Marion Leavell: Happy to have compounding pharmacies when you need specialized solutions. My only complaint about this pharmacy is no sense of urgency, ever. Most often when the prescription gets sent from my doctor to them I end up calling after a few days to see what the status is. I have even called and asked for my prescription to be expedited because I was going out of town, however when I called back the next day my prescription was still "on hold". By expedited I was hoping a prescription received by them Monday around noon could be ready Wednesday late in the day. Why it was still on hold as if I didn't call in is puzzling.

Ryan Datta: Pearl at the pharmacy keeps me going to this pharmacy location. She’s the most caring laid back coolest pharmacist ever. I enjoy making my bi weekly stops to visit her and her crew always make getting my meds an absolute breeze. 10/10 would go back for meds. To all the naysayers I say this! What is there to hate about cvs? They sell pills and candy!
Ronda Shepersky: Kudos to Jason, pharmaceutical customer service rep who exhibited exceptional customer service skills and went above and beyond his job duties and responsibilities when he patiently assisted me in transferring my prescriptions that I had forgotten when I was on my way to Midland, Michigan. I normally get my prescription at the CVS in Indpls, and this medication keeps my heart ticking, it's a medication I can't skip. For some reason, I disappeared in the CVS system and he worked diligently and patiently while I was on a different call to the Indpls CVS while they searched their records for my prescription that I usually get there. Kudos to Jason who was patient and assisted me in getting my script! Awesome employee CVS!!!

Kalesia Neuhaus: I had the worst phone experience with the pharmacist! She was incredibly rude and wouldn’t let me even finish my sentence. I called to find out if one of my patients was able to fill his prescription because I had received a notification that there was a problem. The women shouted “name and DOB” at me before I even finished telling her who I was. When I have the information that she wanted, she, again shouted, “it is completed”. I tried to ask if that meant that the patient was able to pick up the prescription but she kept shouting at me, again before I finished my sentence that “it is complete”. I told her that she didn’t need to be rude but I just want to make sure my patient was taken care of. She hung up on me before I finished my sentence! I called back to talk to the manager and got her again on the phone. She told me she was the manager! Then I asked if she was the women I spoke with and, again she Interrupted me saying “can I help you” . I again tried to talk and she said again “can I help you”. After repeating herself about 4 times, talking over me, she hung up on me! I have never had such a bad experience calling a pharmacy! I will not send my patients to that pharmacy if I can help it!

Deena Mattern: Have been sick made appointment at minute clinic. Show up for my scheduled appointment on time, then told a “walk in” who needed numerous shots needed Atleast a 30 minute visit would be taken care of first over my scheduled appointment. What’s the point in scheduling an appointment then? The nurse was not rude but I believe they should have taken a scheduled appointment over a walk in that requires Atleast 30 minutes for shots. I clearly don’t feel well, just wanted seen real quick for my scheduled appointment and go home. Was told to come back in 30 minutes. So I guess walk in is the best way to go from now on. I left.
straightedge73: I filled a script for an antibiotic there on 3/27. I get up at 4 to take it and notice that the pill count doesn't look right so I double check and instead of the 30 I was prescribed and paid for, I was given 21. What is the purpose of that? 9 of them aren't going to help the thief but it will hurt me. Filing a complaint with corporate AND the State board. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I wanted to use it all up at once. After scanning my items I had a little bit of rewards left decided to get some candy. She told me to push the button if I wanted a receipt or not. I didn't wanna do that knowing it end the transaction. She insisted so I did. She then said oops it ended the transaction action. Yes I rolled my eyes at her. She the very rudely snatches the candy to put it back. Never asking if I still wanted it or assuming I didn't have cash. Which I did have. She looked down her nose at me and was rude the whole time. Get better help.

Matt Lehmann: The staff in the Minute Clinic went above and beyond, took time to talk with me through what I was dealing with at the time, and made me feel very comfortable. When I had questions, they engaged and explained what was necessary. I met with the NP (won't give her name), and left confident that I had been given great care and satisfactory answers to questions. They took care of the issues, gave me what I needed, and I felt listened to.I arrived at CVS 5 minutes before they opened and was the first one in. I was in and out quickly- 15 minutes with the NP, and another 15 waiting for a prescription.I cannot comment on previous reviews, but because of the previous reviews I felt that I need to leave this one. I will not hesitate to use this particular Minute Clinic next time.

