Analilia Gregg: We got married at the Promenade Park Pavilion and it was perfect!! Great price, beautiful location, overall wonderful experience! They worked with us on getting the exact seating and set up that we were looking for. The only thing I hope they change in the future is their choice of vendors. They were limited on options. Otherwise, everyone was very nice and helpful and we had a beautiful day!!
Ryan Spurgeon: Beautiful, clean, easy to access. My 1 yr old had a great time playing in the little river.

Lawton Park: what do users think?
Deserae K: No swings. Wooden playsets are getting older and easily cause splinters. Big slides. Decently clean. We visited on 04/07/23 and there were multiple adults (mostly men) walking around with bookbags and didn't have children with them. One man was sleeping on a bench.

McCulloch Park: what do users think?
Andy Christoffersen: Very busy on Saturday, Farmer's Market day. Many booths with lots to choose from. Plenty of parking. Old style bandstand in the center of the park. There is a large gravel parking lot nearby. It 8s across from Electric Works. Located right on Broadway south of downtown. Not a big park with a lot to do, but it looks like they are trying to fix it up.
Mike McNeal: Most sketchy stuff is over now that GE is redone.
Brittany T: Had a good time at the Farmers market
Cavekrieger: It is a great small park with a nice playground for the children. The Farmers market also has lots of variety.
Justin “Abe”: very nice park
Donald Martin: We go here on Saturdays for the farmer's market. Lots of variety. It's not all lotions and soap vendors. Actual food vendors. Support local Indiana farmers and families.
Andrew Romero: Fun place for kids. Farmers market in Saturday is great.
Tim Scheibenberger: Great place to go!
charles brindle: Great Market space and wonderful vendors
Moises Navarro: Muy tranquilo y limpio.
Olly Oligee: Not much to do or look at
Manuel Martinez: Watched a real good fight between two homeless guys. They fought till there was no more fight left in them.
Dave Shaffer: Love going to the flee market especially with GE in the background such an icon in fort Wayne!
Kim Dukes: Nice area to have the outdoor farmers market.
Abby: I've never been before but my friends invited me out for the Pokemon Go fest. It was nice to see how many people were there for the farmer's market and the playground. It was so much fun to walk around and enjoy the nice weather and see what each vendor had, it was a lovely time. I'll definitely be back to check out the farmer's market again! Also if anyone reading this plays Pokemon Go, they've got plenty of stops and a gym to check out. My team was able to hold that gym for a week before our pokemon were returned to us.
Amy Renner: Beautiful Park beautiful people and nice wonderful things for sale food soap etc
Brymyson: Beautiful park... went for the Saturday Market and it was nicely landscaped and great space between vendors.
Theodore Pason: Wonderful farmers market with lots of parking nearby.

Swinney Park: what do users think?
Omar Villalta: Very peaceful place
Julie Andrews: Lovely park!
John Sheehan: One of the joys of living in Fort Wayne is the range of parks and public places. Swinney is one of the more versatile - great walking and running trails, lovely scenery, a frisbee golf course and often there are interesting folk fishing in the lake. I am more sedate - I take my folding chair and a book, find a deserted spot with a view of the geese and have a couple of quiet hours to read and smoke a cigar. Sometimes I only see two or three people and it is a great blessing.
Cassy Finley: Beautiful park!
Vince Brown: One of the great parks too few people enjoy! Next nice day go to a park
Ericka Kruse: Love walking the woods and trails here. The only issue I have is the trash people seem to want to throw trash everywhere. They could probably use a few more trash cans and people can respect the park a heck of a lot more!Playground: Playgrounds are nice with a baseball diamond that was being used.Restrooms: Restrooms are both sex friendly so you're able to use either. Clean as you can expect.Dog-friendliness: Plenty of happy dogs walking but some rude people leave dog poo or poo bags lying around. Please keep up after your dogs! Nobody wants to step in the waste of any kind of animal.
Kimberly Pratt: I love this place.Playground: Small but manageable.Restrooms: Pretty clean and single person use.Picnic area: There are tables, a covered area and tons of grassy areas.
Katie Hicks: Swinney Park is enormous! Numerous sports complex sections, including a golf course, is pet-friendly which is a huge plus. This place is bustling on a sunny day but does have lots of parking.
Lois Stogdill: Nice park with trails connecting to other parks nearby. We found a turtle that had made its way out of the river to the main road. It’s a pretty walk in the spring and has good shade in the summer. Use insect repellent in the evenings as there can be be mosquitos. There’s a playground for children. Also a Japanese Ramada with tables for a gathering or to enjoy a picnic. Ultimate frisbee groups frequent this park, cyclists & fitness enthusiasts. Water fountain & bathroom facilities available too.
Roslynn Brown: Great place to frisbee golf take a walk ride a bike
Tabitha Ketchum: Best time Ive had outside in a very long time, sat back and relaxed in the BEAUTIFUL WEATHER, that finally Indiana has given to us. Took the kids fishing and they did not catch to much but they did feed them their bait. People all around jogging, biking, Playing Frisbee golf and other fishers. On a day like today definitely stop by and enjoy what peace and relaxation Fort Wayne does have to offer.
Jo Blackburn: Nice park. My Yorkie loved the Canadian Geese!!!
Dan Chester: Memories from my childhood
Alisha Livingston Cantwell: Very pretty park by the river.
Big head Webb: Ft Wayne Police circled and watched....
Jeff Norman: Nice disc golf course
Joe Crozier: Good
william carter: Great place to visit! Plenty of room to move around!
Dave B: Needs work
He llio: Ghetto!
Kip Jackman: Nice park, clean and spacious. Missing that fith star because the park only has a couple of picnic tables and the only one we could see had the road access blocked. We carried our picnic stuff to the table. But it was worth it. Four stars are solid. We had a relaxing time.

