Ma Naparat: I went in with my mom on Monday, October 31 so she could get her flu shot. The wait was well beyond 20 minutes at the front window. When it was our turn at the window, the lady said we have to go to the other window around the corner. So we went there and the guy that was there didn’t even greet us for a good 5 minutes. He then asked, “How can I help you?” So I explained to him that I made an appointment for my mom to get her flu shot. He directed us to a different window. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes for someone to greet us at that window. And the lady there was really rude. She just kept glaring at us as I was explaining to her the situation as to why my mom and I are there. She looked up my mom’s insurance information on the computer and told us that her insurance won’t cover her flu shot. We waited over 30 minutes for that message. The people we interacted with was very unprofessional. I understand it gets busy, so they have a lot of things to take care of. But, the least they can do is just be nice. There’s no need to be rude and impatient.

zAHEr AlDIk: The managers at photo department were so kind to wave the charge of my posters because I had an issue with my order for 2 times but the third was the charm, I actually felt well respected as a costumer, not so common in these days ( Covid era) .

Aayush Patel: You'll wait in line for long periods of time at the drive-up window and on multiple occasions, I've pulled up to the window and they just ignore me for a solid 5 minutes or so. I understand they have other clients at the walk-up counter and that is understandable to alternate but I should be acknowledged when I pull up. Especially if you're going to stand at the window on the computer and work on something. A simple "I'll be with you shortly" goes a long way and they can't even do that. It's rude to deliberately not make eye contact with the next patient and give no acknowledgement that they are there. I've also had this happen at the walk-up counter. I wait for 5 minutes or longer before someone even says something to me... customer service goes a long way and being short staffed is no excuse for poor communication with customers.

They then redirected me to the East DuPont location .I asked if they could let another Walgreens know I was on my way, I was then told that this new location didn’t have a busy store and I would be in and out . Got to the other store on East DuPont was waited another 30 minutes.very inconsiderate to people’s time . Customer service. Needs to be established!

William Hamilton: My wife tried to get a script filled for our sick daughter and the lady at the counter said she could fill the script without our insurance card. My wife tried to explain that we have TriCare and it’s run off my SSN and DOB. The lady refused to help her and demanded a military ID. I’m out of town on a military work trip and had to call and talk to the pharmacist to resolve the issue. The pharmacist took my information and ran the insurance and got my daughters scripts ready. The lady at the counter could’ve easily done the same with my wife giving her the information. I will never go here again.

Sarah Barrand: Rude pharmacy staff! Especially the old blonde tech with glasses! Extremely snooty! Expect to wait almost an hour in the drive up too on average at their busy time. I've told them I've waited that long and they just looked at me like I was an idiot!

Taylor Cobos: Super rude lady that works in the pharmacy. Absolutely does NOT know how to do her job and should not be working in this line of business. Will never go to a Walgreens again. CVS is better!

James Sands: I only come here to get my medication. The girl that works in the pharmacy 3rd shift is amazing. I go during the night because I know I will get great customer service. So this review is just for 3rd shift pharmacist. I don't shop here.