Jennifer Kilpatrick: If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible service. They would never fill a script that the doctor calls in until I called to check on it. Now they want you to come into the store and check in at the drop off window before they will fill it. Then you have to wait in the pick up line forever after they fill it. I understand understaffing and being busy. I don’t mind waiting…at home… and when I asked why this was I kept getting attitude and run around. I’m done with them. If they want to act like I don’t matter then I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have never experienced this lack of customer service at any pharmacy before.

I understand pharmacies are very difficult to work at, but there is no reason to be rude, and every single one of the people that work at this pharmacy are rude. Along with this, it takes a very long time to receive the scripts. You have to call to let them know you want your scripts ready even if the script was sent two days prior, it more than likely will not be ready.

Julie Ward: I use GoodRX app for my prescriptions. My prescription last month was $9.00 which GoodRx said is Walmarts cash price, no coupon needed. I went in to get a refill on that same prescription and they tried to tell me it is no longer on the list at that price that it is over $70. Now mind you this is a generic for something you can buy off the shelf for around $18. When I refused to pay that and told them to keep it, I will get it filled somewhere else, to just fill my other prescription. Then maraculasly when my prescription was ready they filled the other one for $9.00 it showed back up on the list in a 10 minute time frame. And this was all being said by the Pharmacist on duty. Now I doubt the prices on all my prescriptions. What a racket they have going on.

Ma Naparat: I went in with my mom on Monday, October 31 so she could get her flu shot. The wait was well beyond 20 minutes at the front window. When it was our turn at the window, the lady said we have to go to the other window around the corner. So we went there and the guy that was there didn’t even greet us for a good 5 minutes. He then asked, “How can I help you?” So I explained to him that I made an appointment for my mom to get her flu shot. He directed us to a different window. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes for someone to greet us at that window. And the lady there was really rude. She just kept glaring at us as I was explaining to her the situation as to why my mom and I are there. She looked up my mom’s insurance information on the computer and told us that her insurance won’t cover her flu shot. We waited over 30 minutes for that message. The people we interacted with was very unprofessional. I understand it gets busy, so they have a lot of things to take care of. But, the least they can do is just be nice. There’s no need to be rude and impatient.
zAHEr AlDIk: The managers at photo department were so kind to wave the charge of my posters because I had an issue with my order for 2 times but the third was the charm, I actually felt well respected as a costumer, not so common in these days ( Covid era) .
Aayush Patel: You'll wait in line for long periods of time at the drive-up window and on multiple occasions, I've pulled up to the window and they just ignore me for a solid 5 minutes or so. I understand they have other clients at the walk-up counter and that is understandable to alternate but I should be acknowledged when I pull up. Especially if you're going to stand at the window on the computer and work on something. A simple "I'll be with you shortly" goes a long way and they can't even do that. It's rude to deliberately not make eye contact with the next patient and give no acknowledgement that they are there. I've also had this happen at the walk-up counter. I wait for 5 minutes or longer before someone even says something to me... customer service goes a long way and being short staffed is no excuse for poor communication with customers.

My wife tried to explain that we have TriCare and it’s run off my SSN and DOB. The lady refused to help her and demanded a military ID. I’m out of town on a military work trip and had to call and talk to the pharmacist to resolve the issue. The pharmacist took my information and ran the insurance and got my daughters scripts ready. The lady at the counter could’ve easily done the same with my wife giving her the information. I will never go here again.

Auntie M: I was at walmart pharmacy tonight. 10/18/22 (Brittany was my cashier and a young man with dark hair whos name started with R was the phamacist.)I was there late, there was a mixup/ red tape about my medicine.Instead of being cold, smug and flippant about it they were kind, helpful, and actually tried fixing the problem instead of coldly dismissing me. They were the Best. They did all they could do while staying within the gudlines they must adhere to. All pharmacist teams could learn somthing from them.
Tony Klein: Why even have a phone number if you can't even call in to talk to someone or even have a prescription called into it. Pretty useless that you can do the one thing your meant to do
Christina day: I used this pharmacy 1 time a few months ago after I had my teeth pulled. Wasn't ready yet so I went home and came back a couple of days later. By then I had been taking expired generic Tylenol that a friend had given me! I was so sick 😫 & my body felt like it was shutting down. I couldn't even get out of my truck to get my medicine! (Had no idea about expiration of the meds!) Just knew I needed my antibiotics! Well I didn't have my bank card, I had cash, but they couldn't take cash for outside medicine pick up! With No questions asked the pharmacist brought out my medicine & let me know it was covered by them! I was SO GRATEFUL! Just wanted you guys to know how much that meant to me! It's been a few months but y'all deserve the recognition for your kindness ✨️! Thank you guys!
Ryan DeSelm: Change your pharmacy hours....you're obviously not open till 9 during week days so update it. Somehow your hours have changed between now and the 7 weeks ago when you last updated it....or you just don't care.

