unless your pain is handled with Tylenol & Advil save yourself time and lots of money, go to the local drug store. But if you're ok with being talked to condescending and as if you're a child, maybe the Dr here can help you. I gave him a chance, but had to fire him. The only positive thing that came from my visiting there was the neurology test confirming what the MRI showed, nerve damage in my spine. My review is intended for the public, who looks before making appointments, not your advocate. Perhaps if you shared the negative reviews with the team, patients could receive better treatment?Thank you
Fabian Martinez: I would like to Thank Dr.Casini, Debra White NPAnd Meaghann(Nurse with Debra White) for their ongoing treatment and support for my issues the past several years, they go above and beyond with their knowledge in pain management and always listen to any concerns or questions I may have.. they are a Great!! Team and never make me feel like I’m wasting their time.I highly recommend them .
Deb Peterson: I've been going here for four years now and these people are wonderful! They have so many different and innovative ways to manage my chronic pain. At every appointment, I am aware at how much each individual personally cares for me and my pain. I definitely feel their sympathy directly. If there are low ratings for them, it's probably for two reasons:: (1) people who are dissatisfied are more apt to write reviews and (2) people who are expecting a prescription for opiods on their first visit are going to go away angry (addicts, don't waste your time coming). Pain management is a complicated issue and it's not a quick fix.
John Carson: PPG Pain Management totally abandoned me,And then...06/30/2020 I receive a phone call from PPG saying I would no longer receive treatment with them. I asked the reason for that and was told I failed the drug test. I knew that wasn’t possible because I only used the medications on my approved drug list. (this is well documented in my medical records, every doctor and specialist knew in advance) I asked for which drug I failed and they said THC. When cornered with the question of why weren’t the previous results a fail as well, they responded that because I "no longer had an active cancer diagnose they would no longer accept it as part of my treatment". (Keeping in mind that it never was part of my cancer treatment, it was for the PTSD.) They claimed that they had this concern prior to this test and discussed it with me. Which they had not done and further, as important of an event this would have been, it would have been documented and they would have had me sign it as a matter of record. That doesn't exist and I called them on it. They responded, “submit a clean sample or no treatment”. I informed PPG that this was in retaliation for the complaint and not the totally consistent test results.
mike rodriguez: I live in Bluffton. Drove 50 min for my appointment. Got to their office 10min late because they have three different pain management offices in the same building and I went to the wrong one. Was told that I have to reschedule. But you know, it's fine when you show up on time and have to wait half an hour to be seen. Gotta love money hungry physicians... Smdh.
Michelle Bibbo: Dr Austin, Ellen Robertson, her nurse Gabby and the staff makeup the most caring and capable team I have ever worked with... yes, I'm a patient but I do feel that I am part of my own treatment and recovery for the first time
Joe Allen: I am giving three stars because of the great care I always received from Tara Sipe. She has always listened well and worked with me to find the best course of treatment. Dr. Austin is a very impersonal Dr who shows little interest in hearing patients experiences and finding a course of treatment to provide a better means of living with chronic pain. Moving from Tara to Dr. Austin is synonymous to moving from subjective to objective healthcare. In one of my recent visits Dr. Austin walked in the room and immediately told me he was lowering my pain medications and was going to use other neuropathic medicines to help with my pain. When I asked what medicines he proceeded to list meds that I was already taking and maxed out on. Needless to say, he hadn’t even read my chart before walking in the room with an objective agenda.I have also seen Dr. Cassini. As others have mentioned her care is better than Dr. Austin’s, but it can also be hard to get her to stay in the room long enough for you to listen well and ask questions. You have to really speak up to get time with either doctor. Calling the offices rarely yields results. You are much better off sending messages on my chart to get answers. I have had multiple NP tell me that the receptionists are a known issue that they are “working on”. Living with Chronic pain is already very hard and defeating and at times depressing. Getting quality care from a pain Managment clinic shouldn’t add to that burden.