Metea County Park: what do users think?
Marty Raugh: Beautiful park Beautiful place to walk nice pond
Kathy Kearns: Beautiful park with nice walking trails by a creek. There is a playground by the nature center. Nature center has a small gift shop and incredibly clean bathrooms. Trails are dirt packed and wide, but there are a few areas that would be challenging to navigate with a stroller
Chris Guy: Five stars because I've been coming here for 20 years. Wish the families would respect that this is a nature preserve, not a photoshoot.
Garrett: very clean and quiet park with some good hiking, make sure to bring bug spray though they can get a little crazy.😂
Dennis Schmucker: Great park AWESOME trails
Donna Stucker: Serenity
Lora Landin: beautiful area
joe burkhart: Facility was clean and in great shape. More/better signs would have been helpful.
Leah Dennison: Didn't realize how big this park was! Pretty happy it's still I'm FW. There's a great spot for swimming and one path gets some elevation. Will be back to explore more with the doggo
Tabitha Ketchum: For years now I have been visiting this place with my children, family and animal friendly. Little pond to swim in and nature trails and just beautiful scenery all the way around. If your looking for a peaceful day or swimming on your mind definitely stop by and check it out. Perfect place to take pictures and also birthday parties.
Jessica D: This is a true hidden gem! Such beautiful scenery! Cedar Creek runs right through here, which makes it even more beautiful! You can't beat the price of $2 to get in. You can purchase a annual pass as well. They offer all sorts of activities and I have found some events on Facebook! There are some steps but really easy ones As well as some nice little walking bridge's, a pond you can swim in, and a very nice little playground. I wish I hadn't waited so long to visit, but glad I chose the first really nice day of the summer!
Loren Zeman: One of my favorite parks in the area. Plenty of hiking trails through the woods. Doesn't flood like Fox Island tends to, but can be buggy during the summer.
Leroy Pierce: First time there! Nice park and hiking trails. We saw lots of wild flowers and animals including deer.
Lauren Davis: This is fantastic park with a variety of trails. I visit often and walk near the river and through a few well-maintained fields with my dog. The nature center and restrooms are accessible and clean. Swimming is also wonderful here even though they just have a small pond; it’s just nice to have the option to swim! It is fairly empty throughout the week and busy on weekends.
Justin d: Amazing trails and they even have flying squirrels in the park! Only 2 bucks a person to get in and the money goes directly to helping the park and to do more programs
Emily Ekdahl: Beautiful hiking at Matea. Trails were well-marked, easy to follow, beginner-type hikes. The signs say no dogs but we saw a few, so use your own good judgment. One of the things that I thought was neat was the different programming they offered for kids and families, things like guided hikes, stargazing, animal dissections, and so on.
Bethany Westrick: Beautiful park with groomed trails that wander through the woods and down by the river. We would absolutely return when we are in the area.
Mary Herendeen: I love taking my dog to the park in the mornings. It's so peaceful and quiet, and still beautiful, even though the leaves have been turning for awhile. I took a LOT of photos. Thought I'd share them. We walked all the way around the perimeter! There never seems to be an attendant but I see people paying admission anyway.... As do we. 😁😁❤️❤️❤️ This place!
Tammy Laisure: I really enjoyed my time there. Even though i did get lost on the trail...but I'm pretty sure that was my fault. Lol. Definitely would go another time.
Joe Milledge: Nice hiking trails on both sides of the river
Allana Coulter: Matea Park is beautiful. We had a wonderful and informative guide
