Megan Ledford: This place is terrible. Parkview emergency services uses this place for procedures, and they are not considered in-network for the insurance companies that are in-network for Parkview. Which you will pay Parkview's full price AND you will pay their full bill... Not to mention their billing department is absolutely atrocious. They can't get billing right. They file claims for "service dates" that differ from the actual day you went to the hospital which means the whole bill will need resubmitted. Their billing department is absolutely useless and they do not negotiate anything. Avoid if you can.

Lynn Suriani: they billed my insurance on a different day than my actual surgery, so it was denied based on being out of network. I paid the entire bill, even though it was discounted through my ins (I was told by Allied they can do that, since they are out of network). This is UNTRUE. Speaking to my ins co, since they agreed to a discount savings, they are NOT allowed to bill the entire amount. I didn't pick this place, Parkview did. If you have a choice, don't use them. I also found out, if the hospital was in network, and then they use an out of network provider, the insurance company will still pay the bill IN network. They do not hold you responsible for an out of network provider you did NOT pick. Information worth knowing.

Trish Rabaduex: So I arrive about 4.25 pm after having gone to the old location in the same complex. MIND YOU...THE SIGN SAYS THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL6 PM. The lady said that to woman doing the draw leaves at 4.30 so she isnt taking more blood draws for the day. They are supposed to be open until 6 pm....according to their sign.