Ree: The 2 stars are only for Casini. She is an awesome doctor. The staff on the other hand is terrible. Why does no one answer the phone?! I mean we leave messages, call every few minutes, send mychart messages and still nothing. No response. I get it people are usually calling asking for drugs. But my mother is trying to get off the meds and has a different medical issue and was told we have to go through this office, well.... we can't even get a hold if anyone!
Seymour Butts: I had an appointment with Dr Cassini. She was very polite and answered all questions. The problem was with the staff. Due to miscommunication with the directions I went to the wrong building. The woman in building 3 told me the correct building. I was 5 minutes late, the secretary acted as if I was a day late and had to see if they would accept me.Then I was treated as though I was a drug addict. I take Tramydol for Fibromyalgia and arthritis. Some days the pain is unbearable. I still have to work. I was told I would have to go at an hours notice to take a urine test upon them calling. I work 3 hours away. I am a very responsible person. I do not even smoke cigarettes. I’ve been on Tramydol for at least 4 years and have only taken them as directed.I refuse to be treated in such a humiliating way by a group of individuals who have the mentality that their patients are drug addicted criminals . I will find other ways to treat my pain with dignity. The only thing I can see that this for of treatment will help is drug dealers on the street not some damn opioid epidemic, as I’ve always said put the government on control and watch them ruin the lives around them. Their “War on Opoids” will only create more suicides and illegal drug use.

Pain Management Associates,PC: what do users think?
AliReza Kashani: Excellent service. Kind staff.
Lisa Smith: Absolutely rude people. Making payments on a bill and receiving weekly harassing phone calls demanding payment in full or we will be sent to collections. Go ahead. You won't get paid then.
Crystal Karn: Dr Bojrab and his team are amazing. I have been going here for years and always find that Dr Bojrab is attentive and caring. He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel comfortable before your procedures. I have had many procedures and would not hesitate to refer to him.
William Mauritzen: My doctor referred me to Dr. David bojrab without consulting me first. Had I looked at his qualifications first I would have realized he was not qualified to deal with all of my pain needs. On my first visit he sent me to another doctor to deal with half of my issues. If you compare his list of specialties to almost any other pain doctor in the area you’ll find his list is extremely short. To add insult to injury hIs diagnosis was incorrect. He made No interviewing efforts to get details of my history. He didn’t wait for more information before jumping to conclusions. I mean this literally, he did not wait for my extensive records to arrive from multiple sources. He was clearly in a hurry to get me in and out of the office as fast as possible and this was my intake interview! To the best of my knowledge he did not follow the CDC interviewing guidelines or tapering guidelines as his intent was, without much consideration, to cut me off all medication. His office personnel are visibly hostile to even the simplest questions. The girl acted like I was rude for asking if they had water; a question I only asked because there was no water fountain and I could see their mini fridge full of bottles! I’ve been going to pain clinics for several years in multiple states and this was almost the worst experience. I recommend Summit Pain Management. At Summit Pain Management they helped me tackle each area separately. I went from being in a significant crisis of pain to a well managed trajectory of pain control. They introduced me to procedures and medicines that weren’t even mentioned with Dr. bojrab. At this point in time I have had a number of injections and ablations that have given me my life back. I am taking far less pills than any point during my crisis. Both he and his nurse assistant turned their back on me. I’m glad they did, because I found a far friendlier office staff and quantifiable help at Summit Pain Management.
Zak Wallace: Dr. Bojrab I highly recommend. He has been so great for each injection I have had. Great personality that shines through in his bedside manner. He is always able to put me at ease before an injection, if you are in need of someone you can't go wrong here!