J Jay: I wish they would all be on the same page. One person told me my script wasn’t there, then the another person told me I could pick them up today. I waited and waited then someone else what was I waiting for. I told her I was waiting on my script because I was told I could fill it today. Well she told me no, not until tomorrow. I didn’t get a sorry for the mix up, confusion or the fact I waited about that time. Disappointed in service tonight.
B B: Called over an hour ago to tell them I’d be there in an hour. Still had to sit and wait 30 minutes for my prescription. To make it worse my doctor has sent it early this morning. No excuse.

The prices on gum was not worth it. I dislike signs that say $1 for 1, must buy 3. For real??? No grocery store does that.

I give her the ID for name so I can pick up my medication and she said there is no medication to pick up under this name when I clearly give them the doctor note at morning with prescribe medication at drive thru and they said come back after an hour to pick up, so when I went there again, there was different lady at drive thru she was pointing finger to and showing me where did I exactly give the doctor note when I clearly told her I came at drive thru and give the doctor note. It was so rude of her to point finger and saying it so loud like I don’t speak English. When she found the medication she was saying nonsense like the name on insurance was spell different than doctor note when I showed her it’s spell the same she still didn’t believe me and keep saying nonsense in rude tone. Than when she was given back the ID she scream to me with a laugh like it’s normal. I hope they take action and show respect to costumer next time

I have pneumonia and was in the hospital for days all I wanted was my anabiotic and Kelly in the pharmacy was so disgusting and so rude! I will never go here again.
Helli Talkingtou Ä 'wall: No public restroom which I understand, but I have a small child. Exceptions can be made for every rule. Plus no public trash cans outside. The lady working there was sweet. But not a lot of products to choose from compared to other CVS I shop at.

Katherine Kroeckel: I have had nothing but trouble with the pharmacy at this location. Hardly ever get prescriptions when promised, when they say they need prior authorization and that they have called my doctor and are waiting to hear back from them and I call my doctor, my doctor says the pharmacy has never called them(this has happened numerous times), I have also had very rude phone conversations pharmacy technicians. The ONLY reason I haven't switched pharmacies is I do like the reward bucks but lately they have managed to even screw those up lately, saying the code on the coupon doesn't match the account?? I don't even know how that happens but if they don't get that straightened out really quick I will be taking my business to Walmart, which all my monthly prescriptions come up to over $3000. This location needs some SERIOUS HELP!!!

THOMAS EBETINO: They're always very curious in preparing my medication. The pharmacist as a good recollection of their regular patients/customers. Their stuff are very patient and courteous and looking up information on medication insurance all around their pharmacy is a good staff. The pharmacy does close at 6:00 on the weekends though. They also offered text when your prescription is done.

Jae Staults: Called a day head of my refill date on my script to make sure my doctors office called it in i was told "yes its here we will have it filled for you tomorrow". I went there the following day to pick it up and the old hag at the drive thru window told me they dont have the script at all. So with it being Saturday and the doctors office being closed i just went home. I called cvs again Sunday morning and told them i was told they dont have my script could they please double check. I was then told yes we do have it. And it was filled yesterday. So i went to pick it up i didnt initially count it right away until that evening and they shorted me 30 capsules of my medication and put qaunity 60 on the label. There was only 30 capsules there! I dont know if theyll fix it but they charged my insurance for the correct amount. I'll be showing up with the police first thing in the morning to have cameras reviewed. This place needs shut down!!!
Kirk Teeters: Employees care about the customers. Down side is there is no HIPPA zone. If you phone in a refill, they never hit the promised time the first time. I have learned if you want to pick up your refill at noon, tell the automated system that you want to pick it up at 9;30. I have been in the CVS on the Las Vegas strip. Even if they have to do an RX transfer from Indiana to Vegas, and no matter how many people are in line that store always hits the promised pick up time. They also have a HIPPA zone. Just goes to show that it can be done.