Teresa O'Connell: As many times as I had to call & have my injections for my neck rescheduled, or simply trying to change the appt to a routine check up during all of the Covid-19 & being told I could not change the appt to a routine one & that it had to be only for the injections.I questioned this numerous times, but they didn’t seem to care (let me clarify that - the gals that answered the calls to schedule, change, remind of appts). I could not get any injections per Dr Bojrab & his nurse until I provided them with ‘Releases’ 1st from all of my dentists I was dealing with since I was having all different kinds of work done on my teeth + the infection was still healing (I mentioned it was quite extensive & could take a bit). I had just finished an antibiotic for an infection in my tooth until we all know how the Covid-19 virus caused many problems for everyone & people who were trying to get into dentist offices, & the like, even for routine work let alone extractions & getting them scheduled was quite a task at times. I finally got 1 of my dental releases & the other was forthcoming shortly when I get a call stating they are letting me go as a patient since I haven’t been seen! I’m like this is a joke right? My goodness I did everything to the book except stand on my head & I’ve been in serious pain for awhile now begging all the dr’s &/or dentists to please get this done so I can get my injections again. A week in a 1/2 or so after they got rid of me, I got my last dental release I needed but they already said it’s “beyond that, & too late”. So they left me in quite a quandary and suffering! Not happy with this situation especially when I followed their rules to the letter. None of dentists even knew what kind of release they wanted either, nor did I. It’s a shame since their office staff in the building was all very helpful & quick to get things rectified. I also asked if notes were put on any of my records & they actually said none were made & they couldn’t find any. Wow - I feel real important! 😔
Medweds Creepytrash: We've been coming here for 7 years for my grandfather. As his primary caretaker, it's always felt like a struggle getting him decent care. With the very old and people with chronic pain, doctors are always too willing to throw drugs at people to make them go away without actually listening to them at all. This hasn't been the case with Dr. Bodrab and Suzy, our nurse. We've never felt like they weren't working towards improving my Grandfather's life. Genuinely listening to any issues he has and concerns. Answering questions, taking their time. We've only had an issue once or twice with the wait time to actually see the doctor. But even then the staff and service has always been top notch. Definitely recommend.

Summit Pain Management: what do users think?
Dale McDonald: Great staff all the way around. Dr's are wonderful
Randall Mansfield: I have chronic shoulder hip and back pain I am very grateful for all of the help I get at the clinic the staff is very pleasant and helpful they do there best to keep my daily pain at a level I can live with although they can’t get all of the pain to go away they certainly try and I can live with the level of pain I deal with on a daily basis thank you summit pain management for all of your help
C Johns: I have been a patient with Summit Pain for many years, and while I had an issue in the past with a PA there the problem was resolved very fast. I am a disabled senior with major neck and back pain ( plates in both areas) as well as neuropathy in both feet and they treat me with kindness and dignity. The only issues I have is the last 5 month trying to get the pain medications I am prescribed which they have no control over but go out of their way to try and help me locate a place that has them in stock. I have huge praise for this group of people. Thank you for caring!
Vickie Smith: The doctor's think they are gods, with their little 20 year old girls in the office. Money racket all the way. Worst place ever. Patients don't matter. All about money.
James Early: At first it started out well. After a couple of months I found out how inept this place is as well. They have no idea how to schedule mind you peoples health is at stake not to mention they are in pain. I mean I don't know what else to do. This place doesn't care. They changed my appointments a couple of times delaying my treatment. At this point I believe that they are doing this on purpose because they don't want me as a patient. Maybe it's because I'm on medicaid, maybe it's because I'm a younger Black Man with opinions on how I should be treated. I don't know but one thing I know is that you don't and shouldn't play with people's health like that. It's not just a mere inconvenience. Especially when you have no way to support yourself without the use of your body. I wonder how they would feel if they couldn't support their families because the doctor they went to doesn't care enough to be thorough about scheduling, like it's just a trivial thing to be dismissed. They will keep making money that's what it's all about right? Good job guys.
axis rattblood: Keep letting me run out of pain meds ... I curse them all to the blackest of Hells
danielle payne: I have the best Doctor! Jason listens and truly cares.. His nurse is wonderful as well!
Charlene Reaser: Always get along with the staff. They show compassion and sympathy towards all their pateints. I would and have recommended them to alot of people ❤️
Chester saylor: Was passed around to unfriendly female doctors , instead of looking at imaging they rather ask over and over the same questions. When a person gets frustrated they turn you away.
Kelli Arnold: I switched from parkview pain managment to summit in november/December 2021. And im exceptionally thankful I did. I'm 28, and I've had 3 back surgeries. Most recent was a fusion. Even with those surgeries, this is the only office, where my pain wasn't pushed off, it wasn't just masked with pain killers. I see Jason, and I've never been treated remotely bad by him/ the office of summit pain managment. They take my pain seriously. And want to get to the root of the problem, instead of just masking it. Jason put me at ease on alot of things including injections, which I didn't want, because I had a terrible experience with parkview. But so far, I've had 3 injections and as of now, they're working. This is something I haven't expierienced in almost 4 years. They don't just assume where my pain is coming from, they've taken the time, and Resources to figure it out. I couldn't be happier with pain managment.
Jon Wilder: When there are procedures being done to your own wife. Like an epidural that is comely done at hospitals for child birth. They won’t even let you be with your own wife to be by her side. What a disappointment this place is!!! I don’t not recommend this place!!!
Jerry Miller: The doctors and staff are absolutely great! Their treatments have allowed me to get out there and really enjoy life.
Teresa bradley: Dr Jason was so kind my first visit and the nurses were great, I see a sweet Practitioner, she listens and I feel like she has my health and myself in her best interest ❤️ I'm not just another number...thank you 😊
Cas “Smith” Smith: First appt with this office, initial impression of the front desk staff is that they don’t appear organized or trained very well in customer service. They don’t greet you with a smile, they don’t look at you while speaking to you and they don’t speak as though they have knowledge of what is being performed in this office. As of this date, I have had 3 interactions with front desk staff and each time it’s the same. The first appointment as a new patient I met with Dr. Tom and he was very friendly and interested in my medical concerns. He offered 2 options for pain relief that the previous doctor I went to never mentioned. I left with great hope and anticipation of my road to better health. Unfortunately, it has been a complete let down since that appointment. Nearly 3 months later and appointments for procedures have been scheduled out so far, (60 days), and then I’m informed of changes when I arrive and procedure isn’t done. Next appointment, is canceled by the office without a phone call. They said they called and left a message, but there was no missed call or message on my phone. All this confusion and appointments canceled and nearly 3 months of living in the worst pain I have ever had. I came to Summit with high hopes because the previous doctor I went to wasn’t addressing all the medical issues and concerns.
Jim Swank: I had my first appointment today. The staff and doctor are caring and understanding. I have been living in pain for years and it looks like I am about to live a normal life again
Robbin Bowser: This Survey was very Enjoyable.
Cheryl Wireman: Great doctors and nurses, only issue I have is the prior authorization department takes forever, even after pharmacy faxes paperwork 3 times, this has happened to me at least 4 times.
Jennifer Cleland: After Having back issues for 20 years I had a procedure done here earlier this month and I have absolutely No Pain . I HIGHLY recommend them . I can now focus on getting off of my pain medication after being on them so long
Germar W: Miss Dawn is awesome she always there when I need her thank you so much for helping me out :)
Bryan Carrier: My fiancé goes to this Dr's office!! They are pretty good to her, in my opinion. They give her the medication that she was getting from a different doctor!! This place is strictly for pain management. If u have chronic pain, then this is a good place to go. They are located in both Marion and Ft. Wayne, Indiana. They also do injections, but we have to go to Ft. Wayne to get them done, which is a lot more time consuming when u are coming from Muncie. We will be going back in the near future/monthly.
James Janeway: I visited this location today! People are fantastic. Physicians assistant was great. Came up with numerous helpful solutions to my problem. Look forward to future appointments. One suggestion. You need chairs in your waiting area and exam rooms that sit higher than standard for older patients with knee issues.Thanks.

Beth Boggs-Hackett: Went to ppg pain clinic for long term pain help following two surgeries and was treated like an inmate! The staff were rude and kept saying extra loudly that" we don't give prescriptions on the first visit", to which I replied that I didn't ask you for a prescription and I know that because your flyer sent to me during my 2week wait for appt! Girl did this two times like she was making sure someone heard her outside the room! Dr C. wouldn't listen to my problem and kept trying to put me on a medication I have made clear I do not want to take! Then they have you pee in a cup on your way out and your are to wait weeks again for a second appt ,where you might get actual pain relief! I paid for this treatment too! I never went back !

Dr. George D. Bojrab, MD: what do users think?
Patricia Spieth: Very patient with my fears. Calmed me down just by talking with me.
Zak Wallace: Very knowledgeable about the spine and overall a fantastic doctor with a great personality and sense of humor. It was so refreshing to have someone that was warm, talkative, and genuinely cared about how I was doing and feeling. I will be a patient here with Dr. Bojrab as long as they are around!
Erin Bullerman: Wonderful experiance, with all my visits. Staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Bojrab makes you feel very comfortable and knowledgeable. He is also very honest with you as a patient. I would recommend their office, and have, to others and will continue my painmanagement through them.
Everyday Football: Knowledgeable, kind he really listens and takes the time to figure out my problem where others failed. Excellent staff. Great facility. Dr. Bojrab was a life saver. He’s intelligent and I always see him. He’s a cut above the rest!
Jerry Zent: Dr Bojrab treated myself and my wife for close to ten years. He was always kind, considerate, funny, knowledgeable and skilled. My wife had severe pain in her lower back and hips from cancer that had metastasized to her bones. She tried lots of doctors and only Dr Bojrab was able to give her relief from her pain. Seeing the success my wife had with Dr Bojrab I also switched to him for my back problems. I know I had the best care possible with Dr Bojrab. I have moved a couple hours away and I fear I’ll never be able to find another Dr as good as he.
Some One: Great doctor and great guy! He genuinely cares about his patients. I took my daughter to him when she was 8 yrs old after many major back surgeries, he helped her out alot. I ended up many years later after a car accident and he has been treating me good ever since! Excellent
Beth Owen: Dr. Bojrab is a kind, knowledgeable doctor. He can put a smile on my face even when I hurt. He is very caring and always finds the root of the pain.I highly recommend Dr. Bojrab.
Jennifer Chilcote: He is an absolute d!(#!!! Do not go here!
Coni Thompson: Before Dr. Bojrab was to give. me injection, he kept asking me if he knows me or if i attended his high school prom. When time for injection, he claimed he would stop if i could feel needle. I demanded he stop when i felt it but he never stopped! Was squirming and telling him to stop but he forced needle in spine anyway. Experience was traumatic,i felt abused and battered, and will never seek treatment there again.
libby meston: I think so much of Dr. Bojrab. I have been a patient of his for many years now. I feel he does things to the the book! He has lead me to a surgeon when he felt I needed one. Sometimes it is hard to find that exact area to make it" better". Medicine is this way a lot of the time. He is a little rough but, that will not make me leave....he's great! He has a fabulous bed side manor to boot....Five stars from me!

Dr. Firas M Kara: what do users think?
Samantha: Hes a great doctor ive seen him for awhile. Always easy to talk to and very professional. I wish everyone doctor was as caring as he is.
Beth Costin: I really like the staff. I like Dr.Kara I just feel there should be a nurse in room for entire appointment because Dr.Kara gets a little too handsy sometimes and makes me very uncomfortable.
Katherine Kroeckel: Great doctor and compassionate. Great staff.
Tamara “Sunshine” Hopkins: I went here with my sister for he is her pain management doctor.
Cathy Ewbank: My experience is been great. This is my fourth year with doctor Kara. Dr. Kara has helped me with dealing with my migraines. I would recommend him to anyone who is having pain with their: neck, back, shoulders, hip, and knees, etc. At least give him a call and make an appointment for a consultation.
Elizabeth Cour: I’ll be looking for a different pain doctor soon just left Dr Kara office he was in such a hurry he kept telling me where my pain was and not listening to me tell him where my actual pain is. He is a waste of time he doesn’t take his patients needs serious at all.
Kimberly Rosario: Dr Kara is the very best. He listen and is very caring. His staff is amazing as well. They are all very friendly and helpful The best office I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend him.
Karla Dix: Nice staff. Friendly dr
Don Mega: Crowded lobby. Doesnt remember your answers. Snotty attitude. Called in an hour early and was told by staff either I can make it or not because they only wanna work an half a day. Cant believe the state jumped on Dr. Cozzi and not Dr. Karas!!!!
Amber Chasteen: Love this Doctor.. He even knows about my rare genetic disorder that got passed down to me. Him and his staff Is always very sweet.. Wouldnt imagine going anywhere else.
MadameAkasha MorningStar: I have never been treated so badly in my life by a doctor. I have several issues after a car accident. I have even more issues due to trauma in my past. It takes me a while to warm up to any doctor and it’s clear in my medical history I do not like to be touched. This dushbag grabs my head with out telling me. He would ask me questions and pretend he couldn’t understand me. Than rudely make sly comments to the nurse. I was in tears. I hope someone treats his daughter the same way. Do not waste your time here. I’ll be reporting this to the medical board. I feelso insulted and put down, I feel so violated!!
Chelle Clark: Worst place ever. He is rude. Has no beside manor. Doesn't care about patient care. Miss diagnosed me every time I had my appointment.
Teressa Lugar (Tess): Dr. Kara does more than prescribe pills. Best pain doctor I have been to. A+++
Stacy Lawhorn: He is rude and has no bedside manner
Leon Mujic: This place is the worst. I been in a lot of back pain and guess what they keep doing? They keep rescheduling me because they keep having schedule changes every time they say. Not only do they reschedule me everything for. more than 2 months, but they do it like 2 hours before my appointment.I have to ask my husband to take time off his work and my mom as well so he can go with me and she can watch my kids. They do not care for their people and keep screwing us over. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!
Kimberly Wigner: Dr Kara & His Staff is very Friendly &Very Private especially when it comes toPrivacy especially with the Hippa Privacy Law & I've gotten my injections the only thing I was not comfortable with when I 1st started going was not being able to have my boyfriend in the room when I had my injections Done due to the Radiation from the UltraSound Machine so they could see where the injections were going in my spine I think that they should offer at least, I was really scared it would have hurt worse than my other lower injections anyone that is about having to want a female nurse I would say that I don't think they offer that but the Dr & his Partner are Professional the Dr listens to your Concerns & fears & Does the Best of his Abilities to Accommodate you to feel comfortable, they tell you what they are going to do as they go before they even do it, which is a Good thing especially since I have Severe Anxiety Issues. I feel I have a Great Pain Management Dr. That listens to me unlike my other Dr I had Prior to being referred Dr. Khara, the only way to be able to see Dr. Kara is Referral ONLY ! I have Nothing Bad to say about Him or Any of his Staff I Give him a 10 out of 10 on Professionalism, Being On Time to see you for your Appointment & Not waiting forever to get in to be seen for your Appointment by sitting in the waiting room. He & his Staff members are NOT RUDE by ANY means & Dr Kara Don't give you a 5 second look & walk out of the room saying here get out & here is a script. He is blunt & to the Point & tells you what you need to do to help so you can fix the problem. I Definitely RecommendDr. Kara to Anyone who is Truly looking for a Great Pain Management Dr. He's very thorough when it comes to your medical needs & History
